爱立信M-MGWR4调测实施手册V1.0概述本手册是针对爱立信R4版MGW的调测实施的手册,它的内容主要包括:硬件调测、业务数据配置、系统功能测试、联网测试四大部分;每一部分包括调测工具要求、调测时间要求、实施流程、实施流程说明,并在本手册最后附实施过程的故障记录及解决方法、测试心得等。在3GPPR4网络中将MSC被拆分为MSCServer和MGW两部分,开始实施向ALLIP网络的过渡。媒体网关MGW与MSCServer、GMSCServer配合完成核心网络资源的配置(即承载信道的控制),同时完成回声抑制、(多媒体数字)信号的编解码以及通知音的播放等功能。爱立信WCDMA系统移动媒体网关M-MgwR4是基于CPP平台开发并采用ProductPackageGMPV3.0的商用性媒体网关,具有强大的媒体应用处理和信令网关等功能,可以根据网络设计规划的不同阶段的需求,提供相应的硬件配置,易于将来进行扩容等特点。98 爱立信M-MGWR4调测实施手册V1.01硬件调测1.1硬件调测阶段定义硬件调测阶段是指硬件安装完成并通过硬件验收后,启动硬件并进行软件加载、硬件数据配置、硬件测试的阶段。1.2硬件调测工具要求①文档资料:本局设计文件、机房平面图、C-MODULE,调测进度计划、相关人员名单和联系方式等。②硬件工具:数字万用表(电池充足),T8/T9螺丝刀,六角螺丝刀,GPBConsole串口线一条(Serialconnection),GPB网线一条(Ethernetconnection),PCwithTerminal(具有R232接口、网口)。③软件工具:FTPServer(CesarFTP或FTPClient或WSFTP)、JAVARE1.3.1_09、HyperTerminal、WinFiol、本局软件包和升级版本包(假如需要升级的话)、本局的License等;1.3硬件调测实施流程本实施流程参考爱立信文档《InstallationGuideforM-MGwR4》;98 爱立信M-MGWR4调测实施手册V1.01.1硬件调测时间要求硬件调测阶段约需要5-9个工作日。项目时间检查线缆连接和设备配置0.5工作日加电0.5工作日基本配置0.5工作日核心配置2-3工作日软件升级(包括空升级)1工作日硬件测试1工作日故障处理不确定(预留2-3工作日)1.2硬件调测流程说明1.2.1进场准备进场前需要提前准备相关的文档资料、硬件工具、软件工具等,并尽早阅读设计文件,熟悉工程内容;了解相关联系人的职责和联系方式(如厂家督导,施工单位,移动公司负责人等),确定机房地理位置、硬件安装情况、进场时间和其他未尽事宜。必要时,由移动公司组织举行专门的开工会。1.2.2现场协调会现场协调会主要内容包括人员介绍,机房管理条例学习,硬件安装情况介绍,进度计划讨论、每日工作要求等事项。98 爱立信M-MGWR4调测实施手册V1.01.1.1加电前的检查加电前的检查内容包括两个方面:1)文档资料与工具确认,如:ConsoleCableandEthernetCablePCwithTerminal,i.e.HyperTerminal,WinFiol,orTeraTermInternetExplorerplusJavaRE1.3.1.xxFTPServer,i.eCesarFTPandFTPClient,i.eWSFTPScriptInitialStartUpPackageUpgradePackage(Optional)LicensePackageCPI,TestSpecificationandOtherreferencedocumentsC-Module2)核对硬件、校对硬件定义的Script根据C-MODULE核对硬件,包括核对节点类型,机柜、机框位置、数量及产品型号、版本号,PIU类型、型号及版本号,线缆连接是否和C-MODULE一致等。根据本节点实际硬件配置校对Script中的硬件配置部分。1.1.2电压测量及加电MGW机框的电源系统采用主备两路供电,电源线分别接在位于机框两侧的SCB板的电源接口。MGW的电源分配开关在PCU框。在开关打到ON之前,先量感应电压,一般为-52V左右;逐个将开关打到ON,测量对应机框的电源电压,电压值要符合规范规定的范围(-48±6V);将所有风扇电源线连上,风扇正常运行;加机框的电:先加CPM框,再按扩展框的编号依次加电。98 爱立信M-MGWR4调测实施手册V1.0,文件le0.cfg将自动删除,IP设置信息将存放在DATABASE中,系统重启动不会丢失IP地址信息。A.设置登陆password:$passwdpassword:mgw03Confirmpassword:mgw03B.设置GATEWAY:$routeadddefault10.1.3.3$route(打印路由信息)如果已经存在,则可用以下指令删除:$routedeletedefault1.1.1软件上传因在2.5.5中对MGW的CPM框的SLOT2、SLOT3GPB板的硬盘进行了格式化,所以要重新将软件上传到MGW的CPM框的SLOT2的GPB板。上传方法:根据MGWGPB板的IP地址来设置电脑的IP地址,以便与MGW能正常通信;通过FTP软件或WindowsCommander工具建立一个FTP连接到MGW,将软件(InitialStartUpPackage)从PC机的硬盘上传至MGW的CPM框的SLOT2GPB板的/C2(/C:在basicmode)和/D目录下;1.1.2节点启动(CV-1)1)根据调测的MGW的硬件版本(如GMPV3.0)将文件名ARMAMENT_GMPv3(存放路径:d/configuration/cv/cv-1)另存为Armament文件。采用WindowsCommander直接改名,结果如下:98 爱立信M-MGWR4调测实施手册V1.0也可以通过EMAS图形界面来配置,但速度较慢,一般不建议用此种方法。所以,在装载MOscripts之前,首先要根据本节点的实际硬件配置、组网情况等,并参照设计文件来检查、修改随机版本的MOscripts。装载MOscripts的步骤如下:1)打开CPPEMAS连接。启动CPPEMAS(空升级前):http:///cello/emas/index_stubbed.html启动M-MGwR4ElementManager(空升级后):http:///cello/emas/mgw_index_stubbed.html2)打开ConfigFileExecutor,点击Runcommandfile,装载MOscripts。98
