'轻钢龙骨石膏板内隔墙施工工法工法编号:FJGFEJ28-2011完成单位:厦门源昌城建集团有限公司中国建筑第四工程局有限公司主要完成人:杨克红刘顺强张明魏继峰刘国智1前言随着国家政策的调整,轻质防火隔热墙体是我国墙体改革和建筑节能的发展趋势,具有较为可观的经济和社会效益。轻钢龙骨石膏板内隔墙就是其中的一种,它是以镀锌钢板为原料,采用冷弯工艺生产的薄壁型钢为骨架,用石膏板等轻质材料为面板,在面板内填塞防火岩棉等填充材料而形成的的一种轻质非承重隔墙。该墙体广泛用于酒店、高档住宅、办公楼等高档装修工程中,具有绿色环保、节能保温、物理分隔性能良好、施工简便等优点。我司在源昌凯宾斯基大酒店(国际白金五星级)、洪濑明发商业中心、厦门小白鹭艺术中心等多个项目中大量运用该墙体,取得了较好的社会效益,在使用该工法的过程中,我们不断总结和提高,最终形成了该工法。2工法特点2.0.1轻钢龙骨石膏板内隔墙与当前的绿色建筑趋势相吻合,产品替代实心粘土砖,可以减少耕地破坏,产品100%可回收利用,是真正的绿色环保材料。2.0.2施工方便,可根据房间的使用功能要求,随意设计和安装,不受建筑结构的影响。2.0.3减轻结构荷载,100㎜厚石膏板隔墙系统的隔声性能相当于传统240㎜砖墙的效果,重量仅为同等厚度砖墙的1/15,砌块墙体的1/10,有利于高层化发展和结构抗震;因墙体变薄可增加套内使用面积约7~12%。2.0.4干法作业,可提高施工效率、降低施工能耗,并可有效减少基础及结构主体造价;石膏板可锯、可钻孔,剪裁容易,对环境的污染较小。2.0.5由于石膏板的多孔结构,其导热系数为0.16W/(M.K),与灰砂砖砌块(1.1W(M.K))相比,其隔热性能具有显著的优势。2.0.6施工快捷,周期短。2.0.7板面平整度好,无需双面抹灰,可直接进行腻子、涂料或墙纸等高档装修。3适用范围dslopetofacilitateemptying.(1)duringtheexcavationprocess,feelfreetocheckthestatusofsideslope,verticaldigdepthisgreaterthan1.5M,accordingtothechangesofsoil,excavation(Groove)ortrenchsupportpreparation,topreventcollapse.(2)excavation(Groove)andwhenthetrenchshouldnotdigtothedesignheightofthefollowing,ifnotexactlydiggingbaseelevationistodesign,persistenceofelevationabovealayerofsoilisnotdug,tocopyafterpingdugoutbyhand.(3)mechanicalconstructiondigintotheEarth,diggingmanualatanytime,andtrolleystotransportEarthmachinerytodigtheplace,soastousethemachineryofcherry-picking.5,trimming...(1)soilexcavationonarainyday,theirworkshouldnotbetoolarge,shouldbedonepiecemeal,bystaging.(2)therainatthetimeofconstructionintheexcavationandearth-movingrequiredgreatattentiontoslopestability.Ifnecessary,theappropriateslowslope,orbraces,whileinthepits(Groove)outsidesurroundedbyEarthenbermsordiggingditches,preventsurfacewaterfromentering.Alwayscheckontheslope,support,anembankment,identifyproblemsanddealwith.II,backfillEngineering(a)constructionpreparationresearchfieldsiteformation,earthfillconstructionplan,determinethefillline,order,range,slope,drainagelevels,andsoon.1,theengineeringaccordingtothecharacteristicsofspecies,densityofthefillquantityrequirements,constructionsiteconditionsofreasonablefillsoilmoisturecontrol,virtualshopandcompactionparameters,suchasnumber.2,undergroundandabove-groundpipelinesshouldbefoundoutbeforeconstructionobstacles,requirementsshallinaccordancewiththeconstructionplan,theconstructionofabovegroundandundergroundobstacleclearanceintheregionanddealt9

3安装前,应对材料的品种、规格、数量进行核对,对施工现场进行清洁,清除积垢、灰尘、油污、杂物,在安装位置上残留的水泥必须铲除,地面不平整应予以修复,并保持安装现场干燥、无积水。5.2.2弹线、分档根据设计施工图,在隔墙与上、下及两边基体的相接处,按龙骨的宽度弹线,放出隔墙位置线、门窗洞口边框线及顶龙骨和地龙骨位置边线,要求弹线清除,位置准确。5.2.3墙基(垫)施工当设计有要求时(如厨房、卫生间等部位),应按设计要求做C20细石素混凝土墙基,做墙基时应支模,细石混凝土应振捣密实。5.2.4固定顶龙骨和地龙骨沿已放好的隔墙位置线固定顶龙骨和地龙骨,用膨胀螺栓固定,固定点间距不大于600mm,龙骨对接应保持平直。5.2.5固定边框龙骨沿弹线位置固定边框龙骨,龙骨的边线应与弹线重合。龙骨的端部应固定,固定点间距不大于1000mm,固定应牢固。边框龙骨与基体之间应按设计要求安装密封条。5.2.6竖龙骨分档根据隔墙放线门洞口位置,在安装顶、地龙骨后,按石膏面板的规格分档,不足模数的分档应避开门洞框边第一块罩面板位置,使破边石膏罩面板不在靠洞框处。龙骨间距按设计布置。设计无要求时,其间距可按板宽确定,如板宽为900mm1200mm时,其间距分别为453mm、603mm。5.2.7安装竖向龙骨按分档位置安装竖龙骨,竖龙骨上下两端插入顶龙骨及地龙骨,调整垂直及定位准确后,用拉铆钉固定;靠墙、柱边龙骨用射钉或木螺丝与墙、柱固定。5.2.8安装门、窗框根据设计要求和放线位置,将隔墙的门窗洞口框安装好。5.2.9安装附加龙骨门窗或特殊节点处,应根据设计要求安装附加龙骨,安装应符合设计要求。5.2.10安装横向通贯龙骨根据设计要求,隔墙高度大于3m时应加横向通贯龙骨,采向拉铆钉或螺栓固定。高度3m以下设1道通贯龙骨,超过3m时,每隔1.2m设置1道,3~5m设置两道,5m以上设置3道。dslopetofacilitateemptying.(1)duringtheexcavationprocess,feelfreetocheckthestatusofsideslope,verticaldigdepthisgreaterthan1.5M,accordingtothechangesofsoil,excavation(Groove)ortrenchsupportpreparation,topreventcollapse.(2)excavation(Groove)andwhenthetrenchshouldnotdigtothedesignheightofthefollowing,ifnotexactlydiggingbaseelevationistodesign,persistenceofelevationabovealayerofsoilisnotdug,tocopyafterpingdugoutbyhand.(3)mechanicalconstructiondigintotheEarth,diggingmanualatanytime,andtrolleystotransportEarthmachinerytodigtheplace,soastousethemachineryofcherry-picking.5,trimming...(1)soilexcavationonarainyday,theirworkshouldnotbetoolarge,shouldbedonepiecemeal,bystaging.(2)therainatthetimeofconstructionintheexcavationandearth-movingrequiredgreatattentiontoslopestability.Ifnecessary,theappropriateslowslope,orbraces,whileinthepits(Groove)outsidesurroundedbyEarthenbermsordiggingditches,preventsurfacewaterfromentering.Alwayscheckontheslope,support,anembankment,identifyproblemsanddealwith.II,backfillEngineering(a)constructionpreparationresearchfieldsiteformation,earthfillconstructionplan,determinethefillline,order,range,slope,drainagelevels,andsoon.1,theengineeringaccordingtothecharacteristicsofspecies,densityofthefillquantityrequirements,constructionsiteconditionsofreasonablefillsoilmoisturecontrol,virtualshopandcompactionparameters,suchasnumber.2,undergroundandabove-groundpipelinesshouldbefoundoutbeforeconstructionobstacles,requirementsshallinaccordancewiththeconstructionplan,theconstructionofabovegroundandundergroundobstacleclearanceintheregionanddealt9
5.2.11电气铺管、安附墙设备按设计图纸要求预埋管道和附墙设备,要求与龙骨的安装同步进行,或在另一面石膏板封板前进行,并采取局部加强措施,牢固固定。电气设备专业在墙中铺设管线时,应避免切断横、竖向龙骨,同时避免在沿墙下端设置管线。接线盒四周应用密封膏封严。5.2.12安装石膏罩面板安装一侧的石膏板,应从门口处开始,无门洞口的墙体由墙的一端开始,石膏板宜竖向铺设(曲面墙宜横向铺设),长边(即包封边)接缝应落在竖龙骨上,隔墙两侧的石膏板应错缝排列,隔声墙的底板与面板应错缝排列。石膏板的固定顺序,从板的中间向两边固定,石膏板与龙骨固定一般用十字头自攻螺钉固定,自攻螺钉固定时,纸面石膏板必须与龙骨紧靠;螺丝长度:用于12mm厚石膏板为25mm长,用于两层12mm的石膏板为35mm长。螺丝距石膏板边缘至少10mm,在切割的边端至少15mm,螺帽应略埋入板内,但不得损坏纸面。钉面应点涂防锈漆并用石膏腻子抹平。钉距在板的四周为250mm,在板的中部300mm。为避免门口上角的石膏板在接缝处出现开裂,其两侧面板应采用刀把形板。阳角和门窗口边应选用边角方正无损的石膏板。隔墙下端的石膏板不能与地面直接接触,应留有10-15mm的缝隙,隔声墙的四周应留有5mm的缝隙,所有缝隙用密封膏嵌严。位于卫生间等潮湿房间的隔墙,应采用防水石膏板,其下端应做墙垫。隔墙板的下端如用木踢脚板覆盖,罩面板应离地20-30mm,用大理石、水磨石踢脚板时,罩面板下端与踢脚板上口齐平,接缝严密。5.2.13安装填充材料填充物可为岩棉、玻璃棉,厚度经计算确定,安装必须牢固,不得松脱下垂。安装墙体内防火、隔声、防潮填充材料,与安装另一侧纸面石膏板同时进行。电气插座或接线盒四周应用岩棉包裹密实。5.2.14安装另一面石膏罩面板:安装墙体另一棉纸面石膏板安装方法同第一侧纸面石膏板,其接缝应与第一侧面板错开。安装双层纸面石膏板:第二层板的固定方法与第一层相同,但第二层板的接缝应与第一层错开,不能与第一层的接缝落在同一龙骨上。5.2.15接缝及护角处理:刮嵌缝腻子:刮嵌缝腻子前先将接缝内浮尘清除干净,刷一道50%浓度的107胶水,用小刮刀把腻子嵌入板缝,与板面填实刮平。粘贴拉结带:待嵌缝腻子凝固成形即行粘贴拉结材料,先在接缝上薄刮一层稠度较稀的胶状腻子,厚度为1mmdslopetofacilitateemptying.(1)duringtheexcavationprocess,feelfreetocheckthestatusofsideslope,verticaldigdepthisgreaterthan1.5M,accordingtothechangesofsoil,excavation(Groove)ortrenchsupportpreparation,topreventcollapse.(2)excavation(Groove)andwhenthetrenchshouldnotdigtothedesignheightofthefollowing,ifnotexactlydiggingbaseelevationistodesign,persistenceofelevationabovealayerofsoilisnotdug,tocopyafterpingdugoutbyhand.(3)mechanicalconstructiondigintotheEarth,diggingmanualatanytime,andtrolleystotransportEarthmachinerytodigtheplace,soastousethemachineryofcherry-picking.5,trimming...(1)soilexcavationonarainyday,theirworkshouldnotbetoolarge,shouldbedonepiecemeal,bystaging.(2)therainatthetimeofconstructionintheexcavationandearth-movingrequiredgreatattentiontoslopestability.Ifnecessary,theappropriateslowslope,orbraces,whileinthepits(Groove)outsidesurroundedbyEarthenbermsordiggingditches,preventsurfacewaterfromentering.Alwayscheckontheslope,support,anembankment,identifyproblemsanddealwith.II,backfillEngineering(a)constructionpreparationresearchfieldsiteformation,earthfillconstructionplan,determinethefillline,order,range,slope,drainagelevels,andsoon.1,theengineeringaccordingtothecharacteristicsofspecies,densityofthefillquantityrequirements,constructionsiteconditionsofreasonablefillsoilmoisturecontrol,virtualshopandcompactionparameters,suchasnumber.2,undergroundandabove-groundpipelinesshouldbefoundoutbeforeconstructionobstacles,requirementsshallinaccordancewiththeconstructionplan,theconstructionofabovegroundandundergroundobstacleclearanceintheregionanddealt9
