第六届超高压生物科学与技术国际会议闭幕第六届超高压生物科学与技术国际会议于2010年8月28日至9月1日在德国慕尼黑北部的弗赖辛召开。来自德国、法国、英国、西班牙、美国、加拿大、比利时、葡萄牙、苏格兰、匈牙利、波兰、科索沃、立陶宛、亚美尼亚、日本、印度、巴西、新西兰、中国等世界各地100多名从事超高压生物科学与技术的专家与学者聚集一堂,对“高压敏感分子的机制、高分子与高压加工、小分子与高压加工、高压敏感有机系统、深海生物、高压加工食品微生物学、高压加工对人类的影响、高压技术、高压技术分析”等学术问题发表论文并进行了热烈讨论。会议由德国慕尼黑理工大学RudyF.Vogel教授主持,日本近畿大学的KazuyukiAkasaka教授做了主题报告“HighPressureNMRStudyofProteins-SeekingRootsforFunction,Evolution,DiseaseandFoodApplications”。除了发表论文外,会场还有几十块展板,发表了论文摘要。我国首次出席这样的国际会议,郑捷代表天津科技大学食品学院刘安军院长、天津华泰森淼公司总工程师贾培起等五位参加研究的人员发表了论文“Superhighpressureeffectsonpropertiesandultrastructureofbeef(高压对牛肉蒸煮损失和组织结构的影响研究)”受到与会者的关注。会议决定第七届超高压生物科学与技术国际会议与2012年在日本举行,会议主持人为KazuyukiAkasaka教授。会场外景  弗赖辛(Freising)是德国巴伐利亚州弗赖辛县的首府,人口为48,400。城市位于慕尼黑以北的伊萨尔河畔,与慕尼黑国际机场相邻。来往机场的人都可以看到弗赖辛的两座著名山峰---一为主教城堡坐落的教堂山,一为世界上最古老的酿酒坊坐落的魏恩施蒂芬山。  历史   虽然考古发现认为弗赖辛从铜器时代就开始有人定居了,但是并没有发现相关的证据。有据可查的历史始于8世纪,弗赖辛教区的先驱---圣徒Corbinian居住的神殿早大724年就已存在了。根据主教Arbeo整理的Corbinian的传记所记载,Corbinian是由一头熊驮着他的行李翻越阿尔卑斯山的,如今,驮着行李的熊的图案已成为弗赖辛市徽的一部分。虽然教区的教座已在1821年就搬到慕尼黑去了,但直到今天弗赖辛仍然是教区行政部门所在地。  主教Arbeo于764年-783年在修道院里建造了图书馆和缮写室,于是弗赖辛开始逐渐成为宗教中心。  996年,费赖辛从奥托三世获得了城市权利。但是,在1150年左右慕尼黑建城之后,弗赖辛就逐渐丧失了其重要的经济地位。  文化意义  弗赖辛是巴伐利亚州最古老的人类定居点,在中世纪早期成为巴伐利亚主要的宗教中心,现在也仍是重要的主教教区中心。一些重要的历史文献就是在900年至1200年此地的修道院编写的。
