'前言空调通风作为一门应用性学科同样存在着普及与提高两大任务。随着国民经济的飞速发展,空气调节技术已是保证室内良好环境的一种必不可少的技术。经济的发展使从事空调设计人员越来越多,对设计要求也越来越高。许多其它行业的人也越来越多地关心空调系统设计的合理性和经济性。尤其是近年来能源危机的出现、环保意识的不断提高,对空调设计提出了新的更为严峻的挑战。在设计过程中,本着合理和经济的要求,经过复杂而缜密的计算后,认真比较了多种空调方案,结合实际情况确定出最优方案。满足方案合理的同时,对空调设备进行多方面的综合考虑,选择最经济最适宜的型号。设计中涉及到如下方面的内容:空调系统的空调方案比较、空调系统冷负荷及湿负荷的计算、空调系统系统布置、空调设备及附件选择、空调系统水力计算、空调系统的消声减振及制冷机房的设计、采暖系统的热负荷计算、采暖系统设备的选择、采暖系统的布置及采暖系统的水力计算、通风系统的设计、布置等。由于作者系一名即将毕业的大学生,无论是实践经验还是理论基础都还比较薄弱。在设计过程中难免存在错误和不足,恳请各位老师指正。沈阳工业大学建筑工程学院目录前言错误!未定义书签。目录错误!未定义书签。摘要错误!未定义书签。 equipmentshaping,thewindsystem,theaqueoussystemwaterpowercomputationandcoldwaterengineroomdesignandthesystemarrangement.Finallythisdesignalsotothecorrespondingnoiseelimination,reducedhasbuoyeduptheconciseintroduction.Keyword:Theairconditioningventilatesablastrowofwind概况一、工程概述本工程为沈阳市金星综合办公楼,该楼共8层,建筑占地面积约1313平米,建筑面积约9538平米。该建筑地下1层,地上8层。地下1层为库房和设备用房,地上8层为办公用房。1~6层为高级办公用房,7层、8层为普通办公用房。二、设计原始资料1.土建资料1、2层层高4.8米,3~6层层高4米;7层层高3.4米,8层3.5米,顶层水箱间层高为3.9米,地下1层层高3.7米。外墙体为74号塑料袋装脲醛泡沫塑料保温材料的外墙,屋面为13号沥青膨胀珍珠岩保温材料的屋面,内墙体为2号砖墙,楼板为31号钢筋混凝土楼板,窗为6mm厚的普通玻璃双层钢窗(内有活动铝百叶帘),门为6mm厚玻璃门。2.热源条件以95~70℃热水的集中供热和由锅炉房供应0.8MPa的蒸气(冬季),为本办公楼设计供暖系统的热源。3.水源条件以市政自来水管网为本办公楼设计的水源。4.电源条件以城市电网220/380V,50Hz为本办公楼设计的电源。5.气象资料①室内参数:空调房间:夏季温度26±1℃冬季温度20±1℃相对湿度:夏季湿度50%冬季湿度50%室内风速:夏季风速≤0.2m/s冬季风速≤0.3m/s②室外参数:查《空气调节设计手册》得沈阳市室外气象参数值为:地理位置:北纬41°46′东经123°26′海拔41.6m室外计算干球温度: 冬季采暖温度:-19℃冬季空调温度:-22℃冬季通风温度:-12℃夏季通风温度:28℃夏季空调温度:31.4℃夏季空调日平均温度:27.2℃夏季湿球温度:25.2℃相对湿度:冬季空调室外相对湿度:64%最热月相对湿度:78%夏季通风相对湿度:64%风速:冬季风速:3.1m/s夏季风速:2.9m/s大气压力:冬季:1020.8hPa夏季:1000.7hPa三、系统方案比较及决定由土建资料得知各房间功能:一层为大厅和办公大厅;二层为办公大厅、活动室和休息室;三层到六层为办公大厅。显然,一层到六层大部分面积为大空间,其余部分为小空间且空调使用时间不尽相同。七层、八层为普通办公空间。地下一层为机房和车库。初拟如下几种方案:1.全空气系统(即集中式)全空气空调系统具有如下特点:优点:全空气空调系统设备集中,运行和管理都比较容易,施工方便,初投资小,系统简单。在过度季节能全新风运行。缺点:全空气空调系统当房间热湿负荷变化时不能作出相应调节,并且当一部分房间不再需要空调时而整个系统还在继续运行,造成能源的浪费。对于一层和二层办公大空间来说,运用全空气空调系统除具备其优点外,缺点方面就是由于房间为办公用房间对于全空气空调系统,当部分房间负荷变化或不需要空调时,系统还在继续运行,势必造成能源的浪费,所以不适合用全空气空调系统。2.风机盘管加新风空调系统(即半集中式)风机盘管加新风空调系统具有如下特点: 一层大厅、门厅选用的热风幕为:FM-1509(共6个)一层业务监控室、接待室选用的热风幕为:FM-1515(共2个)第二章通风、排烟系统设计由于《高层建筑设计防火规范》指出地下室总面积超过200㎡或一个房间面积超过50㎡的地下室做机械排烟系统。由于该建筑地下室大约1000㎡,故设置机械排烟系统。一、基本计算:查《实用供热空调设计手册》和《高层建筑设计防火规范》得:库房通风换气次数为:2次/h制冷机房换气次数为:5次/h换热房间换气次数为:10次/h地下室防烟分区为:≤500m2,由于该地下室有自动喷淋消防系统,所以,该建筑地下室防烟分区为:≤1000m2一系统对应一区排烟量为:60m3/h一系统对应多区排烟量为:120m3/h单台风机最少排烟量为:7200m3/h通风排风合用一系统时,送风量修正系数:0.8排烟漏风附加系数:20%通风机附加系数:15%计算公式:换气次数:N=L/V㈠排烟、通风计算:1.排烟、通风风量计算:每个防烟分区面积≤100m2时,排烟量为:LPYmax=120×99=11880m3/h通风风量:G=2×637×3.7+5×95.9×3.7+10×30.4×3.7=7615m3/h排烟量附加20%漏风量:11880×(1+20%)=14256m3/h2.换气次数校核:N=L/V=11880÷(911.76×3.7)=3.52次/h,符合库房换气次数,合格。3.排烟、通风风机选择:查《中大空调器》样本得:当排风风量为14256m3/h和通风风量为7615m3/h,风机全压为91.4Pa和90.3Pa时,选用XGF—IGI—6型双速消防高温排烟风机。4.消声器选择、校核:查《一环消声器样本》得: 机组放在水泵后面。避免冷水机组承压能力高而坏掉。㈦冷却水泵选择:水处理器的阻力:50KPa系统总阻力:△P1=63.2KPa冷凝器阻力:△P2=40KPa冷冻水系统的总阻力:△P=153.2KPa=15.3mH2O冷凝器水流量:62m3/h附加:10%查《安裕达水泵》样本得:流量为68.2m3/h,扬程为16.8mH2O时,选用KDN80-250型离心水泵。温度范围:-10℃~140℃㈧补水泵、软化水箱、软水设备选择:查《暖通空调技术措施》得:补水量为系统水容量的2%,补水点设在循环水泵的吸入段,且补水泵的流量取取补水量的2.5~5倍,扬程附加30~50KPa,软化水箱储存补水泵的0.5~1.0h的水量。系统的水容量:1.3L/m2补水量:1.3×6534×0.02=170L=0.17m3补水泵的流量:0.17×3=0.51m3/min=30m3/h补水系统的总阻力:△P=18KPa=1.8mH2O查《安裕达水泵》样本得:流量为30m3/h,扬程为5.8mH2O时,选用KDN40-160型离心水泵。温度范围:-10℃~140℃补水泵0.7h的水量:30×0.7=21m3,则软化水箱的容积为21m3查《济南宏大供热设备》样本得:补水量为0.17m3时,选用HSZS-2750×A型自动化软水设备。二、换热间的设计:㈠换热器的选择:计算公式:查《暖通空调技术措施》得:热交换总计热负荷:Qjz=K×ΣQ管网热损失系数:k=1.05~1.10循环水流量:G1=(3.6×Qjz)÷Cp(t1-t2)蒸汽流量:G2=(3.6×Qjz)÷Cp(i1-i2) 空调供回水温度:60~50℃外网蒸汽压力:0.8MPa空调总热负荷:ΣQ=617.1Kw热交换总计热负荷:Qjz=K×ΣQ=1.07×617.1=660.3Kw循环水流量:G1=(3.6×Qjz)÷Cp(t1-t2)=53.02t/h蒸汽流量:G2=(3.6×Qjz)÷Cp(i1-i2)=1.09t/h查《北辰换热设备》样本得:循环水流量为53.02t/h,蒸汽流量1.09t/h时,选用SJZQⅢ-N-1.40-A型高效空调用汽水智能换热机组。压力损失为15KPa(选用SHQK250-0.7-T(W)-P型双纹管空调用汽水换热器)㈡循环水泵校核:查《暖通空调技术措施》得:富裕系数:K1=1.05~1.10循环水泵总流量:G=k(3.6×Q)÷Cp(t1-t2)=53.02m3/h循环水泵的扬程:H=K1×HZ=1.05×35.9=37.7+1.5=39.2mH2O均在冷冻水泵参数范围内,符合冷冻水泵选型。第四章空调系统的消声减振一、空调系统的消声:空调系统消声设计应考虑噪声的频谱特性、室内允许的噪声标准、通风机噪声、风管中产生的气流噪声和从风管管壁传入风管内的噪声、风管系统噪声的自然衰减、消声器的声衰减量以及隔声室的隔声量等。为减少空调系统消声和隔振处理及降低被空气调节房间噪声的困难,应尽可能的减少噪声源的噪声。为此,在进行空气调节系统设计及选择通风设备时应注意:1.应将风量大的系统分成若干小系统。2.选用高效率、低噪声的通风机。3.风量一定时,尽量降低风管系统的压力损失及选用转速低的风机。必要时可用双风机。4.阀门,分支管三通等部件需采用较厚的钢板。弯头及分支管三通等气流急剧转弯处,宜装设导流叶片。5.对于消声要求严格的房间,连接风口的支管上最好不设调节阀。二、空调装置的隔振:
