（3）钻至土层分界处，应放慢钻进速度，特别是相邻两层地质软硬相差较大时，即本工程9层（粘土角砺）地质层上下交界处，操作不注意会导致钻孔偏斜。原因是两层地质软硬相差较大，软层下的硬层倾斜，钻头沿硬层的倾斜面歪向一边。因此，钻到此处应放慢钻进速度，检查桩机平整度，钻绳垂直度，若有发现此现象，必须马上纠正，低速钻进。（4）钻1-2层时，从地质报告中可知碎石含量最大达85%，在这两层钻孔容易发生卡钻现象，钻头极易磨损，而且该部位容易塌孔。因此，在这层钻孔速度应放慢，钻头改用比较平的钻头，使钻头较充磨碎石子，避免卡钻，钻头也不易坏。同时加大泥浆比重1.40以上，以便使磨碎石随泥浆，经泵送入孔内；预先准备好粘土球，直接投入孔中，沉到底部经过钻头旋转破碎造浆。钻孔时及时取样分析，给下层施工提供依据。（5）钻到9层时应注意泥浆比重，并及时取样确定是否进入岩层，若进入岩层，中等基岩1m，此时应清孔，即用大比重优质泥浆置换孔内泥浆，以使细石、砂等清出孔外，再更换锤头，利用牙轮钻头钻进成孔，此时加大泥浆比重，以利岩屑呈浮状随泥浆带出孔外，达到设计要求入岩深度再终孔。（6）防止坍塌事故在钻孔过程中，若发现护筒水位骤然下降，钻进中钻锤上下回转阻力增大，孔内返出浆液大、颗粒突然增多，泥浆比重增大等现象，均是坍孔的预兆。预防措施：constructionworkareaintheformofconferencereviews.(2)reviewprogramreviewdateisdeterminedbytheprojectmanager;AccordingtotheprojectmanagerofprojectqualitycontrolDepartmentrequirespreparationofamanagementplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;ReviewProjectOfficeissuednoticesofmeetings;Projectmanagerfacilitatesthereviewmeeting,scheduledcontentunderreview;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortherecords,thepreparationofthereviewreportandcorrectiveactionplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationofrecordsandreportsthedistributionlist,orpublishtotheInternetbyengineeringpartoftheprojectstaffanddepartments.OrganizedbythequalitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortrackingtheimplementationofcorrectivemeasuresinspections.3.4.5theoutputfromthemanagementreviewshallincludethefollowingelements:theeffectivenessandsuitabilityofthequalitymanagementsystem,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Qualitypolicyandqualityobjectivesareachievedandtomeetcustomerrequirements,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Theallocationofresourcestomeetrequirements,whetheryouneedtoaddoradjust.3.4.6correctiveactiontrackingandverificationontheissuesraisedinthereview,bytheprimaryresponsibilityofdepartmentsdrawupcorrespondingspecificcorrective,preventiveandcorrectivemeasures,andseriouslyimplemented.ProjectqualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthetracking,verificationandevaluationtheeffectofcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.3.4....(1)thesafetyprogramsanddepartmentsdealingwiththeformationofurbanspatial51
