'钢筋混凝土路面施工工艺及质量控制要点（中交天航港湾建设工程有限公司常熟项目部杨宝玉）内容摘要:本文对钢筋水泥混凝土路面的施工工艺进行介绍，并对质量控制要点作出说明。关键词：钢筋混凝土路面施工工艺质量控制钢筋混凝土路面施工技术是在普通混凝土路面施工的基础上发展起来的。当地基有不均匀沉降等情况发生时，混凝土面板有可能出现断裂裂缝，钢筋混凝土路面就是利用路面混凝土内的纵横钢筋把面板拉在一起，使面板依靠钢筋及集料的嵌锁作用具有结构强度，增强面板强度、防止面板裂纹张开，达到保护面板结构不被破坏的目的，多适用于重荷载路段、大型厂矿内道路和港口码头运输通道。由于本项目为建设大型盾构机生产厂区，为满足重型载重车辆通行要求，设计采用钢筋混凝土路面结构。这里将施工现场所掌握施工工艺及规范要求，将钢筋混凝土路面施工工艺和质量控制要点简要阐述。一、工艺特点1、目前国际上有实验研究的钢筋混凝土路面主要有如下三种形式：局部补强使用的间断（带接缝）钢筋混凝土路面、连续配筋混凝土路面及预应力钢筋混凝土，其中前二种形式得到了较广泛的应用。2、与沥青路面相比，钢筋混凝土路面的优点主要体现在如下方面：刚度大、承载能力强；耐水性、耐高温性强；弯拉强度高、疲劳寿命强；耐候性、耐久性优良；平整度衰减慢、高平整度维持时间长；粗集料磨光值和磨耗值的要求低、集料易得；路面环保性好等。3、由于间断和连续钢筋混凝土路面中含有大量的钢筋或单、双层钢筋网片，给机械施工带来了较大的难度，施工中必须预先将钢筋网按设计要求架设牢固，捣鼓棒在施工过程中不得碰撞钢筋网，另外施工中严禁车辆驶入钢筋网片上面，以免破坏钢筋网。二、工艺原理及设计要求1、工艺原理：钢筋混凝土路面是利用路面混凝土内的纵横钢筋把面板拉在一起，使面板依靠钢筋及集料的嵌锁作用具有结构强度。2、原理作用：达到增强面板强度、保护面板结构不被破坏。3、工艺设计要求（1）本项目选用C20号钢筋混凝土；（2）钢筋配置：选用Φ14螺纹钢筋，双层双向，钢筋间距15cm，钢筋应顺直，不得有裂缝、断伤，表面油污和颗粒状或片状锈蚀应清除。三、施工工艺 施工工艺流程注：实线框内为自拌混凝土情况下需进行步骤，本项目选用商品混凝土，此步骤为混凝土生产厂家完成。1、施工准备施工准备主要包括原材料的准备和检验、路面基层检查验收以及施工场地与施工机械的准备。本项目选用外购商品混凝土，由搅拌站提供混凝土配合比设计及开盘鉴定（若自拌需进行混凝土原材准备，并进行原材检测及配合比设计），还有钢筋制作场地。钢筋制作场地应距试验段较近，以便运送预制加工好的钢筋。采购的钢筋必须按不同品种、牌号分别验收堆存，以免混杂。钢筋在运输、储存过程中应避免锈蚀和污染。施工机械包括振捣器组、振捣梁、钢筋制作设备(电焊机、弯筋机、切割机、空压机等)、洒水养护设备、发电机组等。在进行试验段施工之前，施工单位对施工设备进行全面检查、调试、校核、标定、维修和保养，试运行正常，对主要振捣棒等易损件做适量储备。施工前应做好技术交底工作，同时建立完善的质检和监理质量控制体系，确保施工质量。开工前做好施工组织计划，安排好各工序的衔接，以减少施工缝的设置。 2、模板安装在摊铺混凝土前，先安装两侧模板，一般选用钢模板，支模时严格控制模板的平面位置和纵断高程，模板位置固定好，不得有移位，模板表面要平整，且相邻两模板接缝处平顺，表面高差符合规范及设计要求。3、钢筋网制作安装采用双层钢筋网混凝土面层，在具体施工中钢筋网的制作严格按照规范和设计图纸要求进行。浇筑混凝土之前先摆放钢筋网。钢筋网采用人工绑扎成形，绑扎完成的钢筋网采用焊接支架定位，以防止布料过程中变形，从而保证其位置的精度。制作好钢筋网片后应及时浇筑混凝土，不得淋雨或因外界其它原因使钢筋网生锈。在本项目中，由于钢筋配置为双侧双向，设计荷载强度较大，厂区重型车流量不频繁，故未设置传力杆，传力杆是沿水泥混凝土路面板横缝，每隔一定距离在板厚中央布置的圆钢筋。其一端固定在一侧板内，另一端可以在邻侧板内滑动，其作用是在两块路面板之间传递行车荷载和防止错台。一般重载车辆通行量大的钢筋混凝土道路需设置传力杆装置。传力杆系用圆钢筋制成，常用直径19～ 25mm的光面钢筋。长度约400～700mm，传力杆的一端固定在混凝土内，另一端涂上沥青后套上内径较传力杆直径约大5mm的金属或硬质塑料的套管内。套管长80mm～100mm，套管底与传力杆端部之间留出与伸缝宽度相同的空隙，其中填充弹性材料，如木屑等，使传力杆能自由伸缩。传力杆常用间距为300～500mm，设置于地(路)面混凝土板的中心部位。在同一条伸缝上的传力杆，应两边交错设置。4、混凝土运输商品混凝土必须选用专用混凝土罐车运输，运输时间从拌制到到达现场不得大于1小时，每车必须随车带本车混凝土开盘鉴定，并由现场质检员检测塌落度并按取样频率取样制件。不同路面施工方式混凝土坍落度及最大单位用水量：摊铺方式轨道摊铺机摊铺三辊轴机组摊铺小型机具摊铺出机坍落度(mm)40～6030～5010～40摊铺坍落度(mm)20～4010～300～20混凝土运输时间及摊铺振捣时间要求：施工气温*(℃)到运输完毕允许最长时间(h)到铺筑完毕允许最长时间(h)滑模、轨道三轴、小机具滑模、轨道三轴、小机具5～92.01.52.52.010～191.51.02.01.520～291.00.751.51.2530～350.750.501.251.0注：*指施工时间的日间平均气温，使用缓凝剂延长凝结时间后，本表数值可增加0.25～0.5h。5、混凝土布料 本项目施工使用混凝土泵车送料，比较便于施工。铺料之前，基层应清扫干净，并洒水润湿。要有专人指挥泵车均匀卸料，注意卸料钢筋网片影响，若有移位或上层网片塌落，及时调整。局部泵车送料不到位可用人工布料。6、混凝土振捣与整平混凝土拌合料布料长度不大于10m时，开始振捣作业，密排振捣器间歇插入振实时，每次移动距离不超过振捣棒有效作用半径的1.5倍，并不大于50cm，振捣时间宜为15～30s。振捣密实以拌合物中粗集料停止下沉，表面不再冒气泡，并泛出水泥浆为准，注意不能过振。排式振捣器应匀速缓慢、不间断地行进。7、精平饰面与抗滑构造制作排式振捣器基本整平路面后，表面砂浆沿纵向的厚度和水灰比都已达到均匀，但沿横向可能尚不均匀，应采用3～5m刮尺进行饰面。待表面泌水蒸发消失，再使用刮板或抹刀进行1～2遍收浆饰面或抹光。也可采用旋转抹面机进行2遍密实精平饰面，若有抗滑要求路面修整后、硬化之前，采用拉毛工艺制作路面微观抗滑构造。路面硬化前，利用拉毛机或人工拉槽方式制作宏观抗滑构造，也可以在路面硬化后采用刻槽机硬刻槽。8、伸缩缝施工路面浇筑选用跳仓法，18米长，5米宽一条，施工完成一条后进行隔条施工，中间一条待两端混凝土浇筑完成5天后再行施工，此做法是为了释放已浇筑钢筋混凝土的内应力，以控制混凝土路面膨胀裂缝的产生。在进行中间隔段浇筑时，在已浇筑混凝土面安放3CM厚泡沫板做为临时填充物，待全部施工完成后，将泡沫板清理，用沥青胶泥填充缝隙，18米一道；另每隔六米切假缝一道，深度为1/3板厚，切割时用切割机由上坡向下坡进行较为省力，锯片选用φ500mm，缝宽3～6mm，深度根据设计要求确定。开始切割时下刀慢，刀片旋转正常平稳的切割，如果遇到混凝土夹住锯片的情况，用脚踩住机身，迅速将机身抬起，使刀片脱离切割面，切断电源，调节好刀片后，再进行切割。切割时保持有充足的注水，在行进中观察刀片注水情况,混凝土板会在横缝处正常开裂9、拆模与养生24h后拆模，拆模时注意不要碰伤混凝土的边角。混凝土面板在抹面完毕后立即养生，用土工布或者塑料薄膜覆盖洒水养生，宽度大于覆盖面60cm，对接长度不小于40cm。四、质量控制要点1、水泥混凝土面层施工应在气温高于5℃时施工，避免温差过大，尤其是夏季，必须避免高温时段施工，宜在夜间进行施工。同时加强混凝土温度的监控，避免温度裂缝的产生。2、水泥混凝土路面施工时应加强对胀缝、施工缝、纵缝、缩缝的施工管理，特别是温度和时间对切缝的控制，避免收缩裂缝的产生。 3、混凝土中如需使用外加价，必须满足《混凝土外加剂》(GB-8076-1997)中的一等品要求。4、基层施工前必须严格验收，表面平整以保证混凝土板厚度的均匀性，施工前洒水湿润基层。5、严格按照设计要求布筋，施工中注意保护钢筋网片不移位，以利于充分发挥钢筋作用。6、认真做好养生工作，以确保水泥混凝土水化热的进行，保证水泥混凝土强度的形成。在养生期间要断绝一切交通,直到水泥混凝土的强度达到设计要求才能开放交通。7、一般情况下，选用普通硅酸盐水泥，要求收缩性小，安定性好，勿用早强水泥，延缓混凝土的凝固时间，降低温差应力作用。8、切假缝时必须控制切割厚度，避免损伤钢筋。参考文献：《公路水泥混凝土路面施工技术规范JTGF30-2003》《公路工程建设质量通病防治方法》
