'.-摘要设计概况设计题目为飞豹办公大楼,坐落在市岳麓区,是由中建八局集团投资开发的能够满足小型公司的办公要求,适应城市商业区的商务需求,同时也有利于改善和丰富街景。本设计一共分三个大局部:建筑设计、构造设计和施工设计。建筑设计本工程主体构造为钢筋混凝土框架构造,总建筑面积11239.26m2,主体房屋长56m,宽度为18m;房屋主体高度为36.9m。-1层层高为3.6m,1层层高为3.6m,2层~10层层高为3.3m。本办公楼楼属于二类建筑,设计使用年限50年,抗震设防烈度为7度,防火等级为二级,屋面防水采用二级防水。气象条件:温度:最热月平均29.3度,最冷月平均4.7度,夏季极端最高温度40.6度,冬季极端最低温度-5.3度。相对湿度:最热月平均75%。平面布置:设计以“适用、经济和美观〞为原那么。做到了房间面积适宜、空间关系协调、环境条件良好,同时构造、构造和施工简单、合理且方便。建筑装修:为保证与周围建筑群的和谐一致,满足城市统一规划要求,本建筑外墙采用白色面砖装饰;楼地面装修:办公室、会客厅等采用瓷砖地面;墙面装饰以粉刷乳胶漆为主;防水层采用改性沥青防水卷材。建筑布局重点解决建筑物部各种使用功能和使用空间的合理安排,建筑物..word.zl-
