InternationalFlavorsandFragrances(China)LTD.FlyingDragonProject国际香料（中国）有限公司飞龙项目ConstructionOrganizationDesign1、Weldingjobinaccordancewiththeexistingstandards,"theconstructionofsteelstructureweldingapointoforder"(JGJ81-2002)totherelevantprovisionsofspan.焊接符合现行待业标准《建筑钢结构焊接规程》（JGJ81-2002）的有关规定。2、WhenPilesneedtolong-term,underpressureaftertheexposedsectionpileontheground,toabout0.6mtopilespan.当管桩需要接长时，下节桩施压后露出在地面约0.6m时即可接桩。3、Topileonandcleanupbeforetheendofthedirtpiledebris,usingwirebrushclean-up,Groovebrushtorevealtheshinymetalspan.接桩前清理干净上、下桩端的泥土杂物，采用钢丝刷清理，坡口处刷至露出金属光泽。4、Pileontothenextsection,andwill,ensurethattheverticalsectionofthepile,dislocationdeviationofnotmorethan5mm.Bendingvectornodesshouldbenolargerthan0.1percentofhighpilelength,notlargerthan20mmspan.上、下节桩应对齐，保证上节桩的垂直，错位偏差不大于5mm，节点弯曲矢高不得大于0.1%桩长，且不大于20mm。5、Weldingmethodusedtopile:Thefollowingsectionpileslocatedbehindguidetoensurethatthesectionfromtoptobottomtopilelevelingstraight.Fromtoptobottomofthegapbetweenthepileofmetalplatesweldedisfillinginthewholeprison.Andthenalongthecircularsymmetryspotwelding6,fromtoptobottomtobefixedafterthedemolitionofpile-orientedhoop,thenlayeredasymmetricweldingspan.接桩采用焊接法：下节桩桩头设导箍以保证上下节桩找平接直，上下节桩之间的间隙应用铁片全中填实焊牢，然后沿圆周对称点焊6处，待上下节桩固定后再拆导向箍，继而分层对称施焊。6、Atthesametimebytwosymmetricalwelding,weldshouldbecontinuousandfull.GuangdongProvincialArchitecturalMembersEngineeringCompany广东省建筑构件工程公司72 InternationalFlavorsandFragrances(China)LTD.FlyingDragonProject国际香料（中国）有限公司飞龙项目ConstructionOrganizationDesign打桩前用长吊锤线从两个互相垂直方向观测，控制好桩身的垂直度，在打桩过程中随时观测，发现倾斜立即调整。保证桩入土后的垂直偏差不超过0.3%，成桩后偏差不超过0.5%。1）Inspectthepilespriortopile-driving,anddonotusethedefectedpiles.Theremightbecrackonthepilebodyduringthepile-drivingprocess,thereforecarefulobservationisnecessaryduringthepile-drivingprocess.Asthefirstsegmentofpileispressedinabout0.6~1.0mfromtheground,startdrivingthesecondsegmentofpile.Alignthepilesandtheerrorshallbelessthan2mm.Meanwhile,adjusttheverticaldegreeoftheupperpileandlowerpile,fillwithironplatestomakethepileendflat,andthenstartwelding.打桩前对桩进行检查，对有缺陷的桩不予使用。打桩过程中有可能因为打桩引起桩身出现裂痕，因此，施工时加强沉桩过程中观测。2）Uponthepileconnectionwithelectricwelding,twopeopleshallweldwithpropercurrent,andmaketheweldingsewscompactandfull.Nowelddefectssuchasundercut,slaginclusionisallowed.Allweldingelectrodesusedshallhaveleave-factoryqualification.当第一节桩打至地面约0.6—1.0m时，开始接第二节桩，接桩前先将桩对平，上下桩偏差要小于2mm，同时要调整好上下节桩的垂直度，对桩端头不平之处用铁片填平才能施焊。3）Writeconstructiondiaryandarrangethetechnicalinformationsuchasshieldingacceptancerecords,originalrecordsandfieldvisa.电焊接桩时，由二人对称施焊，电流适中，所使有的电焊条具有出厂合格证，焊缝密实饱满，不得有施工缺陷如咬边、夹渣等。4）Theexclusivestaffisresponsibleforthemaintenanceofpilepressingmachinestomakethemachinesworknormallyandtheprojectgetonsmoothly.做好施工日记、隐蔽验收记录、原始记录和现场签证等工程技术资料的整理。5）Stopconstructionifanyofthefollowingcasesoccursduringthepile-drivingprocess,andGuangdongProvincialArchitecturalMembersEngineeringCompany广东省建筑构件工程公司72
