侧模安装通过运模小车,利用5吨卷扬机牵引至安装台座,然后在小车上用千斤顶将侧模横向移动,与底模竖向对位。在专人指挥下,在单侧侧模边缘支腿处使用28台10t机械千斤顶同步顶升,将侧模顶升至应设高度,通过水准仪测量高度无误后,拉紧与底模连接拉杆,再用联接螺栓和带有槽形胶条的底模角钢联接固定。对侧模反拱进行检测调整,符合要求后喷涂脱模剂,然后吊装底腹板钢筋入模。2.4.3内模板及端模板安装箱梁底、腹板钢筋安装检测符合技术要求后,用65t门吊吊内模底部托架于底腹板钢筋对应位置处,用螺栓通过套管将支架与底模上的螺母相连进行安装固定。再吊装内模,吊装时由专人指挥,用65t门吊缓慢吊至底腹板钢筋笼内,置于内模托架上。然后通过液压系统顶升内模并张开内模板到设计位置,安装撑杆,用拉杆把纵梁和托架联接固定,以防内模上浮。仔细调整内模板与端模闭合,再吊装顶板层端模与内模、侧模闭合,安装通风孔预埋件。内模横向定位由通风孔预埋件控制,以保证腹板尺寸。根据情况对模板接缝使用双面胶条或玻璃胶进行密封。2.4.4、预埋件安装梁体的各种预埋件、预留孔与模板、钢筋骨架同时安装。⑴、支座板安装检查支座板质量合格,在底模板清理完成后,根据设计施工标志线与定位螺栓孔安装固定支座板和防落梁,支座板与防落梁安装应符合2.3.2质量要求。⑵、通风孔、泄水孔、吊装孔、通讯信号电缆过轨预留孔及静载试验预留孔,预留孔成型采用钢管,钢管表面包裹一层橡胶,该管包裹橡胶之后的直径与预留孔设计直径相同。根据设计在模板对应位置处预先设置预留孔成型管道安装定位螺孔,将带有螺杆的预留孔成型钢管用螺丝固定在模板上。管道周围加设固定井架钢筋及螺旋筋。theseconddeterminationasaresult.ResultsoftwosmallThenumber.5,allowstheanalysisofpersonnelsimultaneouslyorinquicksuccessionfortheseconddetermination,theabsolutevalueofthedifferenceoftheresults:whentheashislessthan1%,shouldnotexceed0.02%oftheaverageresultswhentheashismorethan1%,shouldnotexceed2%oftheaverageresult.Proteinfromstarch-determinationofKjeldahlnitrogen-1,definethecontent:formedbyhydrolysisofstarchanditsderivativesinthesampleoffreeaminoacidcontentofnitrogenandammonia-containingcompounds.Tothesamplensamplesoftheoriginalweightweightweightexpressedasapercentage.Principle2,inthepresenceofacatalyst,sulfuricacidstarchanditsderivativesandreactionproductsofalkali,anddistillingammoniarelease.Usingboricacidsolutioncollects,andthencalibratedsulfuricacidsolutiontitrated,getthevolumeofsulphuricacidconsumedthenumberthatcanbeconvertedintonitrogen.Thismethodissuitableforammoniacontentisgreaterthan0.01%(m/m)samplesofstarchanditsderivatives;3,reagentinthedeterminationprocess,onlyuseanalyticalgradereagentanddistilledwater,oratleastthepurityofwater.Concentratedsulphuricacid:96%(m/m),ρ20for1.84g/mL.Sodiumhydroxidesolution:40%(m/m),ρ20for1.43g/mL.Boricacidsolution:20g/L.Catalyst:formedbythe97gand3Gofpotassiumsulfateanhydrouscoppersulfate.Standardsolutionofsulphuricacid:about0.02mol/L,or0.1mol/lstandardsolution.Indicator:bytwo50%(v/v)alcoholsolutionoftheneutralmethylred,coldsaturatedsolutionanda50%(v/v)
