'施工技术交底CXA-工程名称南坪快速路(二期)工程第4合同段施工单位中铁二十五局集团有限公司分部分项名称A号路挖方路基施工队伍路基施工作业队在西丽货场至沙河西路段的主线高架桥下设计修建A号地面道路,长度1287.081m,起止里程桩号为A0+812.886~A2+099.967,A号地面道路等级为城市支路,双向四车道,单侧设为人行道,主要为周围物流园区的服务。A号道路标准横断面布置为:4.0m(人行道)+7.75m(绿化带)+1.0m(土路肩)+7.25m(机动车道)+7.25m(机动车道)+1.0m(土路肩),路幅宽28.25m。A号道路在桩号A0+812.886~A1+660段,现状地面标高在27m~14m范围,基本为挖方段,平均开挖深度约1.5m;A号道路在桩号A0+660~终点段,新建道路标高基本同现状道路标高,现状路面标高在14m~8.2m范围,路基挖方为右侧边坡的开挖。现对A号路挖方路基施工做如下交底:一、主要工程数量A号地面道路土石方开挖方数量为67707m3二、工期计划计划工期为2009年4月16日~2009年6月10日三、施工方法1、主要施工方法土石方开挖采用机械施工。采用挖掘机按设计全断面从高向低分层分段开挖,采取竖向分层、横向分段的施工方法,水平方向分为多个作业面展开流水施工。对于素填土、人工填石、淤泥质粘土、全风化岩层采用挖掘机直接进行开挖,自卸汽车运输。岩层坚硬地段采取浅眼微差松动控制爆破技术,并做好相应的防护措施,将岩爆破分解后再由挖掘机开挖,自卸汽车运输。挖方路基的施工工艺流程主要有:测量放线→路基临时排水设施→土石方开挖(外弃)→碾压→压实度检测。开挖前,首先测量放线,依据设计挖深及边坡坡率(1:1)推算测出开挖边界,并及早完成堑顶截水沟的修建。由高到低,从上而下,由外向里逐层开挖,最后刷坡至边坡线,严禁掏底开挖。土方分层开挖时,注意控制分层作业层的坡度,做好排水,修建临时排水设施,防止施工过程中降雨积水,影响施工的正常进行。开挖过程中,每开挖2~3m的垂直深度进行一次边线放样测量,经常复查边坡开挖坡率及开挖位置是否正确,及时纠正偏差;当路堑开挖到接近路面设计标高时,及时组织测量人员对路基面标高进行测量。根据设计要求,对需加固防护的边坡,及时组织施工。nthemainterminal,andthetelephoneOfficeisresponsibleforprovidingtheappropriatesizeadapterpatchpanelsandelectricalprotectionunit.(Shuttlebus)wiring(IDF)setupintheworkshoponthesecondfloorofthebuilding,locatedintheDistrictofweakelectricalcabinets(well).EngineroomplacedinsidetheCabinet,IDFplacedastandard40Ucabinetsforinstallationofnetworkandwiringdevices,managementcomputerandtelephoneinformation.CabinetdistributionframearemadeofSuperfiveRJ45patchpanelhorizontaltwistedpairconnections.Computerinformationmanagement,adminareausingthejumpers,whichusesprivateRJ45-RJ45softjumpersfornetworkdeviceswithjumpershoppingbetweenallswitches,changes,expansionandmaintenanceweredonequicklyinthewiringcloset.TwistedlengthCentreroomislocatedonthesecondfloor,outwardradiationofeachline(exceptsomepointsmayexceed)doesnotexceed100metresinlength,allinformationforthevariousfloorsallrooms(distributionCabinet)unifiedmanagement.Districtworkshopbuildingdistributionlines(IDF)viafiberopticcablesconnectedtothetotalroomcabinets.Fiberlengthwere:workshopstwoIDF:totalmorethan1200squaremeters,doublethenumberofstrandscanbecalculatedbymultiplyingtheaveragelengthofthenumberofinformationpointsare.Averagelevelofeachlengthofcable:L=[(S1+S2)/2]+L1+L2l:averagelengthofcable;L1:MDFcableallowance;L2:otherallowancesS1:minimumhorizontalcablelength;S2:maximumhorizontallengthofcable;Officebuildingofinformation:aminimumof26meters,thelongestwas92meters,L=[(28+92)/2]+2.5+1=62.5m;Totallengthof62.5mx792=49500-meterineachbox(KFT)by300meterspercarton;Thetwisted-paircableboxyouwant=49500÷300=165(KFT);lossesnotincluded,eachabout15meters.Metallineslot,andmetallinetubeof9
