中国建筑第四工程局有限公司5.1.2钢筋在储存过程中应避免锈蚀和污染,宜在库内或棚内存放,露天堆置时,应架空存放,离地面不宜小于300mm,应加以遮盖。5.1.3检验合格的判定标准:如有一个试样一项指标不合格,则应另取双倍数量的试样进行复检,如仍有一个试样不合格,则该批钢筋判为不合格。5.2钢筋的除锈5.2.1加工方法钢筋均应清除油污和捶打能剥落的浮皮、铁锈。大量除锈,可通过钢筋冷拉或钢筋调直机调直过程中完成;少量的钢筋除锈,可采用电动除锈机或喷砂方法除锈,钢筋局部除锈可采取人工用钢丝刷或砂轮等方法进行。5.2.2注意事项及质量要求如除锈后钢筋表面有严重的麻坑、斑点等。已伤蚀截面时,应降级使用或剔出不用,带有蜂窝状锈迹钢筋,不得使用。5.3钢筋配料整形5.3.1配料单编制:钢筋应平直、无局部弯折,对弯曲的钢筋应调直后使用。调直可采用冷拉或调直机调直冷拉法多用于较细钢筋的调直,调直机多用于较粗钢筋的调直,采用冷拉法调直时应匀速慢拉,Ⅰ级钢筋冷拉率应≦2﹪,牌号钢筋冷拉率应≦1﹪.用调直机调直钢筋时,表面伤痕不应使截面面积减少5﹪以上。调直后的钢筋应平直、无局部弯折,冷拔低碳钢筋表面不得有明显擦伤。应当注意:冷拔低碳钢丝经调直机调直后,其抗拉清强度一般要降低10﹪~15﹪,使用前要加强检查,按调直后的抗拉强度选用。5.4钢筋下料5.4.1下料前认真核对钢筋规格、级别及加工数量,无误后按配料单下料。5.4.2钢筋弯曲成型前,应根据配料表要求长度分别截断,通常用钢筋切断机进行。在缺乏设备时,可用断丝钳、手动液压切断,对直径40mm以上的钢筋,可用氧乙块焰切断。在钢筋切断前,现在钢筋上用粉笔按配料单标注下料长度将切断位置做明显标记,切断时,切断标记对准刀刃将钢筋放入切割槽将其切断。5.4.3应将同规格钢筋根据不同长短搭配、统筹排料;一般先断长料。后断短料,一减少短头和损耗。避免用短尺量长料,防止产生累计误差,应在工作台上标出尺寸、刻度,并设置控制断料尺寸用的挡板。切断过程中如发现劈裂、缩头或严重的弯头等,必须切除,切断后钢筋断口不得有马蹄形或起弯等现象,钢筋长度偏差不得小于±10mm5.4.4钢筋半成品宜在加工棚内集中加工。characteristicsanddurationcontrolrequiresadequatelabour,andestablisharewardsystem,emulation,goodteamwork,lifeandotherlogisticalsupport,maintainstrongworkethicandsenseofresponsibility,ensurethesuccessfulcompletionoftasks.Tostrictlyofqualitycontrol,ensureoncesurvived,guaranteeplansofimplementationincreased"fourtechnology"ofapplication,improveconstructionqualityefficiencylifewaterusedPP-Rpipeline,hotmeltconnection,thisapipeofusing,inisbigdegreeShangovercomehaspasttraditionalpipelineexistsasusinglifeshort,andinsulationperformancepoor,andinstallationtechnologyrequirementshigh,andinstallationcosthighofproblem,hasresistancecorrosion,andresistancesmall,andheat,andresistancepressure,andlifelong,andinsulationenergy-saving,andweightlight,andinstallationreliablesimple,advantages.Duetoeaseofinstallation,reducedlabourintensityatthesametime,improvesthespeedofconstruction.Duetoinstallationandreliable,reducingsecondaryconstructionworkload,reducingcostswhileensuringconstructionaccordingtoschedule.Constructionofthefirstsectionoftheprogrammedescriptionaccordingtotheconstructioncontractfortheconstructionofelectricalengineering,ourscopeforlowvoltagedistributionandallfutureprojects,publicstaircasesoflightingengineering;thecontractscopewithembeddedstructurereservedforallelectricalengineeringworkandweakpowerdistributionboxfortheinstallation.ConstructionprocessconstructionQianprepared→tiecivilpreburied,andreserved→wallShangdistributiontubeand11
中国建筑第四工程局有限公司5.5钢筋的弯曲成型5.5.1加工方法钢筋的弯曲成型多用弯曲机进行,在缺乏设备或少量钢筋加工时,可用手工弯曲成型,系在成型台上用摇扳子每次弯4~8根直径8mm以下钢筋,或用扳铁扳和扳子。可弯直径32mm以下钢筋,当弯直径28mm以下钢筋时,可用两个扳柱加不同厚度钢套,钢筋扳子口直径应比钢筋直径大2mm。曲线钢筋成型,可在原钢筋弯曲机的工作中央,放置一个十字架和钢套,另在工作盘四个孔内插上短轴和成型钢套与中央钢套相切,钢套尺寸根据钢筋曲线形状选用,成型时钢套起顶弯作用,十字架则协助推进。螺旋形钢筋成型,小直径可用手摇滚筒成型;较粗钢筋。可在钢筋弯曲机的工作盘上设一个型钢制成的加工圆盘,盘外直径相当于需加工螺旋筋的内径,插孔相当于弯曲机扳柱间距,使用时将钢筋一头固定,即可按一般钢筋弯曲加工方法弯成所需的螺旋形钢筋。钢筋的弯制和末端弯钩均应符合设计要求。箍筋的末端应作弯钩,当弯钩的形式为180°,弯曲直径应大于受力钢筋直径且不小于箍筋直径的2.2倍;弯钩平直部分的长度,不应小于箍筋直径的120倍。5.2.2注意事项及质量要求钢筋弯曲时应将个弯曲点位置划出,划线尺寸应根据不同弯曲角度和钢筋直径扣除钢筋弯曲调直值。划线应在工作台上进行,如无划线台而直接以尺度量化线时,应使用长度适当的木尺接量,以防发生差错。第一根钢筋弯曲成型后,应与配料表进行复核,复核要求后再成批加工。成型后的钢筋要求形状正确,平面上浮无凹曲。弯点处无裂缝。其尺寸允许偏差为:全长±10mm,弯起钢筋起弯点位移20mm,弯起钢筋的起弯高度±5mm,箍筋边长±5mm,箍筋边长±5mm。5.6钢筋的连接接头5.6.1焊工必须经考试合格后持证上岗。钢筋焊接前,必须根据施工条件进行试焊,确定工艺参数,试样数量应与检查验收每批抽样数量要求相同。施工时,操作人员严格执行工艺参数,施工员、质量员对焊机参数、接头质量随机抽样,确保焊接过程监控到位,焊接接头检测由监理工程师见证抽样送检。5.6.2钢筋电弧焊所用焊条牌号应复核设计要求,其性能应符合现行国家标准《碳钢焊条》(GB/T5117-1995)或《低合金钢焊条》(GB/T5118-1995)的规定。5.6.3主筋焊接接头的设置要避开弯曲处,距弯曲点的距离不得小于10d,同一根钢筋尽量少设接头。5.7钢筋笼加工成型5.7.1characteristicsanddurationcontrolrequiresadequatelabour,andestablisharewardsystem,emulation,goodteamwork,lifeandotherlogisticalsupport,maintainstrongworkethicandsenseofresponsibility,ensurethesuccessfulcompletionoftasks.Tostrictlyofqualitycontrol,ensureoncesurvived,guaranteeplansofimplementationincreased"fourtechnology"ofapplication,improveconstructionqualityefficiencylifewaterusedPP-Rpipeline,hotmeltconnection,thisapipeofusing,inisbigdegreeShangovercomehaspasttraditionalpipelineexistsasusinglifeshort,andinsulationperformancepoor,andinstallationtechnologyrequirementshigh,andinstallationcosthighofproblem,hasresistancecorrosion,andresistancesmall,andheat,andresistancepressure,andlifelong,andinsulationenergy-saving,andweightlight,andinstallationreliablesimple,advantages.Duetoeaseofinstallation,reducedlabourintensityatthesametime,improvesthespeedofconstruction.Duetoinstallationandreliable,reducingsecondaryconstructionworkload,reducingcostswhileensuringconstructionaccordingtoschedule.Constructionofthefirstsectionoftheprogrammedescriptionaccordingtotheconstructioncontractfortheconstructionofelectricalengineering,ourscopeforlowvoltagedistributionandallfutureprojects,publicstaircasesoflightingengineering;thecontractscopewithembeddedstructurereservedforallelectricalengineeringworkandweakpowerdistributionboxfortheinstallation.ConstructionprocessconstructionQianprepared→tiecivilpreburied,andreserved→wallShangdistributiontubeand11
中国建筑第四工程局有限公司加工钢筋笼胎具:用槽钢和钢板焊成组合胎具,每组胎具由底梁、底梁端部大样板、加强筋位置弧板三部分构成。底梁采用两根槽钢,槽钢间距50cm左右,之间用钢筋或角钢焊接;底梁一端垂直焊接一块110cm×110cm的钢板,厚不小于0.5mm;在大样板上用油漆绘出加强筋外轮廓及每根0主筋的位置;在底梁上按每节钢筋骨架加强箍筋数量和位置设立弧形板胎具,弧形板采用10mm钢板,弧形板胎具按加强筋外缘弧长的三分之一长设置,弧形胎具上对应大样板主筋位置设置凹槽,校正无误后与底梁焊接。将加强箍筋就位于每道弧板胎具的同侧,按弧形胎膜的凹槽摆焊主筋和箍筋,弧形胎膜上的主筋全部焊完后,滚动钢筋骨架至下一段三分之一弧,如此往复,直至全部焊完。滚出钢筋骨架,然后吊起骨架搁于支架上,套入盘筋,按设计位置布置好螺旋筋并绑扎于主筋上,点焊牢固,最后安装和固定声测管。第一个骨架加工时,每焊完三分之一弧至下一段弧时,要与大样板上的主筋位置核对,焊完后,核对无误,可成批加工。具备条件后可使用钢筋笼成型专用设备进行加工。5.7.2钢筋笼加工场地分节制作,根据具体吊装能力确定每节长度,加工必须按照钢筋配料单或技术交底进行,严禁随意、私自更改制作方式。下料前,必须先进行拉直,然后对号加工下料,并分类标时排放。钢筋笼制造在专用胎具上或台架上进行,钢筋的间距必须至少采用两个间距定位架来进行定位,禁止工人手扶固定间距,保证其主筋和箍筋的轴线、平顺度和间距符合设计要求规范误差要求。5.7.3螺旋筋的安装螺旋筋设置在主筋外侧,螺旋箍筋缠绕要紧密。防止离鼓,采用绑扎或梅花形点焊与主筋连接成型。螺旋筋与主筋连接先点焊在主筋上,然后用绑丝绑扎。钢筋绑扎采用18~22号铁丝,绑丝采用一正一反交叉绑扎的方式,每一扎均要勒紧。螺旋钢筋采用标准卡具进行安装和检查。5.7.4加强筋设于主筋内侧,第一道加强筋距承台底40cm,最下一道设于钢筋底面以上10cm,中间部分自上而下每2m一道,零数可在最下二段平均分配,但不得大于2.5m。加强筋与主筋的连接采用电弧焊,必须焊牢,要求严格控制电流大小,不得烧伤主筋。5.8钢筋笼出场报检成型后的钢筋笼自检合格后报监理验收,验收合格后挂牌置于场地处存放。5.9钢筋笼运输与现场堆放钢筋笼在搬运和吊装时,需做好保护措施避免钢筋笼变形。吊装采用吊车,吊点设两个,在吊装过程中要轻吊轻放。运输采用平板车运输至工点,用吊机将钢筋笼吊入孔中。钢筋笼吊装入孔要将钢筋骨架中心与桩孔对中后插入孔内,下放过程中要保持钢筋笼垂直。5.10钢筋笼下沉与连接5.10.1characteristicsanddurationcontrolrequiresadequatelabour,andestablisharewardsystem,emulation,goodteamwork,lifeandotherlogisticalsupport,maintainstrongworkethicandsenseofresponsibility,ensurethesuccessfulcompletionoftasks.Tostrictlyofqualitycontrol,ensureoncesurvived,guaranteeplansofimplementationincreased"fourtechnology"ofapplication,improveconstructionqualityefficiencylifewaterusedPP-Rpipeline,hotmeltconnection,thisapipeofusing,inisbigdegreeShangovercomehaspasttraditionalpipelineexistsasusinglifeshort,andinsulationperformancepoor,andinstallationtechnologyrequirementshigh,andinstallationcosthighofproblem,hasresistancecorrosion,andresistancesmall,andheat,andresistancepressure,andlifelong,andinsulationenergy-saving,andweightlight,andinstallationreliablesimple,advantages.Duetoeaseofinstallation,reducedlabourintensityatthesametime,improvesthespeedofconstruction.Duetoinstallationandreliable,reducingsecondaryconstructionworkload,reducingcostswhileensuringconstructionaccordingtoschedule.Constructionofthefirstsectionoftheprogrammedescriptionaccordingtotheconstructioncontractfortheconstructionofelectricalengineering,ourscopeforlowvoltagedistributionandallfutureprojects,publicstaircasesoflightingengineering;thecontractscopewithembeddedstructurereservedforallelectricalengineeringworkandweakpowerdistributionboxfortheinstallation.ConstructionprocessconstructionQianprepared→tiecivilpreburied,andreserved→wallShangdistributiontubeand11
