湘潭大学兴湘学院毕业论文(设计)任务书一.设计任务设计鼎丰金工装配车间二.设计资料(一)建筑部分50m70---90m车间已建已建车间拟建车间车间已建1.建筑位置:该车间位于鼎丰机械厂厂区大道旁,见图(1)。20m~100m80厂区大道图(1)2.建筑规摸:总建筑面积约为2000~3000m2,结构形式为单层钢刚架结构。基础为钢筋混凝土独立基础。工艺要求采用20t/5t及5t中级工作制吊车各两台,吊车轨顶标高为8m。金工装配车间工艺流程如图(2)所示。图(2)平面组合方式如下:
(二)结构部分1.自然条件:基本雪压S0=0.30kN/m2,基本风压w0=0.35kN/m2,主导风向为东南风;最热月平均温度为29.80C,最冷月平均温度为3.50C,夏季极端最高39.80C,冬季极端最低-6.80C;最大日降雨量为195mm,年降雨量为1500mm。2.工程地质条件:厂址位于二级场地,地形平坦,厂区地层自上而下为:①杂填土:厚0.3~0.5m②粘土:可塑状态,饱和,中压缩性,厚0.5~0.55m,其承载力标准值fk=160KPa③粉质粘土:可塑至硬塑状态,饱和,中压缩性,厚3.5~4.5m,其承载力标准值fk=200KPa④粘土:可塑状态,饱和,中压缩性,厚3~3.5m,其承载力标准值fk=160KPa⑤圆砾:中等密实,厚2~2.5m,其承载力标准值fk=280KPa地下水位在地表以下5m,无腐蚀性;地震设防烈度为7度,(0.05g),设计地震分组为第一组。3.材料供应:①钢材:钢筋混凝土结构的钢筋种类,型钢及钢板可保证供应并备有各种规格。②水泥:普通硅酸盐水泥,可配制C15~C30混凝土。③砖:普通粘土砖MU7.5。④其它:如砂石、石灰等地方材料均能按设计要求供应;柱子和屋架可在现场预制,其他预制件均在预制厂制作。4.施工条件:各大建筑公司均可承担施工任务,技术力量、机械吊装设备均能满足要求。5.施工期限:从2014年8月至2014年12月。三. 设计要求(一)建筑部分1.建筑设计构想及说明①确定平面布局(如厂房的跨度和跨数、柱网、轴线、吊车跨间布置方式等)②厂房建筑等级、结构形式、内外装修等。

一、建筑设计说明1.1鼎丰金工装配车间的生产性质1.1.1生产性质与建筑类别:⑴按生产状况分:属于冷加工车间⑵按火灾危险性质分:属于戊类生产厂房内油漆工段应属于乙类生产,但这部分所占厂房面积小于10%,所以可以采用防火隔断,局部通风等措施解决。1.1.2生产性质与有关规范:⑴耐火等级:一般要求Ⅱ级⑵采光等级:一般可按中等精确工作Ⅲ级考虑⑶卫生特征分级:定为4级,即无毒生产1.1.3车间各工段的生产概况(1)原料毛坯库:各种型钢,钢板,锻铸件及部分零配件经南侧入口用载重汽车或电瓶车运进厂房,再由吊车卸下,经检验合格者再分别储藏于规定的地段。该地段地面构造要能承受笨重物件的冲击和滚动。划线工段:(2)按加工需要,用运输工具提供原料毛坯到工作台或地坪进行切割。此工段虽占地不多,但要求采光,通风良好。(3)加工工段:分大、中、小件加工三个区段,并配有各式机床。一般小件加工要求光线好,应置于厂房北面边跨,以求光线均匀,并要求避免外界震动影响。本段生产情况是对加工按指定的工序进行加工,所以在机床周围除了工人操作以外,还要考虑临时存放加工工件,半成品和停留小型手推车。(3)中间库:加工后的半成品,经过质量检验合格者,移交装配工段保管员验收清点入库。装配工段:用电瓶车或者手推车将半成品运到装配工段进行部装或总装。产品必须经过试车及各种性能的考核验定,合格者才能进行油漆喷刷。⑹油漆工段:11
本工段火灾危险属于乙类生产,其溶剂具有毒性,易燃且易爆,应该布置在装配跨下风向,并用防火隔断或者通道明显分区。油漆材料分储藏及配置两部分,此处应该防止阳光直射。⑺装箱工段:产品经过油漆后包装入箱,所以此工段除操作面积外,尚需箱壳储存,货箱待发等应有面积。⑻辅助工段:酸洗,电镀,热处理因为其生产过程中温湿度较高,有腐蚀性气体,故在本建筑外另有安排。1.2车间建筑设计1.2.1平面设计根据生产工艺的要求,厂房平面矩形平面,其柱网采用8.0m×22m。其纵向横向定位轴线除两端部与柱翼缘外侧重合外,其余均与柱中心线重合。厂房的总长度为10×8.0=80.0m。厂房内根据载重汽车出入需要及人员安全疏散要求,厂房四周出入大门洞口尺寸分别取为4.8m×5.1m(宽×高)、。1.2.2剖面设计⑴.厂房高度的确定厂房高度、跨度在很大程度上是由不同的生产工艺流程和使用功能所决定的,在尽可能满足生产工艺和使用功能上,应根据房屋的高度确定合理的跨度。一般情况下,当柱高、荷载一定时,适当加大跨度,刚架的用钢量增加不太明显,但节省空间,基础造价低,综合效益较为可观。通过对大量的门式刚架设计整理、统计和分析发现。房屋柱高/跨度值在0.25~0.4(无吊车)、0.5~0.7(有吊车)之间;例如当檐高6~7.5m、柱距为7.0m,荷载情况完全一致下,跨度在24-30m之间的刚架单位用钢量(Q235)为19~24kg/㎡;当跨度在21-48m之间的刚架单位用钢量为25~40kg/㎡,当檐高为12.0m、跨度超过48m时宜采用多跨刚架(中间设置摇摆住),其用钢量较单跨刚架节约18%左右。本设计檐口高度为15.0米,跨度为22米。⑵.侧墙檐口形式:根据所选用的屋架类型和屋面排水形式设为挑檐式。外门的宽度:根据厂房所采用的运输工具而定,门洞上方设有雨篷,下端设有坡道。厂房室内外地坪高差取150mm。⑶.采光通风的设计根据厂房生产状况,查(文献4)得知,厂房的采光为Ⅲ级,采用双侧窗采光,设高低窗。取窗尺寸(宽×高)为:(正面)低窗C15.0m×4.0m,高窗C25.0×2.011
m,(侧窗)低窗C13.5×5m,高窗C23.5×2.0m,以利于远近窗点的采光。侧窗采光系数为1/3.5,车间面积为44×80=3250m²,计算得窗子的面积为1416m²。因为窗地比为1416/3250=043>1/3.5,满足要求。结合屋顶采光板采用混合采光,在屋顶每个柱距设1条采光板,屋面板型号为840型压型钢板,相应的采光板宽度为840mm宽,其面积为0.84×9×54=816.48m²,采光系数为1/8,折算为侧窗面积181.44×8/3.5=933.124m²。鉴于厂房为冷加工车间,且厂房较高,其通风问题主要是合理组织气流路径,利用穿堂风即可有效的解决。具体设计是将两侧窗对窗,方便组织气流,形成穿堂风;高侧窗设为固定窗。山墙设置同纵墙。⑷.屋面排水设计屋面排水方式采用有组织排水,两外纵墙采用檐沟外排水。屋面排水坡度取10%,檐沟纵向坡度取1%,采用¢160VPC管排水。1.2.3立面设计采用竖向波形压型钢板外墙及铝合金窗,形成竖向线条的立面效果,改变厂房长度和高度尺寸的扁平视觉效果。1.2.4构造设计⑴.外墙构造外墙底部窗台以下部分采用240厚实心砖墙,高度为1.0m,窗台以上部分用压型钢板外墙。墙板通过墙梁与刚架柱连接。⑵.屋顶构造屋顶采用单层镀锌彩板,通过冷轧薄壁型钢檩条与刚架斜梁连接。屋面檐口部分采用组织排水方式。⑶.地面构造因厂房内生产对地面没有特殊要求,故采用水泥沙浆地面。其构造层厚度可查阅《工业建筑地面设计规范》附录一得以确定。具体构造做法详见建筑详图。⑷.抗震设计本工程所处抗震设防烈度为7级,且为Ⅱ级场地,根据《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001)可不进行抗震作用计算,只采用构造措施抗震。抗震构造措施,考虑矩形天窗是屋顶突出部分,刚度较小,因而尽量避免设置。设计采用双跨对称门式刚架建筑形式,布局规则对称,刚度质量沿纵横向及高度方向均无突变,且两者中心重合,避免了扭转效应的不利作用。11
二、结构设计说明2.1设计依据1.本工程为单层钢结构工业厂房,梁上翼缘最高为12m。根据建设地点为7度抗震地区,抗震设防等级为二级,建筑物安全等级为二级。2.规范(1)、建筑结构荷载规范(GB5009-2012)(2)、混凝土结构设计规范(GB50010-2002)(3)、建筑地基基础设计规范(GB5007-2002)(4)、抗震设计规范(GB50010-2002)(5)、钢结构设计规范(GB50017—2003)2.2结构设计(1)、本工程根据房屋高度,采用门式刚架结构。(2)、梁、柱均采用焊接工字型钢,连接采用高强度螺栓连接。2.3结构材料混凝土:C10C30钢筋:HPB235HPB335焊条:E43砌体:普通粘土砖MU7.5砂浆:混合砂浆M5—M152.4拉条和墙檩的设置檩条和墙檩均采用冷弯薄壁型钢,檩条水平间距为1.5m,屋脊处顺屋面左右偏移200mm,墙檩间距为1.5m,用螺栓连接在刚架上。(1)檩条的设置因柱距为8.0m,在屋面檩条和墙面檩条中部设置二道拉条。为了更好的传递力,在屋脊处设置斜拉条。(2)支撑的设置厂房长度为8011
m,设置了两个温度区段,在端部的第一开间和中部设置三道水平支撑,相应柱间设置三道上柱支撑,考虑温度应力的影响和抗震需要,只在中部牛腿设置一道柱间支撑.(3)系杆的设置在屋面转折处设置通长刚性系杆,端部的第一开间水平支撑处有檩条充当刚性系杆,系杆材料为Ф114×3的钢管。(4)隅撑的设置檩条和墙檩靠隅撑将其与屋架梁牢固连接,以保证其稳定性。檩条和墙檩每间隔一根设置一道隅撑,隅撑采用Q235钢L50×4,角度为45。屋面结构布置图和柱间支撑布置图详见结构施工图。11
