Function:duetothefeetandequipmentfoundationsurroundingcolumnforfloorYinAngle,wherethestressconcentrationserious,susceptibleto45degreeAnglefracturedirection,anotherundercolumnbasesettlementandthegroundspeedfoundationsettlementatdifferentspeeds,columnedgemosteasilycrack,thecolumnsetpiececanstrengthenthenetworkeffectivelytopreventthespreadofthecolumncracks.(seeattachedfigure)1）Reinforcementaroundthecolumn/柱边加强2）Isolationjoint/设置隔离缝4.5Isolationjoint/设置隔离缝所有墙边、柱脚、突出管道及设备沟槽处设置10mm厚隔离板，混凝土浇筑后，高出地坪部分的隔离板在混凝土施工结束后予以切除。板采用可压缩性材料。安装时确保板的连续性，并进行可靠固定，避免浇筑混凝土过程中发生松动。作用：防止混凝土地坪在升温膨胀时在固定结构处产生破坏，隔离缝的设置可起到对于由于混凝土膨胀的缓冲。Allthewall,columnfeet,outstandingpipelineandequipmentgrooveSettings10mmthicksegregationboard,concretecasting,higherthanthesegregationboardintheflooroftheconcreteconstructionshallbearesected.Plateadoptsthecompressibilityofmaterials.Wheninstallationistoensurethatthecontinuityoftheplate,andreliablefixed,avoidpouringconcretelooseoccurredintheprocess.Function:topreventconcretefloorheatingupininflationinthefixedstructuredamage,theisolationoftheseamcansetforconcreteexpansivebuffer.4.6Concretecasting/混凝土工程施工a.Requirementsforconcretequality/混凝土材料质量要求•Compressivestrength：C30/混凝土标号C30•300kg/m3to360kg/m3cement/水泥含量300~360kg/m3•粗骨料最大粒径不超过25mm•Slumponsite：120±10mm/自卸混凝土,坍落度120±10mm •在表面做耐磨材料区域地坪混凝土中不允许掺入粉煤灰、不得掺加早强剂于混凝土中Inthesurfacethewear-resistingmaterialareaoftheconcretefloorisnotallowedbymixingflyash,notbyaddingearlystrengthagentinconcrete.•钢纤维须在混凝土搅拌站与砂石骨料一起添加Steelfiberconcretemixingstationshouldbeandsandaggregateaddedtogether.•混凝土泵车运输时间不宜超过40分钟，每小时最佳浇注面积为150~200㎡。concretepumptrucktransportationtimeshouldnotbemorethan40minuteseveryhour,bestpouringtheareais150~200㎡•Donotaddwateronsite/严禁在现场掺水b.Concretemanagementonsite/混凝土质量现场管理因为混凝土坍落度是影响地坪平整度的重要因素，因此施工时需对卸入浇筑区域场地的混凝土进行坍落度抽查试验，对不合要求的混凝土进行退货处理，并协助搅拌站调整混凝土配合比。Becauseconcreteslumpistheimportantfactorofinfluencefloorflatness,theconstructionshouldbeunloadingareaofthesite,thecastingconcreteslumpselectiveexaminationtest,nottheconcreterequirementstoreturn,andtohelpmixconcretemixtureadjusted.仔细观察钢纤维的分散情况，一旦发现结团或分散不匀情况，混凝土不能使用。Carefulobservationonthedispersionofthesteelfiber,oncefoundtheclusterornotdivideevenlydispersed,concretecan"tbeused.c．Dischargemethod/卸料方式混凝土建议采用罐车直卸方式，浇注顺序要与整平顺序一致，一条浇注结束后重复进行。安排好搅拌车的行车路线和停驻位置。Concretetankdischargesuggestedthestraightway,pouringordertoandlevelingconsistentinorder,apouringafterrepeated.Arrangethemixerto stopdrivingrouteandposition.夏天浇注时应尽量减少施工缝留设，为了防止发生冷缝，与商混公司协商，避免混凝土罐车延迟的情况发生。Summerpouringshoulddecreaseasfaraspossibleconstructionjointsstay,inordertopreventtheoccurrenceofcoldseam,andcontactwithbusinessmixcompany,andavoidconcretetanktrucksofdelaysoccur.4.7Concretecasting,vibrationandscreeding/混凝土的浇筑、振捣及整平混凝土到位后，根据从甲方获取的地坪标高基准点，按地坪标高人工将混凝土大致铺平，先边角后中间。铺平的同时使用震捣棒震捣混凝土，边角处加密震捣。振捣时应避免能碰钢筋、芯管、预埋件等亦不能紧靠板振捣。Concreteinplace,accordingtothefloorfrompartyaforelevationbenchmarks,accordingtothegroundlevelgroundelevationartificialconcretepavingroughly,firstofedgehorn.Atthesametimeuseshockpavingtheebeatengreatshockconcrete.Vibratingshouldavoidtotouchreinforced,coretube,embeddedpartsetc.alsothepipeandembeddedpartcan"tclosetovibratingplate. 混凝土振捣结束后立即使用激光整平机进行整平，把激光发射器放置在接收器在任何方向都可以接受到的地方。Immediatelyaftertheendofconcretevibrationstartsusinglaserlevelingmachinestoleveling,thelaseremitterplacedinthereceiverinanydirectioncanaccepttoplace.激光整平机整平结束后，再使用人工刮尺进行二次整平，把混凝土表面的浮浆及泌水刮除，以进一步提高平整度。在边角处，使用抹刀修边。Laserlevelingmachinelevelingended,touseartificialscrapingthefeetasecondleveling,theconcretesurfacefloatingpulpandlactationgiant-cellwater,inordertofurtherimprovesmoothness.Incorners,useoffsetspatulatrimming.4.8Steelfibre/钢纤维钢纤维采用佳密克丝RC80/60BN，长度60mm，直径0.75mm，钢纤维用水溶性胶水粘结成排，两端带钩，抗拉强度大于1070MPA，掺量：每立方混凝土掺加30公斤.钢纤维在搅拌站添加，应注意在料斗里还没有放入其它材料前，不能首先将钢纤维投入搅拌,否则钢纤维会结团.钢纤维可以同砂，水泥和骨料等一起投入搅拌设备进行搅拌。钢纤维每分钟的最大搅拌量40kg，若超过此限会造成钢纤维结团。SteelfiberisthesecretgRC80silk/60BN,60mmlength,diameterof0.75mm,steelfiberwithwater-solublegluebindingrows,endswithhook,tensilestrengthgreaterthan1070MPA,dosage:everycubicconcretebyadding30kg.Steelfiberinmixingstationtoadd,shouldpayattentiontointhehoppernotintoothermaterialsbefore,willnotfirststeelfiberintomixing,orsteelfiberwill"group,steelfibercanwithsand,cementandaggregatetogetherinto mixingequipmentsuchasmixing.Steelfibereachminuteofmaximumamount40kgmix,ifexceedthelimitcancausesteelfiber"group.钢纤维的存放和保管：钢纤维必须存放在干燥的室内，不得淋水（如雨水）等。否则钢纤维生锈后其抗拉强度会明显降低。严禁将生锈的钢纤维投入混凝土中搅拌。钢纤维开箱后，必须尽快将箱内散包钢纤维用完，如果暂时不用，应小心存放，不得淋水。Thestorageofsteelfiberandcareofthe:Steelfibermustbestoredinadryroom,shallnotbepouringwater(suchastherain),etc.Otherwisethesteelfiberafterrustingthetensilestrengthwillbesignificantlyreduced.Itisstrictlyprohibitedtowillberustysteelfiberconcretemixingininvestment.Steelfiberafterunpacking,mustbeassoonaspossibleafterthebaotoufiberscatteredwith,iftemporaryneednot,shouldbestored,shallnotbepouringwater.4.9Trowel&burnish/打磨收光a.Dryshakehardner/硬化剂材料硬化剂品牌：西卡硬化剂类型：非金属耐磨骨料地面硬化剂Sikafloor-3用量：6kg/m2硬化剂颜色：水泥原色Curingagentbrand:westcardCuringagenttypes:non-metalresistantaggregategroundfloor-3SikastiffeningagentUsage:6kg/m2Curingagentcolor:cementprimarycolorsb.Applyingofhardner/施工方法硬化剂撒布时间：混凝土初凝后，踩踏混凝土表面有较浅脚印；按耐磨材料的规定用量分两批均匀撒布作业，顺序如下：1、第一次均匀撒布约2/3耐磨材料，不掺水；2、耐磨材料吸收混凝土中一定的水分之后（表面耐磨材料曾湿润状态），用磨光机进行研磨提浆作业； 3、待耐磨材料硬化至一定阶段（约2小时左右）进行第二次撒布作业，撒布1/3的剩余量。第二层耐磨材料吸收一定水分后，再次用磨光机研磨；4、待硬化到一定程度，使用磨光机进行表面抛光；视混凝土的硬化情况调整磨光机的运转速度和角度；每步研磨和抛光作业保证至少两次以上；视当日天气与环境情况和对表面光泽度的要求而定。柱子周边及边角区域的磨光用手工仔细进行；Curingagentandclothtime:aftertheinitialsetofconcrete,trampletheconcretesurfacehaveashallowfootprint;Accordingtotheprovisionsofthewear-resistantmaterialsdosageoftwoevenlyandhomeworkcloth,theorderisasfollows:1,firstuniformandclotharoundtwo-thirdswear-resistingmaterial,notmixintowater;2,wear-resistingmaterialsabsorptionintheconcretecertainmoistureafter(exteriorwear-resistingmaterialoncewetstate),polishingmachinewithgroundcarryplasmahomework;3,staywear-resistingmaterialhardeningtoacertainstage(about2hours)onthesecondandclothhomework,andathirdoftheremainingamountcloth.Thesecondfloorwear-resistingmaterialabsorbacertainmoisture,againwithpolishingmachinegrinding;4,toacertaindegreeofstaysclerosis,polishingmachineusesurfacepolishing;DependingontheconcretesclerosisadjustspeedpolishingmachineandAngle;Ateachstep,grindingandpolishingoperationguaranteeatleasttwoabove;Dependingonweatherandenvironmentalconditionsandontothesurfaceglossrequest.Aroundthecorneroftheareaandpillarswithmanualcarefullypolished; 4.10Sawcut/切缝切割方式：水式切割；切割时间：抛光结束后立即进行；切割深度：一般为70mm左右；切割间距：5000×5000mm；柱边切割：柱边采用菱形切割，每边长约1mCuttingway:watertypecutting;Cuttingtime:afterpolishingimmediately;Cuttingdepth:generalfor70mmorso;Cuttingspacing:5000x5000mm;Columncutting:columnwiththediamondcuttingedge,about1meachside.4.11Curing/养护地坪养护必须采用薄膜覆盖，并不断洒水，保持表面湿润7天，时间越长越好。绝对不能出现部分地坪裸露在外，上面既无薄膜，又不洒水的情况。Floormaintenancemustusemulch,Andconstantlysprinkler,keepsurfacewet7days,thelongerthebetter.Cannotappearabsolutelybareouterpartofthefloor,Itneitherfilm,againnotsprinkleofthesituation.4.12Dustsealerandjointfilling/封尘及灌胶地坪喷洒封尘剂。Groundlevelgroundsprayingsealingdustagent. Curing/养护caulking/灌胶灌胶：1）地坪养护一个月后，清除切缝处所有松动颗粒和灰尘；2）先在切缝里塞入泡沫条，泡沫条直径视当时切缝开展情况而定；3)缝两边贴上美纹纸，用胶枪打入具有持久弹性快速固化的聚氨酯密封胶；4)施工密封胶时避免引入空气；5）掀去美纹纸，清理污染处地面。Encapsulatingcompound:1)floormaintenanceafteramonth,removeallloosecutjointsanddustparticles;2)thefirstcutthecracksintoarticlefoam,articlebubblediameterdependsonthecutinonseam;3)sewwithbeautifullinesonbothsidesofthepaper,withgluegunsintoalastingelasticfastcuringpolyurethanesealant;4)constructionsealtoavoidintroducingair'
