中国一东盟矿业合作论坛第二次联络官会议相关会议文件翻译项目报告摘要随着国际交流活动的不断深化，国际会议文件成为翻译实务常见的业务类型。此类文件题材丰富多样，内容或多或少，其翻译质量关系到会议的筹备情况、与会者对会议讨论内容的正确理解及执行、会议氛围以及主办方形象等方面。本报告讨论的是笔者在中国一东盟矿业合作论坛秘书处实习期间承担的汉英翻译项目。翻译原文为中国一东盟矿业合作论坛第二次联络官会议的相关会议文件。该项目涵盖从会议筹办至会议总结期间产生的十多项文件，总字数约为12，000字。通过阐述整个项目过程及译文典型案例分析，该报告重点解决此类题材翻译中译者应注重的三类问题：如何在翻译目的论的指导下，对项目目的和原文文本进行分析，并提出目标文本的语言定位：如何通过充分的译前准备及与客户的及时沟通为翻译工作打下扎实的基础；如何运用适当的翻译策略，实现语言转化的准确性及交际目的。报告表明，译员需要准确定位项目翻译的目的及功能，全面考虑译文目的、客户要求及目标读者感受等因素。另外，本报告也指出，翻译专业学生需要积极参与翻译实践项目，掌握理论与时间的结合才能不断提高自身水平。报告期待能为翻译工作者在此类文本翻译的实践提供一些参考。关键词：项目报告会议文件目的论翻译 广西大掌翻译硕士掌位论文矿业戗9云第二次联络官会议相关会议文件翻译项目报告3．1IntroductionChapter3TextAnalysisandPreparationInthischapter,thetextsanalysisandthepreparationofprojectarereviewed．Aprofessionaltranslatorshouldsetuptheoverallawarenessofprojectandchoosethepropertheoreticalguidanceandtranslationtactics．Meanwhile，thepurposeoftranslation，thecharactersoftargettexts，thequalitycontroloftranslationandotherelementsneedtobetakenintothoughtfulconsiderationandarrangement．3．2TheSkopostheoryandTranslationMethodsItwasGermanfunctionalismscholarsHansVermeerandChristinaNordcreatedtheTranslationSkopostheory．Withitscoreconcept----thepurposeoftranslationactivityisthekeyfactoroftranslatingprocess，Skopostheoryhasbecomethemainstreamoffunctionalisttranslationtheory．“Theoverallframeofreferenceforthetranslatorshouldnotbetheoriginalanditsfunction，asequivalence-basedtranslationtheorywouldhaveit，butthefunctionsthetargettextistoachieveinthetargetculture．”(Nord，1992：39)．Skopostheorybelievesthatatranslatorshouldcombinethepurposeoftranslationwitlltheparticularneedsoftargetreadersinordertorealizeacertainfunctionoftranslatedtextsintarget-languageenvironment．Accordingtoitscorevalue，alltranslationshouldobeythefollowingthreerules：theskoposrule，thecoherenceruleandtheloyaltyrule．Particularly,theskoposruleisthetop—rankingrulethatreflectsthecoreprincipleofSkopostheory．Nord(2001：29)said，“atranslationalactionisdeterminedbyitsskopos；thatistheendjustifiesthemeans．’’Thatistosay,translationmethodsandstrategieswerechosenbythepurposeoftranslationaction．Skopostheoryiswellpresentedintheneedsoftranslatinginternationalmeetingdocuments．Itcastsenlightenmenttothisprojectinthefollowingaspects：Firstly,accordingtoNord(2001：68)，infunctionaltranslation，problemsshouldthereforebedealt、Ⅳitllinatop—downwaywhichmeansthatafunctionaltranslationprocessshouldstart5
