本规程用词说明ExplanationofPhraseology………………………………………………………条文说明ClauseExplanation………………………………………………………………………1总则1.0.1为统一使用回弹仪检测普通混凝土抗压强度的方法,保证检测精度,制定本规程。1.0.2本规程适用于普通混凝土抗压强度(以下简称混凝土强度)的检测。当对混凝土强度有检测要求时,可按本规程进行检测,检测结果可作为处理混凝土质量问题的依据。本规程不适用于表层与内部质量有明显差异或内部存在缺陷的混凝土强度的检测。1.0.3使用回弹法进行检测的人员,应通过主管部门认可的专业培训,并应持有相应的资格证书。1.0.4使用回弹法检测及推定混凝土强度时,除应遵守本规程外,尚应符合国家现行的有关强制性标准的规定。2术语、符号2.1术语2.1.1测区testarea检测构件混凝土强度时的一个检测单元。2.1.2测点testpoint测区内的一个回弹检测点。2.1.3测区混凝土强度换算值conversionvalueofconcretecompressivestrengthoftestarea由测区的平均回弹值和碳化深度值通过测区强度换算表得到的测区现龄期混凝土强度值。2.1.4混凝土强度推定值estimationvalueofstrengthforconcrete相应于强度换算值总体分布中保证率不低于95%的构件中的混凝土强度值。2.1.5泵送混凝土pumpedconcrete混凝土拌合物坍落度不小于100mm,可泵送施工的混凝土。2.1.6高强混凝土high-strengthconcrete混凝土强度大于60MPa的混凝土。2.2符号——第i个测点的回弹值。41 ——测区或试块的平均回弹值。——回弹仪非水平状态检测时,测区的平均回弹值。——回弹仪在水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面时,测区的平均回弹值。——回弹仪在水平方向检测混凝土浇筑底面时,测区的平均回弹值。——回弹仪检测混凝土浇筑表面时,回弹值的修正值。——回弹仪检测混凝土浇筑底面时,回弹值的修正值。——非水平状态检测时,回弹值的修正值。——第i次测量的碳化深度值。——测区的平均碳化深度值。——测区混凝土强度换算值。——测区混凝土强度换算值的平均值。——构件中最小的测区混凝土强度换算值。——同批构件测区混凝土强度换算值的标准差。——构件混凝土强度推定值。——修正系数。3回弹仪3.1技术要求3.1.1测定回弹值的仪器,应采用数字式回弹仪或指针直读式回弹仪。3.1.2回弹仪必须具有制造厂的产品合格证及检定单位的检定证书,并应在回弹仪的明显位置上具有下列标志:名称、型号、制造厂名(或商标)、出厂编号等。3.1.3回弹仪除应符合《回弹仪》GB/T9138标准外,还应符合下列技术要求:1水平弹击时,弹击锤脱钩瞬间,中型回弹仪的标称能量为2.207J;重型回弹仪的标称能量为5.5J;2弹击锤与弹击杆碰撞的瞬间,弹击拉簧处于自由状态,此时弹击锤起跳点相应于指针指示刻度尺上“0”处;41 3在洛氏硬度HRC为60±2的钢砧上,中型回弹仪的率定值为80±2;重型回弹仪率定值为83±1。4.数字式回弹仪应带有指针直读示值系统,数字显示的回弹值与指针直读示值相差不超过1。3.1.4回弹仪使用时的环境温度应为(-4~40)℃。3.2检定3.2.1回弹仪具有下列情况之一时应送检定单位检定:1新回弹仪启用前;2超过检定有效期限(中型回弹仪有效期为半年,重型回弹仪有效期为一年);3中型回弹仪累计弹击次数超过6000次;重型回弹仪累计弹击次数超过5000次;4数字式回弹仪数字显示的回弹值与指针直读示值相差超过1;5经保养后钢砧率定值不合格;6遭受严重撞击或其他损害。3.2.2回弹仪应由授权计量检定机构按照国家计量检定规程《混凝土回弹仪》JJG817进行检定。3.2.3回弹仪在检测前后,应在钢砧上做率定试验,并应符合本规程第3.1.3条的规定。3.2.4回弹仪率定试验应在室温为(5~35)℃的条件下进行。率定时,钢砧应稳固地平放在刚度大的物体上。测定回弹值时,取连续向下弹击三次的稳定回弹平均值。弹击杆应分三次旋转,每次旋转90度,弹击杆每旋转一次的率定平均值中型回弹仪应为80±2,重型回弹仪应为83±1。3.2.5率定回弹仪的钢砧应每2年校准一次。3.3保养3.3.1回弹仪具有下列情况之一时应进行保养:1中型回弹仪弹击超过2000次,重型回弹仪弹击超过1000次;2在钢砧上的率定值不合格;3对检测值有怀疑。3.3.2保养应符合下列规定,并应按照回弹仪厂商提供的维护手册进行:1使弹击锤脱钩后取出机芯,然后卸下弹击杆,取出里面的缓冲压簧,并取出弹击锤、弹击拉簧和拉簧座;2机芯各零部件应进行清洁,重点清理中心导杆、弹击锤和弹击杆的内孔及冲击面。清41 理后应在中心导杆上薄薄涂抹钟表油,其他零部件均不得抹油;3应清理机壳内壁,卸下刻度尺,并应检查指针,其摩擦力为(0.5~0.8)N。4不得旋转尾盖上已定位紧固的调零螺丝;5不得自制或更换零部件;6保养后应按本规程第3.2.4条的要求进行率定。3.3.3回弹仪使用完毕后应使弹击杆伸出机壳,清除弹击杆、杆前端球面以及刻度尺表面和外壳上的污垢、尘土。回弹仪不用时,应将弹击杆压入仪器内,经弹击后方可按下按钮锁住机芯,将回弹仪装入仪器箱,平放在干燥阴凉处;数字式回弹仪长期不用时应取出电池。4检测技术4.1一般规定4.1.1混凝土强度检测宜具有下列资料:1工程名称、设计单位、施工单位;2构件名称、数量及混凝土类型、强度等级;3水泥安定性;外加剂、掺合料品种;混凝土配合比等;4施工模板,混凝土浇筑、养护情况及浇筑日期等;5必要的设计图纸和施工记录;6检测原因。4.1.2混凝土强度检测可采用下列两种方式,其适用范围及构件数量应符合下列规定:1单个检测:适用于单个构件的检测;2批量检测:适用于混凝土强度等级、原材料、配合比相同,养护条件基本一致且龄期相近的同类构件。按批进行检测的构件,抽检数量不得少于同批构件总数的30%且构件数量不得少于10件。抽检构件时,应随机抽取并使所选构件具有代表性。4.1.3每一构件的测区应符合下列规定:1测区数不应少于10个,对某一方向尺寸不大于4.5m且另一方向尺寸不大于0.3m的构件,其测区数量可适当减少,但不应少于5个;2相邻两测区的间距应控制在2m以内,测区离构件端部或施工缝边缘的距离不宜大于0.5m,且不宜小于0.2m;3测区应选在使回弹仪处于水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面。当不能满足这一要求时,可选在使回弹仪处于非水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面、表面或底面;4测区宜选在构件的两个对称可测面上,41 也可选在一个可测面上,且应均匀分布。在构件的重要部位及薄弱部位必须布置测区,并应避开预埋件;5测区的面积不宜大于0.09m2;6测区表面应为混凝土原浆面,并应清洁、平整,不应有疏松层、浮浆、油垢、涂层以及蜂窝、麻面,必要时可用砂轮清除疏松层和杂物,且不应有残留的粉末或碎屑;7对弹击时产生颤动的薄壁、小型构件应进行固定。4.1.4测区应标有清晰的编号,必要时应在记录纸上描述测区布置示意图和外观质量情况。4.1.5当检测条件与附录A、B、C的适用条件有较大差异时,可采用同条件试块或钻取混凝土芯样进行修正,试块或钻取芯样数量不应少于6个。试块边长为150mm;芯样公称直径宜为100mm,高径比为1,芯样应在测区内钻取,每个芯样只能加工一个试件,计算时,测区混凝土强度换算值应乘以修正系数。修正系数应按下列公式计算(4.1.5-1)或(4.1.5-2)式中η——修正系数,精确到0.01;fcu,i——第i个混凝土立方体试块的抗压强度值,精确到0.1MPa;fcor,i——第i个混凝土芯样试件的抗压强度,精确到0.1MPa;——对应于第i个试块或芯样部位测区回弹值和碳化深度值的混凝土强度换算值,可按本规程附录A、B或C;——试件数。4.2回弹值测量4.2.1检测时,回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于混凝土检测面,缓慢施压,准确读数,快速复位。4.2.2测点宜在测区范围内均匀分布,相邻两测点的净距不宜小于20mm;测点距外露钢筋、预埋件的距离不宜小于30mm。测点不应在气孔或外露石子上,同一测点只应弹击一次。每一测区应读取16个回弹值,每一测点的回弹值读数至1。4.3碳化深度值测量41 4.3.1回弹值测量完毕后,应在有代表性的测区位置上测量碳化深度值,测点不应少于构件测区数的30%,取其平均值作为该构件每个测区的碳化深度值。当碳化深度值极差大于2.0mm时,应在每一测区分别测量碳化深度值。4.3.2碳化深度值的测量,可采用适当的工具在测区表面形成直径约15mm的孔洞,其深度应大于混凝土的碳化深度。孔洞中的粉末和碎屑应清除,不得用水擦洗。采用浓度为1%的酚酞酒精溶液滴在孔洞内壁的边缘处,当已碳化与未碳化界线清晰时,用碳化深度测量仪测量已碳化与未碳化混凝土交界面到混凝土表面的垂直距离,测量不应少于3次,取其平均值,每次读数精确至0.25mm。4.4泵送混凝土的检测4.4.1泵送混凝土的测区宜选在混凝土浇筑侧面,检测时回弹仪应处于水平方向。4.5高强混凝土的检测4.5.1高强混凝土强度的检测应采用标称能量为5.5J的重型混凝土回弹仪,当构件某一测区的平均回弹值小于35.5时,可采用中型回弹仪进行检测。4.5.2高强混凝土的测区应选在使回弹仪处于水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面,不应进行测试面和测试角度的修正。5回弹值计算5.0.1计算测区平均回弹值,应从该测区的16个回弹值中剔除3个最大值和3个最小值,用余下的10个回弹值按下式计算:(5.0.1)式中Rm——测区平均回弹值,精确至0.1;Ri——第i个测点的回弹值。5.0.2非水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面时,应按下式修正:(5.0.2)式中——非水平状态检测时测区的平均回弹值,精确至0.1;——非水平状态检测时回弹值修正值,应按本规程附录B选用。5.0.3水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面或浇筑底面时,应按下列公式修正:41 (5.0.3-1)(5.0.3-2)式中、—水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面、底面时,测区的平均回弹值,精确至0.1;、——混凝土浇筑表面、底面回弹值的修正值,应按本规程附录C采用。5.0.4当检测时回弹仪为非水平方向且测试面为非混凝土的浇筑侧面时,应先按本规程附录D对回弹值进行角度修正,再按本规程附录E对修正后的值进行浇筑面修正。6测强曲线6.1一般规定6.1.1混凝土强度换算值可采用以下测强曲线计算:1统一测强曲线:由全国有代表性的材料、成型工艺配制的混凝土试件,通过试验所建立的测强曲线。2.地区测强曲线:由本地区常用的材料、成型工艺配制的混凝土试件,通过试验所建立的测强曲线。3专用测强曲线:由与构件混凝土相同的材料、成型养护工艺配制的混凝土试件,通过试验所建立的测强曲线。6.1.2有条件的地区和部门,应制定本地区的测强曲线或专用测强曲线,经主管部门组织审定和批准后实施。检测单位应按专用测强曲线、地区测强曲线、统一测强曲线的顺序选用测强曲线。6.2统一测强曲线6.2.1符合下列条件的混凝土应按本规程附录A进行换算。1混凝土采用的水泥、砂石、外加剂、掺合料、拌和用水应符合国家现行有关标准;2采用普通成型工艺;3采用符合国家标准规定的模板;4自然养护或蒸汽养护出池经自然养护7天以上,且混凝土表层为干燥状态;5龄期为:(14~1000)d;6抗压强度为:(10~60)MPa。6.2.2泵送混凝土测区强度应按本规程附录B进行换算。1混凝土龄期为:(14~1000)d41 2抗压强度区间为:(10~60)MPa6.2.3高强混凝土测区强度应按本规程附录C进行换算,其强度区间为:(60.1~80)MPa。6.2.4制定测区混凝土强度换算表所依据的统一测强曲线,其强度误差值应符合下列规定:1平均相对误差(δ)不应大于±15.0%;相对标准差(er)不应大于18.0%;2高强混凝土平均相对误差(δ)不应大于±10.0%;相对标准差(er)不应大于12.0%6.2.5当有下列情况之一时,测区混凝土强度不得按本规程附录换算。1粗集料最大粒径大于60mm,泵送混凝土粗集料最大粒径大于31.5mm;2特种成型工艺制作的混凝土;3检测部位曲率半径小于250mm;4潮湿或浸水混凝土。6.3地区和专用测强曲线6.3.1地区和专用测强曲线的强度误差应符合下列规定:1.地区测强曲线:平均相对误差(δ)不应大于±14.0%,相对标准差(er)不应大于17.0%;其中高强混凝土地区测强曲线:平均相对误差(δ)不应大于±8.0%,相对标准差(er)不应大于10.0%;2专用测强曲线:平均相对误差(δ)不应大于±12.0%,相对标准差(er)不应大于14.0%;其中高强混凝土地区测强曲线:平均相对误差(δ)不应大于±6.0%,相对标准差(er)不应大于8.0%;3平均相对误差(δ)和相对标准差(er)的计算应符合本规程附录F的规定。6.3.2地区和专用测强曲线使用时,应与制定该类测强曲线混凝土的适应条件相同,不得超出该类测强曲线的适应范围,并应经常抽取一定数量的同条件试件进行校核,当发现有显著差异时,应及时查找原因,不得继续使用。7混凝土强度的计算7.1构件第i个测区混凝土强度换算值,由本规程附录A、附录B、附录C查表得出。7.2构件的测区混凝土强度平均值应根据各测区的混凝土强度换算值计算。当测区数为10个及以上时,应计算强度标准差。平均值及标准差应按下列公式计算:41 (7.0.2-1)(7.0.2-2)式中——构件测区混凝土强度换算值的平均值(MPa),精确至0.1MPa;n——对于单个检测的构件,取一个构件的测区数;对批量检测的构件,取被抽检构件测区数之和;——结构或构件测区混凝土强度换算值的标准差(MPa),精确至0.01MPa。7.3构件的现龄期混凝土强度推定值(fcu,e)应按下列公式确定:7.3.1当构件测区数少于10个时:(7.0.3-1)式中——构件中最小的测区混凝土强度换算值。7.3.2当构件的测区强度值中出现小于10.0MPa时:fcu,e<10.0MPa(7.0.3-2)7.3.3当构件测区数不少于10个或按批量检测时,应按下列公式计算:—(7.0.3-3)7.4对按批量检测的构件,当该批构件混凝土强度标准差出现下列情况之一时,则该批构件应全部按单个构件检测:1当该批构件混凝土强度平均值小于25MPa时:>4.5MPa;2当该批构件混凝土强度平均值不小于25MPa且不大于60MPa时:>5.5MPa;3当该批构件混凝土强度平均值大于60MPa时:>6.5MPa;7.5检测报告可按本规程附录G的格式编写。41 1总则1.0.1统一回弹仪检测方法,保证检测精度是本规程制定的目的。回弹法在我国已使用了几十年,应用已非常广泛,为了保证检测的准确性和可靠性,就必须统一检测方法。1.0.2本条所指的普通混凝土系主要由水泥、砂、石掺和料和水配制的密度为1950-2500kg/m3的混凝土。在正常情况下,混凝土强度的检验与评定应按国家现行标准《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204及《混凝土强度检验评定标准》GB50107执行。但是,当出现标准养护试件或同条件试件数量不足或未按规定制作试件时;当所制作的标准试件或同条件试件与所成型的构件在材料用量、配合比、水灰比等方面有较大差异,已不能代表构件的混凝土质量时;当标养试块或同条件试块不合格时;当出现质量事故时;并且对该结果持有怀疑时,总之,当对混凝土实际强度有检测要求时,可按本规程进行检测,检测结果可作为处理混凝土质量问题的依据。由于回弹法是通过回弹仪检测混凝土表面硬度从而推算出混凝土强度的方法,因此不适用于表层与内部质量有明显差异或内部存在缺陷的混凝土构件的检测。当混凝土表面遭受了火灾、冻伤、受化学物质侵蚀或内部有缺陷时,就不能直接采用回弹法检测。1.0.3由于本规程规定的方法是处理混凝土质量问题的依据,若不进行统一培训,则会对同一构件混凝土强度的推定结果存在着因人而异的混乱现象,因此本条规定凡从事本项检测的人员应经过培训并持有相应的资格证书。1.0.4凡本规程涉及的其它有关方面,例如钻芯取样,高空、深坑作业时的安全技术和劳动保护等,均应遵守相应的标准规范。3回弹仪3.1技术要求3.1.1随着光电子技术在回弹仪上的应用,国内数字式回弹仪的技术水平有了很大的提高,技术上已经成熟,我国舟山博远公司、乐陵回弹仪厂等企业生产的数字回弹仪性能已相当稳定。为了推广和应用先进技术,提高工作效率,减少人为产生的读数、记录、计算等过程出现差错,因此,本条规定可使用数字式回弹仪也可使用传统指针直读式回弹仪。3.1.2由于回弹仪为计量仪器,因此在回弹仪明显的位置上要标明名称、型号、制造厂名、生产编号及生产日期。3.1.341 回弹仪的质量及测试性能直接影响混凝土强度推定结果的准确性。根据多年对回弹仪的测试性能试验研究,编制组认为:回弹仪的标准状态是统一仪器性能的基础,是使回弹法广泛应用于现场的关键所在;只有采用质量统一,性能一致的回弹仪,才能保证测试结果的可靠性,并能在同一水平上进行比较。在此基础上,提出了下列回弹仪标准状态的各项具体指标:1水平弹击时,对于中型回弹仪弹击锤脱钩的瞬间,回弹仪的标准能量E,即中型回弹仪弹击拉簧恢复原始状态所作的功为:即重型回弹仪弹击拉簧恢复原始状态所作的功为:式中K——弹击拉簧的刚度系数(N/m);L——弹击拉簧工作时拉伸长度(m)。2弹击锤与弹击杆碰撞瞬间,弹击拉簧应处于自由状态,此时弹击锤起跳点应相应于刻度尺上的“0”处,同时弹击锤应在相应于刻度尺上的“100”处脱钩,也即在“0”处起跳。试验表明,当弹击拉簧的工作长度、拉伸长度及弹击锤的起跳点不符合以上规定的要求,即不符合回弹仪工作的标准状态时,则各仪器在同一试块上测得的回弹值的极差高达7.82分度值,经调为标准状态后,极差为1.72分度值。3检验回弹仪的率定值是否符合80±2和83±1的作用是:检验回弹仪的标准能量是否为2.207J和5.5J;回弹仪的测试性能是否稳定;机芯的滑动部分是否有污垢等。当钢砧率定值达不到率定值时,不允许用混凝土试块上的回弹值予以修正;更不允许旋转调零螺丝人为地使其达到率定值。试验表明上述方法不符合回弹仪测试性能,并破坏了零点起跳亦即使回弹仪处于非标准状态。此时,可按本规程3.3节要求进行常规保养,若保养后仍不合格,可送检定单位检定。4这是保证数字式回弹仪的数字显示与指针显示一致性的基本要求3.1.4环境温度异常时,对回弹仪的性能有影响,故规定了其使用时的环境温度。3.2检定3.2.1目前回弹仪生产不能保证每台新回弹仪均为标准状态,因此新回弹仪在使用前必须检定。回弹仪检定期限为:中型回弹仪为41 半年或累计弹击6000次为限,这样规定比较符合我国目前使用回弹仪的情况。其中6000次的规定,是参照国内外现有试验资料而定的,一般如不超过这一界限,正常质量的弹击拉簧不会产生显著的塑性变形而影响其工作性能。重型回弹仪因其使用频率较低,所以规定其检定周期为一年。3.2.2本条明确指出,检定混凝土回弹仪的单位应由当地主管部门授权,并按照国家计量检定规程《混凝土回弹仪》JJG817进行。开展检定工作要备有回弹仪检定器、拉簧刚度测量仪等设备。目前有的地区或部门不具备检定回弹仪的资格及条件,甚至不懂得回弹仪的标准状态,进行调整调零螺丝以使其钢砧率定值达到80±2的错误方法;有的没有检定设备也开展检定工作,以至于影响了回弹法的正确推广应用。因此,有必要强调检定单位的资格和统一检定回弹仪的方法。3.2.3本条是为了保证在使用过程中及时发现和纠正回弹仪的非标准状态。3.2.4本条将室温要求的规定与计量规程JJG817《混凝土回弹仪》一致。3.3保养3.3.1本条主要规定了回弹仪常规保养的步骤及要求。3.3.2进行常规保养时,必须先使弹击锤脱钩后再取出机芯,否则会使弹击杆突然伸出造成伤害。取机芯时要将指针轴向上轻轻抽出,以免造成指针片折断。此外,各零部件清洗完后,不能在指针轴上抹油。否则,使用中由于指针轴的污垢,将使指针摩擦力变化,直接影响检测结果。数字式回弹仪结构和原理较复杂,其厂商已提供了使用和维护手册,应按该手册的要求进行维护和保养。3.3.3回弹仪每次使用完毕后,应及时清除表面污垢。不用时,应将弹击杆压入仪器内,必须经弹击后方可按下按钮锁住机芯,如果未经弹击而锁住机芯,将使弹击拉簧在不工作时仍处于受拉状态,极易因疲劳而损坏。存放时回弹仪应平放在干燥阴凉处,如存放地点潮湿将会使仪器锈蚀。3.2.5率定回弹仪的钢砧长期使用表面的硬度会发生变化,因此,规定钢砧每两年应检定一次硬度。4检测技术4.1一般规定4.1.141 本条列举的1~5项资料,是为了对被检测的构件有全面、系统的了解。此外,必须了解水泥的安定性。如水泥安定性不合格则不能检测,如不能确切提供水泥安定性合格与否则应在检测报告上说明,以免产生由于后期混凝土强度因水泥安定性不合格而降低或丧失所引起的事故责任不清的问题。另外,也应了解清楚混凝土成型日期,这样可以推算出检测时构件混凝土的龄期。4.1.2由于回弹法测试具有快速、简便的特点,能在短期内进行较多数量的检测,以取得代表性较高的总体混凝土强度质量,故规定:按批进行检测的构件,抽检数量不得少于同批构件总数的30%且构件数量不得少于10个。此外,抽取试样应严格遵守“随机”的原则,并宜由建设单位、监理单位、施工单位会同检测单位共同商定抽样的范围、数量和方法。4.1.3某一方向尺寸不大于4.5m且另一方向尺寸不大于0.3m时,作为是否需要10个测区数的界线。检测构件布置测区时,相邻两测区的间距及测区离构件端部或施工缝的距离应遵守本条规定。测区布置时,应选在构件两个对称的可测面上,当可测面的对称面无法检测时也可在一个检测面上布置测区。由于混凝土构件体积不断增大,原规定测区面积不宜大于0.04m2的规定已不能完全满足检测要求,故本规程改为0.09m2。检测面必须为混凝土原浆面,已经粉刷的构件应将粉刷层清除干净,注意,切不可误将砂浆粉刷层当作混凝土原浆面进行检测。如果养护不当混凝土表面会产生疏松层,尤其在气候干燥地区更应注意,应将疏松层清除后方可检测,否则会造成误判。对于薄壁小型构件,如果约束力不够,回弹时产生颤动,会造成回弹能量损失,使检测结果偏低。因此必须加以可靠支撑,使之有足够的约束力时方可检测。4.1.4在记录纸上描述测区在构件上的位置和外观质量(例如有无裂缝),目的是以备推定和分析处理构件混凝土强度时参考。4.1.5当检测条件与测强曲线的适用条件有较大差异时,例如龄期、成型工艺的差异,可以采用同条件试件或钻取混凝土芯样进行修正,试件数量应不少于6个。芯样数量太少代表性不够,且离散较大。如果数量过大,则取芯工作量太大,有些构件又不宜取过多芯样,影响其结构安全性,因此规定数量不少于6个。当采用其它尺寸的试块和芯样时,还需要进行尺寸修正,而每一次修正还必然会带来新的误差,因此规定试块的边长为150mm,芯样的直径为100mm,高径比为1。另外,需要指出的是,此处每一个芯样表面均需有构件混凝土原浆面,先测定回弹值、碳化深度值,然后再制作芯样试件。不可以将较长芯样沿长度方向截取为几个芯样试件来计算修正系数。芯样的钻取、加工、计算可参照《钻芯法检测混凝土强度技术规程》CECS03规定执行。4.2回弹值测量41 4.2.1检测时应注意回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于混凝土检测面,并且缓慢施压不能冲击,否则回弹值读数不准确。4.2.2本条规定每一测区记取16点回弹值,它不包含弹击隐藏在薄薄一层水泥浆下的气孔或石子上的数值,这两种数值与该测区的正常回弹值偏差很大,很好判断。同一测点只允许弹击一次,若重复弹击则后者回弹值高于前者,这是因为经弹击后该局部位置较密实,再弹击时吸收的能量较小从而使回弹值偏高。4.3碳化深度值测量4.3.1本规程附录A中测区混凝土强度换算值由回弹值及碳化深度值两个因素确定,因此需要具体确定每一个测区的碳化深度值。当出现测区间碳化深度值极差大于2.0mm情况时,可能预示该构件混凝土强度不均匀,因此要求每一测区应分别测量碳化深度值。4.3.2由于现在所用水泥掺合料品种繁多,有些水泥水化后不能立即呈现碳化与未碳化的界线,需等待一段时间显现。因此本条规定了量测碳化深度时,需待碳化与未碳化界线清楚时再进行量测的内容。碳化深度值的测量准确与否与回弹值一样,直接影响推定混凝土强度的精度,因此在测量碳化深度值时应为垂直距离,并非孔洞中显现的非垂直距离,测量碳化深度值时应采用专用测量仪器。对于因养护不当及酸性脱模剂等因素引起的异常碳化,可进行打磨处理或者进行其它方法的修正。4.3.3高强混凝土强度高,表面硬度大,加之表面比较致密,经过大量实验,碳化对其影响很小,因此不用考虑表面的碳化。4.4泵送混凝土的检测4.4泵送混凝土的流动性大,其浇注面的表面和底面性能相差较大,由于缺乏足够的实验数据,故规定测区宜选在使回弹仪处于水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面。4.5高强混凝土的检测4.5.1已有文献资料表明,大能量回弹仪的研制是解决检测高强混凝土的前提。当前国内已研制的大能量回弹仪主要有:山东乐陵回弹仪厂生产的ZC1型回弹仪、天津建筑仪器有限公司生产的HT-1000型回弹仪、中国圣艾斯研制的GHT450型回弹仪,其外观、内部结构等与中型回弹仪基本一致,主要性能参数对比如下表:表1几种主要高强砼回弹仪参数对比仪器型号ZC1GHT450HT1000标准能量(J)5.54.59.841 弹击拉簧冲击长度(mm)100100140在仪器的选择上,既要考虑其能量能满足检测精度的要求,又要考虑现场适用。若能量太小则不能反映高强混凝土的差别,若能量太大则现场操作困难,失去了回弹仪体积小、重量轻、方便灵活的特点。同时,为了便于检测技术的推广,还要考虑仪器在市场上的供应情况。浙江、江苏、贵州、云南、陕西、山东、青岛、福建等省市的地方标准都采用能量为5.5J的重型回弹仪,所以这次高强混凝土的检测采用能量为5.5J的ZC1型高强混凝土回弹仪。附录C给出的是采用标称能量为5.5J的重型回弹仪回归出来的测强曲线,其它能量的回弹仪不得使用该曲线。当构件某一测区的平均回弹值小于35.5时,在附录C中已经无法查出,说明该构件的强度推定值小于60MPa,此时可采用中型回弹仪进行检测。4.5.2原规程中的测试角度、测试面的修正系数是以中型回弹仪为基础的经验系数,不适合重型回弹仪的修正。5回弹值计算5.0.1本条规定的测区平均回弹值计算方法和建立测强曲线时的取舍方法一致,不会引进新的误差。5.0.2~5.0.3由于现场检测条件的限制,有时不能满足水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面的要求,需按照规定修正。附录D及附录E系参考国外有关标准和国内试验资料而制定的。5.0.4当检测时回弹仪为非水平方向且测试面为非混凝土的浇筑侧面时,应先按附录D对回弹值进行角度修正,然后用上述按角度修正后的回弹值查附录E再行修正,两次修正后的值可理解为水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面的回弹值。这种先后修正的顺序不能颠倒,更不允许分别修正后的值直接与原始回弹值相加减。6测强曲线6.1一般规定6.1.1我国地域辽阔,气候差别很大,混凝土材料种类繁多,工程分散,施工和管理水平参差不齐。在全国加上工程中使用回弹法检测混凝土强度,除应统一仪器标准,统一测试技术,统一数据处理,统一强度推定方法外,还应尽力提高检测曲线41 的精度,发挥各地区的技术作用。各地处使用统一测强曲线外,也可以根据各地的气候和原材料特点,因地制宜的制定制定和采用专用测强曲线和地区测强曲线。6.1.2对于有条件的地区如能建立本地区的测强区线或专用测强曲线,则可以提高该地区的检测精度。地区和专用测强曲线须经地方建设行政主管部门组织的审查和批准,方能实施。各地可以根据专用测强曲线、地区测强曲线、统一测强曲线的次序选用。6.2统一测强曲线6.2.1统一测强曲线经过了20多年的使用,对于非泵送混凝土效果良好,这次修订时予以保留。6.2.2本条给出了全国统一测强曲线的误差要求。6.2.3泵送混凝土在原材料、配合比、搅拌、运输、浇注、振捣、养护等环节与传统的混凝土都有很大的区别,因此,为了适用混凝土技术的发展,提高回弹法检测的精度,这次把泵送混凝土进行单独回归,该方程是由参编单位通过实验得到的全国各地9843个实验数据回归而来的。其强度误差值为:平均相对误差(δ)±13.89%;相对标准差(er)17.24%该误差满足本规程6.2.2的要求。6.2.4高强混凝土的回归方程是由各参编单位采用5.5J的重型回弹仪,通过实验得到的全国各地4313个实验数据进行回归而得到的回归方程。其强度误差值为:平均相对误差(δ)±5.398%;相对标准差(er)6.665%。6.2.5试验表明,粗骨料的粒径大于40mm时已不能满足泵送的要求;构件生产中,有的并非一般机械成型工艺可以完成,例如混凝土轨枕,上、下水管道等,就需采用加压振动或离心法成型工艺,超出了该测强曲线的使用范围;对于测试面为非平面的或构件上测得的回弹值与在平面上测得的回弹值关系,国内目前尚无试验资料,现参照国外资料,对于测试部位的曲率半径小于250mm的构件不能采用该测强曲线;混凝土表面湿度对回弹法测强影响很大,应等待混凝土表面干燥后再进行检测。7混凝土强度的计算7.0.1构件的每一测区的混凝土强度换算值,是由每一测区的平均回弹值及平均碳化深度值按照测强曲线查出。7.0.2此条给出了测区混凝土强度平均值及标准差的计算方法。7.0.3对构件测区数小于10个时,因样本太少,取最小值。此外,当构件中出现测区强度无法查出(即中型回弹仪<10.0MPa、>60MPa或重型回弹仪<60MPa、>41
