设计范围　　本设计包括红线内的以下内容：　　（１）楼宇自控系统；　　（２）综合布线系统（电话、计算机）（不涉及网络设备）；　　（３）有线电视及卫星电视系统；　　（４）安全防范系统（保安监视、门禁、入侵探测）；　　（５）同声传译系统；　　（６）停车场管理系统；　　（７）微蜂窝机站；　　（８）广播系统（包括背景音乐及紧急广播）；　　（９）火灾自动报警及消防联动系统；　　（１０）报告厅、多功能厅等的音响系统（与专业厂家配合）；　　（１１）系统集成；　　（１２）根据甲方（　）文，本工程设计时，公共场所及所有办公室的弱电设备均只做预留，弱电由弱电竖井经电缆桥架或线槽引至房间门口，待以后由室内装修设计负责进行二次设计；　　（１３）本工程电信分界点在总配线架处。４楼宇自控系统（ＢＡＳ）　　（１）空调、制冷、供暖、通风、给排水、变配电系统、柴油发电机系统、公共区域照明等均纳入ＢＡＳ系统进行监控或监视；　　（２）监控中心设于（　）层。（　）设置分站；　　（３）ＢＡＳ应具备机组的手／自动状态监视、启停控制、运行状态显示、故障报警、温度监测、湿度监测、控制及实现相关的各种逻辑控制关系等功能；　　（４）消防类水泵、风机不进入ＢＡＳ；　　（５）冷冻机应能从其控制屏（箱）内送出机组的运行状态、故障信号；能接受由ＢＡ系统发出的控制冷冻机的起、停信号；能根据控制系统的要求，进行制冷系统的顺序起停；　　（６）ＢＡＳ包括：　　①冷冻机、冷却泵、冷冻泵、冷却塔及相应的进出水阀等顺序起、停程序控制，状态显示，故障报警；　　②压差调节阀、新风阀、水路电动两通阀、进风机电动阀、空调机、新风机、温度调节阀的开启、关闭或开度控制；　　③送、排风机的时间程序控制；　　④温、湿度等参数的测量记录；　　⑤ 变配电所内高压进线、出线及联络开关的状态，进、出线电流、电压、有功功率、无功功率、计量；低压进线及联络开关状态、电流、电压、电量、功率因数等参数的测量记录；干式变压器运行温度显示、超温报警；　　⑥公共场所照明、室外照明、节日照明、车库照明等的时间程序控制或光敏元件控制；　　⑦高位水箱水位显示及溢流报警；　　⑧污水坑水位显示及溢流报警；　　⑨柴油发电机的状态显示，如：电压、电流、频率等，蓄电池电压、日用油箱液位，所有故障报警；　　⑩给水泵运行状态；　　紒紜矠储油装置油位显示、低位报警；　　紒紝矠扶梯、电梯的运行状态、故障报警；　　紒紞矠航空障碍灯的控制及状态、故障报警等；　　紒紟矠热力站监视；　　紒紡矠一氧化碳浓度报警；　　（７）监控中心内的电脑主机、显示器、打印机及现场的各种传感器、变送器以及ＤＤＣ控制器等均由承包商成套供货；　　（８）ＢＡＳ控制器之间的通讯线预留管线均为（２ＳＣ２０）热镀锌钢管，全部串在一起引至（　）层ＢＡＳ控制室；　　（９）控制器至各种传感器、变送器、阀门等的控制线、控制器的电源，均由承包商进行深化设计。５综合布线系统　　（１）综合布线系统是将语音信号、数字信号的配线，经过统一的规范设计，综合在一套标准的配线系统上，此系统为开放式网络平台，以方便用户在需要时，形成各自独立的子系统。综合布线系统可以实现世界范围资源共享，综合信息数据库管理、电子邮件、个人数据库、报表处理、财务管理、电话会议、电视会议等。本设计仅考虑布线不涉及网络设备；　　（２）由市政引来外线电缆，进入（　）层通讯机房。与外部通讯，应充分考虑安全性，有效防止外界非法入侵。通讯机房由电信部门设计，本设计仅负责总配线架以下的配线系统；　　（３）本工程计算机和电话采用非屏蔽综合布线系统，水平选用（超５类）电缆，穿镀锌钢管暗敷。计算机垂直干线选择（六芯６２．５／１２５μｍ）光纤，电话垂直干线选择（３类大对数）电缆，配线架在竖井内（挂墙或落地机柜）明装。竖井内竖向桥架应与平面图中水平桥架连接。楼层配线间若安装网络设备，应考虑环境条件，并根据网络的要求自配ＵＰＳ电源；　　（４）办公部分按（６）ｍ２左右一组信息点设置，会议室按（１０）ｍ２左右一组信息点设置，证券按（３）ｍ２左右一组信息点设置，（　 ）设置光纤到点服务；　　（５）楼层配线间提供租客与其他部门的被动式和主动式电子联接；　　（６）出线插座采用ＲＪ４５超５类型，暗装，底边距地０．３ｍ（有架空地板的房间，底边距架空地板０．３ｍ）；　　（７）屋顶为承租者提供（ＶＳＡＴ）小口径卫星（１．２～２．４ｍ）终端站基础，为ＶＳＡＴ客户提供服务；　　（８）电视会议系统可根据甲方的要求设置。本工程在（　）设置电视会议系统，将计算机、电话机、数字摄像机、数字照相机、录相机、收音机、ＣＤ、ＶＣＤ、ＤＶＤ、话筒、大屏幕投影、灯光控制、电子地图、电子白板等设备集成在一起；　　（９）有关综合布线系统的构成待确定厂家后与甲方协商确定。网络设备则根据最终用户的需求自行配备；　　（１０）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装、调试；　　（１１）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统的接口的协调事宜。６有线电视及卫星电视系统　　（１）普通电视信号由室外有线电视信号引来，屋顶设卫星天线，接收卫星信号，系统采用（５５０、７５０、８６０）ＭＨｚ（双向）高隔离度的邻频传输系统；　　（２）系统输出口频道间载波电平差：任意频道间≤１０ｄＢ，相邻频道间≤３ｄＢ，频道频率稳定度±２５ｋＨｚ，图像／伴音频率间隔稳定度±５ｋＨｚ，用户电平要求（６４、６８±４）ｄＢ，图像清晰度应在四级以上；　　（３）在（　）预留（　）个卫星天线基座，天线数量及接收节目内容与甲方商定；　　（４）有线电视系统，下行模拟电视频道数应＞５９个；　　（５）前端设备设在顶层电视机房内。天线具体位置待建到顶层实测，且确定厂家后再确定基础作法；　　（６）干线电缆选用ＳＹＷＶ－７５－９Ｐ２（Ｐ４）（单向系统两屏蔽、双向系统四屏蔽电缆），ＳＣ２５。支线电缆选用ＳＹＷＶ－７５－５Ｐ２（Ｐ４）（两屏蔽、四屏蔽电缆），ＳＣ２０。穿热镀锌钢管暗敷；　　（７）用户出线口暗装，底边距地０．３ｍ；　　（８）竖井内电视分配器分支器箱底边距地１．５ｍ明装。竖井以外的分支器设２００×２００×１００盒安装在吊顶上５０ｍｍ，此处吊顶应预留检修口。无吊顶处距顶板３００ｍｍ；　　（９）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统的接口的协调事宜。７安全防范系统　　７．１保安监视系统　　（１）保安监视机房设在一层（与消防中心合用）；　　（２）在本工程各出入口，电梯轿箱内及（二）层以上各层走道内设保安监视摄像机；　　（３）所有摄像机的电源，由主机供给。主机自带ＵＰＳ电源，工作时间≥ （２０分钟）；　　（４）系统控制方式为编码控制；　　（５）摄像机采用电荷耦合式摄像机，带自动增益控制、逆光补偿、电子高亮度控制等，根据安装地点监视要求，配备相应的摄像机。（　）场所摄像机带入侵探测器、声音监测、容貌识别功能；　　（６）中心主机系统采用全矩阵系统，所有视频信号可手动及自动切换；　　（７）所有摄像点应同时录像，录像选用（　）台数字硬盘录像系统，内置高速硬盘，容量不低于动态录像储存一个月的空间，并可随时提供调阅及快速检索，图像应包含摄像机机位、日期、时间等。图像分辨率不低于（６４０×４８０）像素，并配备光盘刻录机；　　（８）按系统图所示做时序切换。切换时间为１～３０秒可调，同时可手动选择某一摄像机进行跟踪、录像。系统配置（　）台（　″）黑白监视器，配置（　）台　″）彩色监视器。监视器应为专用监视器；　　（９）监视器的图像质量按五级损伤制评定，图像质量不应低于４分；　　（１０）监视器图像水平清晰度：黑白监视器不应低于（６００、５００、４００）线，彩色监视器不应低于（４００、２７０）线；　　（１１）监视器图像画面的灰度不应低于８级；　　（１２）每个普通监视点设２ＳＣ２５热镀锌钢管，带云台监视点设３ＳＣ２５热镀锌钢管，暗敷在楼板或墙内；　　（１３）系统各路视频信号，在监视器输入端的电平值应为１Ｖｐ－ｐ±３ｄＢＶＢＳ；　　（１４）系统各部分信噪比指标分配应符合：摄像部分为４０ｄＢ、传输部分为５０ｄＢ、显示部分为４５ｄＢ的要求；　　（１５）在（　）设打劫报警装置，装置设在工作人员宜接触的地方，打劫信号送至保安监视机房；　　（１６）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装、调试，并协助甲方通过北京安防办的验收；　　（１７）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统接口的协调事宜。　　７．２门禁系统　　（１）门禁系统机房（与消防控制室合用）；　　（２）在重要场所的出入口设有门磁开关、电子门锁、读卡器、门内手动开关，对通过对象及通行的时间进行控制、监视及设定；　　（３）系统应具有以下功能：　　①记录、修改、查询所有持卡人的资料，并可随时修改持卡人通行权限。　　②监视、记录所有出入情况及出入时间；　　③监视门磁开关状态，具有报警功能；　　④ 对所有资料可按照甲方的要求按某一门、某人、某时等进行排序、列表。　　⑤对非法侵入或破坏进行报警并进行记录；　　⑥当火灾信号发出后，自动打开相应防火分区安全疏散通道的电子门锁，方便人员疏散。　　（４）现场控制器设在（就地、弱电竖井内），走道管线在（弱电线槽内）敷设，从线槽至控制模块穿（ＳＣ２０）热镀锌钢管。控制模块至请求开门按钮、读卡器、门磁开关、电控锁等暗敷（ＳＣ１５）热镀锌钢管，门磁开关、电控锁等应注意与门配合；　　（５）系统允许每个门可单独提供所有操作功能，系统信息通信采用标准接口及协议；　　（６）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装、调试；　　（７）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统接口的协调事宜。　　７．３入侵探测系统　　（１）本工程在（　）设移动对象（人或物）探测装置，在（　）设红外探测装置，在（　）设光束探测器，在（　）设玻璃被打碎探测器；　　（２）探测设备电源由主机统一供给；　　（３）每个报警点相互隔离，互不影响。任一探测器故障，应在保安控制室发出声、光报警信号，并能自动调出报警平面；　　（４）保安控制室内探测器报警为声、光信号，并能自动调出报警平面；　　（５）系统管线均暗敷，每一点预留（ＳＣ２０）热镀锌钢管；　　（６）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统的接口的协调事宜；　　（７）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装和调试。　　７．４巡更系统　　（１）本工程在（　）重要区域设巡更点；　　（２）采用有线巡更系统；　　（３）系统可对巡更线路、巡更站、巡更人员及巡更时间进行设定和记录。系统管理员可随时调整、更换所设定的巡更线路、巡更站、巡更到位时间；　　（４）系统采用总线网络系统，任一点故障均不影响其他设备及整个系统运行；　　（５）系统应显示每次巡更的日期、时间、地点、保安人员姓名等数据。超时、漏点等非正常信号应在保安控制室发出声、光报警信号，并能自动调出非正常区域平面；　　（６）系统管线均暗敷，每一点都预留（ＳＣ２０）热镀锌钢管。　　（７）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统接口的协调事宜。　　（８）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装、调试。８同声传译系统　　（１）在（　 ）会议中心设同声传译系统。系统支持（四）种语言的同声传译。会议场内任何地点均可通过耳机参加会议；会场外任何地点，采用任何设备，均不能收听会场内容；　　（２）系统设（四）台（双）译员控制盒，（四）台红外辐射器，一台同声传译主机；　　（３）同声传译系统主机与译员室之间敷设２００×１００电缆沟或线槽，主机至红外辐射器预留（ＳＣ５０）热镀锌管线；　　（４）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统接口的协调事宜；　　（５）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装、调试。９停车场管理系统　　（１）本工程在地下车库设一套停车场管理系统。采用影像全鉴别系统，对进出的内部车辆采用车辆影像对比方式，防止盗车；外部车辆采用临时出票机方式；　　（２）系统应具备：　　①出、入口影像鉴别；　　②出、入口票据核实，自动区分月票、临时票据等，自动计费；　　③自动计费、收费显示，出票机有中文提示，自动打印收据；　　④出入栅门自动控制；　　⑤入口处设空车位数量显示；　　⑥使用过期票据报警；　　⑦非本停车场票据报警；　　⑧物体堵塞验卡机入口报警；　　⑨非法打开收款机钱箱报警；　　⑩出票机内票据不足报警；　　（３）收费亭主机至道闸、入口空车位数量显示器，进、出口摄像机，进、出口验票机预留２ＳＣ２５热镀锌钢管；道闸至地感线圈预留ＳＣ２５热镀锌钢管；　　（４）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统接口的协调事宜；　　（５）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装、调试。１０微蜂窝机站系统　　（１）为防止出现无线信号覆盖盲区（如地下、电梯内等），本工程在（　）层设置微蜂窝机站（５ｍ２２２０Ｖ５ｋＷ）；　　（２）系统以弱电竖井为中心，采用分层覆盖方式；　　（３）电梯井道内设置的室内天线，一个可覆盖６～７层，平面中设置的室内天线，场强弱处可覆盖半径达２０ｍ，场强强处可覆盖半径达４０ｍ。应根据实测确定；　　（４）竖井至室内天线预留（ＳＣ２５、ＳＣ３２）热镀锌管线；　　（５）具体射频合路、功率分配器、干线放大器、同轴电缆等的配置由电信公司完成。１１ 广播系统　　（１）广播机房与消防控制室合用，消防紧急广播与背景音乐合用；　　（２）末端广播分：专用消防紧急广播、背景音乐兼消防紧急广播；　　（３）（会议厅、舞厅、健身中心）等公共场所设独立的广播系统，这些场所需另设专用消防紧急广播；　　（４）消防紧急广播优先于其他广播；　　（５）广播区域划分应在满足消防广播区域划分的前提下，满足建筑功能划分的需要。话筒音源，可对每个区域或单独或编程或全部播出；　　（６）主机功率放大器（　）ｋＷ，主机应具备综合检查及自检功能，能不间断地对系统主机及扬声器回路的状态进行监测；　　（７）消防紧急广播应设置备用扩音机，容量为同时紧急广播容量的１．５倍；　　（８）系统应具备隔离功能，某一个回路扬声器发生短路，应自动从主机上断开，以保证功放及控制设备的安全；　　（９）系统主机应为标准的模块化配置，并提供标准接口及相关软件通信协议，以便系统集成；　　（１０）系统采用１００Ｖ定压输出方式。要求从功放设备的输出端至线路上最远的用户扬声器的线路衰耗不大于１ｄＢ（１０００Ｈｚ时）；　　（１１）背景音乐系统频响为７０Ｈｚ～１２ｋＨｚ，谐波小于０．１％，信噪比不低于６５ｄＢ。　　（１２）公共场所扬声器安装功率为３Ｗ（客房扬声器安装功率为１Ｗ），根据平面图布置分为壁装式、嵌入式、管吊式、床头柜等（桑拿间内扬声器应选用防水型），壁装扬声器底边距地（２．５）ｍ。车库内扬声器管吊底距地（２．５）ｍ；　　（１３）音响广播系统的线路敷设按防火布线要求，采用（ＺＲＮＨＲＶＳ－２×０．８）线。穿ＳＣ１５热镀锌钢管暗敷；　　（１４）火灾时，自动或手动打开相关层消防紧急广播。同时切断背景音乐广播（客房床头柜广播应具有消防紧急广播功能）。消防紧急广播切换在消防控制室内完成；　　（１５）系统所有器件均由承包商负责成套供货、安装、调试；　　（１６）系统的深化设计由承包商负责，设计院负责审核及与其他系统接口的协调事宜。１２火灾自动报警及联动系统　　（１）本工程为（　）类防火建筑，消防控制室设在一层；　　（２）消防自动报警系统按两总线环路设计，任一点断线不应影响报警。系统的成套设备，包括报警控制器、联动控制台、ＣＲＴ显示器、打印机、应急广播、消防专用电话总机、对讲录音电话及电源设备等均由该承包商成套供货，并负责安装、调试；　　（３）探测器：燃气表间，厨房设燃气探头，烟尘较大场所设感温探测器，电缆桥架内设缆式线型定温探测器，（　 ）场所层高较高，采用红外对射探测器，一般场所设感烟探测器。探测器与灯具的水平净距应＞０．２ｍ；与出风口的净距应＞１．５ｍ；与嵌入式扬声器的净距应＞０．１ｍ；与自动喷淋头的净距应＞０．３ｍ；与多孔送风顶棚孔口或条形出风口的净距应＞０．５ｍ；与墙或其它遮挡物的距离应＞０．５ｍ。探测器的具体定位以建筑吊顶综合图为准；　　（４）在本楼适当位置设手动报警按钮及消防对讲电话出线口，并在变配电所、电梯机房、ＢＡＳ控制室、水泵房值班室、主要防排烟机房、冷冻机房控制室、避难层等处设消防专用电话。手动报警按钮及对讲电话底距地１．４ｍ。对讲电话按层划分区域，每层一对线；　　（５）在各层消防电梯前室，设置火灾报警复示盘，复示盘可显示本层建筑平面及报警火灾部位，并进行声、光报警，复示盘设向消防控制室报警的确认按钮、报警灯及自身的自检按钮、声光报警复位灯；　　（６）消防控制室可接收感烟、感温、煤气等探测器的火灾报警信号，水流指示器、检修阀、压力报警阀、手动报警按钮、消火栓按钮的动作信号，显示消防水池、消防水箱水位，显示消防水泵的电源状况；　　（７）火灾报警后，消防控制室应根据火灾情况控制相关层的正压送风阀及排烟阀、电动防火阀，并启动相应加压送风机、排烟风机。排烟阀２８０℃熔断关闭，防火阀７０℃熔断关闭。阀、风机的动作信号要反馈至消防控制室；　　（８）消防控制室可对消火栓泵、自动喷洒泵、加压送风机、排烟风机，通过模块进行自动控制，还可在联动控制台上通过硬线手动控制，并接收其反馈信号。消防水泵压力过低时，直接起主泵；　　（９）消火栓泵：　　①平时，由压力开关自动控制增压泵维持管网压力，管网压力过低时，直接起主泵；　　②消火栓按钮动作后，可在消防控制室显示报警部位并可直接启动消火栓泵，并接收其反馈信号。消火栓按钮设在消火栓内，接线盒在消火栓的开门侧，底距地１．８ｍ；　　③消防控制室可通过控制模块编程，自动启动消火栓泵，并接收其反馈信号；　　④消防控制室联动控制台上通过硬线手动控制消火栓泵，并接收其反馈信号；　　⑤消防控制室应显示消火栓泵电源状况；　　⑥消防泵房可手动启动消火栓泵。　　（１０）自动喷洒泵：　　① １．０ＳＣ３２，平面图中不再表示。卷帘门下降时，在门两侧顶部应有声、光警报装置。施工单位应配合厂家留管，平面图中不再表示。卷帘门应设熔片装置及断电后的手动装置，卷帘门控制箱顶距顶板（０．２）ｍ；　　（１３）消防控制室应显示电梯的运行状况，并在火灾确认后发出控制信号，强制电梯降至首层并开门。除消防电梯外其他电梯断电停止运行。消防电梯在首层设消防钥匙开关，消防钥匙开关具有优先功能；　　（１４）本工程部分低压出线回路及所有的各层插接箱内设有失压（分励）脱扣器，可由消防控制室在火灾确认后断开相关电源；　　（１５）消防控制室可在报警后按需要关闭空调系统；　　（１６）楼梯间门两侧设火灾声光报警器。安装高度距门框０．２ｍ；　　（１７）平面内所有火灾自动报警线路，消防联动线，控制线及信号线均采用（ＮＨ－）ＢＶ－２×１．０，穿ＳＣ２０热镀锌钢管，暗敷在楼板或墙内。由顶板接线盒至消防设备一段线路穿金属耐火（阻燃）波纹管；　　（１８）消火栓泵、自动喷洒泵等消防用水泵设自动巡检装置；　　（１９）所有楼梯间及前室的照明以及变配电所、消防控制室、安防中心、消防水泵房、防排烟机房、柴油发电机房、电讯机房等的照明全部为应急照明。公共场所应急照明一般按正常照明的１０％～１５％设置，装修设计时应注意；　　（２０）火灾自动报警系统的每回路地址编码总数应留１５％～２０％的余量；　　（２１）空调机及风机所接风管上的防火阀关闭后，联锁停空调机及风机并报警；　　（２２）某处着火时，负责该处的排烟口（阀）打开，联锁相应的排烟风机启动；　　（２３）排烟风机吸入口处的２８０℃防火阀关闭后，联锁停相应的排烟风机；　　（２４）合用前室加压送风阀独立控制，某层着火后（该层及上一层合用前室的），加压送风阀同时打开；　　（２５）气体灭火系统：　　由火灾探测器联动时，应有３０秒可调延时，在延时时间内应能自动关闭防火门，停止空调系统，在报警、喷射各阶段应有声光报警信号，气体喷洒警笛挂墙明装中心距地２．４ｍ；报警闪灯安装在门框上或墙上，中心距地２．４ｍ明装；手动放气装置底边距地１．５ｍ。待灭火后，打开阀门及风机进行排风。气体灭火控制盘电源由（　　）引来；　　（２６）与燃气有关的如燃气关断阀等的控制，待以后与燃气公司配合。燃气管与电气设备的距离应＞０．３ｍ；　　（２７）就地模块箱顶距顶板０．２ｍ；　　（２８）卫生间７０℃防火阀动作后，停卫生间排气扇。１３报告厅音响等系统　　（１）报告厅音响系统暂按（　　）电子工程有限公司方案设计；　　（２）视频系统按投映幕布设计；　　（３）此部分待甲方确定厂家后再调整。１４ 系统集成　　（１）系统集成是对大厦各个子系统的信息进行综合管理，应超前设计预留，分步实施。系统集成要求各个子系统提供通用接口及通讯协议；　　（２）将ＢＡＳ楼宇自控系统（包括空调、照明、水泵等）、安全防范系统（包括保安监视、门禁、入侵探测等）、停车场管理系统、广播系统、火灾自动报警及消防联动系统集成（其中火灾自动报警及消防联动系统仅监视，不控制）。对整个大厦的弱电系统进行优化控制，达到高效、经济、节能、协调的运行状态；　　（３）系统集成建立在千兆局域网上，并可将信息传送至远程工作站上。１５设备安装　　（１）箱体在竖井、机房、车库内均为明装，其它暗装。箱体高度６００ｍｍ以下，底边距地１．５ｍ；６００～８００ｍｍ高，底边距地１．２ｍ；８００～１０００ｍｍ高，底边距地１．０ｍ；１０００～１２００ｍｍ高，底边距地０．８ｍ；１２００ｍｍ以上的，为落地式安装，下设３００ｍｍ基座；　　（２）电缆桥架：为托盘式（　）系列。竖井内竖向桥架应与平面图中水平桥架连接。平面图中未注明桥架均为ＳＲ－１００×１００。桥架安装时尽量往上抬，至少应满足底距吊顶５０ｍｍ。桥架施工时，应注意与其它专业的配合；　　（３）电缆桥架穿过防烟分区、防火分区及楼层时，应在安装完毕后，用防火材料封堵；　　（４）与设备配套的箱体、柜订货前应与设计人员配合。１６线缆的选型及敷设　　（１）线缆明敷在桥架上，若不敷设在桥架上，应穿热镀锌钢管（ＳＣ）敷设。ＳＣ３２及以下管线暗敷，ＳＣ４０及以上管明敷；　　（２）本工程ＳＣ管均为热镀锌钢管；　　（３）所有穿过建筑物伸缩缝、沉降缝、后浇带的管线应按《建筑电气安装工程图集》中有关作法施工。１７其它　　（１）凡与施工有关而又未说明之处，参见《建筑电气安装工程图集》《建筑电气通用图集》施工，或与设计院协商解决；　　（２）本工程所选设备、材料，必须具有国家级检测中心的测试合格证书；必须满足与产品相关的国家标准；供电产品、消防产品应具有进京入网许可证；　　（３）为设计方便，所选设备型号仅供参考，招标所确定的设备规格、性能等技术指标，不应低于设计图纸的要求；　　（４）所有设备确定厂家后均需建设、施工、设计、监理四方进行技术交底；　　（５）根据国务院签发的《建设工程质量管理条例》：　　①本设计文件需报县级以上人民政府建设行政主管部门或其他有关部门审查批准后，方可使用；　　②建设方必须提供电信、电视等市政原始资料，原始资料必须真实、准确、齐全；　　③
