'SG—006技术交底工程名称内江新城邓家坝安置还房建设单位内江新城建设指挥部办公室监理单位四川明清工程咨询有限公司施工单位中国五冶集团有限公司交底部位脚手架工程(1#、10#、12#楼)交底日期2014年12月6日交底人签字接受人签字交底内容:一、钢管落地脚手架搭设要求落地脚手架搭设的工艺流程为:场地平整、夯实→基础承载力实验、材料配备→定位设置通长脚手板、底座→纵向扫地杆→立杆→横向扫地杆→小横杆→大横杆(搁栅)→剪刀撑→连墙件→铺脚手板→扎防护栏杆→扎安全网。定距定位。根据构造要求在建筑物四角用尺量出内、外立杆离墙距离,并做好标记;用钢卷尺拉直,分出立杆位置,并用小竹片点出立杆标记;垫板、底座应准确地放在定位线上,垫板必须铺放平整,不得悬空。在搭设首层脚手架过程中,沿四周每框架格内设一道斜支撑,拐角除双向增设,待该部位脚手架与主体结构的连墙件可靠拉接后方可拆除。当脚手架操作层高出连墙件两步时,宜先立外排,后立内排。其余按一下构造要求搭设。1、主杆基础本工程脚手架地基础部位应在回填土完后夯实,采用强度等级不低于C15的混凝土进行硬化,混凝土硬化厚度不小于10cm。地基承载能力能够满足外脚手架的搭设要求。2、立杆间距(1)脚手架立杆纵距1.5m,横距0.8m,步距1.8m;连墙件采用随层3跨,竖向间距2.9米,水平间距4.5米;里立杆距建筑物0.2m。(2)脚手架的底部立杆采用不同长度的钢管参差布置,使钢管立杆的对接接头交错布置,高度方向相互错开500mm以上,且要求相邻接头不应在同步同跨内,以保证脚手架的整体性。(3)立杆应设置垫木,并设置纵横方向扫地杆,连接于立脚点杆上,离底座20cm左右。(4)立杆的垂直偏差应控制在不大于架高的1/400。3、大横杆、小横杆设置(1)大横杆在脚手架高度方向的间距1.8m,以便立网挂设,大横杆置于立杆里面,每侧外伸长度为thelineboxinstallation→householdswithinelectricbottomboxinstallation→tubethread→insulationtest→sentdistributiondebugging→completedinformationfinishing→completedacceptancematerialandtheaccessoriestest4.1.3.1PVClinetubeandthelineboxacceptance1,andpipeandfittingsofcolorshouldconsistent,nocolornotareandthedecompositioncolorline;pipethicknesstousedVerniercaliperforcheck,deviationshallnotover+5%.2,pipesandfittingsforinternalandexternalwallshouldbesmooth,flat,nobubbles,nicks,cracks,peelingandseverecoldspotsandobviousscarpatterns,depression;3,pipefittingsshouldbecomplete,nodefects,deformations,moldseam,gateshouldbesmooth,withoutcracking;4,constructionofadvancepipebeforetransportedtotheconstructionsite,itsstoragetemperaturerangeambienttemperatureclosetotheconstructionsite.Materialsduringstorageandshouldbetakentoprevent...4.1.3.2BVwireinspection:1powercordusedintheengineeringcorePVCinsulatedandsheathedcopperwire(BV);2,materialcertificateofentryshouldbeaccompaniedbyafactory,factoryinspectionreports,national"3C"certificationandotherdocuments;packing,plasticsheathwithoutdamage;3,allocatingpartofthepowercord,checkthewirediametersandsheath;4,submissionofmaterialsinatimelymannerasandwhenrequired,qualifiedbeforeputintouse;4.1.3.3indoordistributionboxcheck:1,the11 6、小横杆的做法和要求:小横杆必须设在大横杆下部,紧靠主节点牢固地扣在立杆上。7、双道栏杆的做法和要求:双道栏杆应按照0.5M、0.6M----1.0M、1.2M的比例用十字扣牢固地口在立杆上,纵向搭接应用对接口连续对接。8、连墙件的做法和要求:连墙件布置应靠近主节点设置,偏离主节点的距离不应大于300mm。连墙件宜优先采用菱形布置,也可采用方形、矩形布置。一字型、开口型脚手架的两端必须设置连墙件,连墙件的垂直间距不应大于建筑物的层高。连墙件的连墙杆宜呈水平设置,与脚手架连接的一端应水平或下斜连接,不应采用上斜连接。9、竹笆脚手板的做法和要求:架体铺设时竹笆脚手板的主竹筋垂直于纵向水平杆方向铺设,四个角用14#的镀锌铁丝固定在纵向水平杆上,并按隔层进行铺设,铺设层应铺满竹笆。10、剪刀撑的做法和要求:双排脚手架应在外侧立面整个长度和高度上连续设置剪刀撑与横向斜撑,每道剪刀撑跨越立杆的根数所成夹角的度数为60°,立杆不少于5根,45°时立杆不少于7根,每道剪刀撑宽度不应小于4跨,且不应小于6m,斜杆与地面的倾角宜为45°~60°之间,剪撑杆的接长宜采用搭接,搭接长度不小于1m,应采用3个旋转扣件固定。开口处应沿脚手架小横杆平面,在步距之间增设斜杆,沿脚手架横向平面的高度,呈之字型连续布置。11、密目网张挂和要求:密目网规格ML-6X1.8m,且脚手架、临边等处防护使用的密目式安全网必须符合国家标准《安全网》(GB5725-2009)的规定,施工单位选用的密目式安全网必须具有特种劳动防护用品安全标志(绿色盾牌LA标志)、产品合格证。架子搭好检查合格后再满挂密目全网,密目网张挂时应用14#铁丝,按每个网眼上下依次牢靠地绑扎在大横杆上,纵向必须按每个网眼扎紧,不断有漏洞。thelineboxinstallation→householdswithinelectricbottomboxinstallation→tubethread→insulationtest→sentdistributiondebugging→completedinformationfinishing→completedacceptancematerialandtheaccessoriestest4.1.3.1PVClinetubeandthelineboxacceptance1,andpipeandfittingsofcolorshouldconsistent,nocolornotareandthedecompositioncolorline;pipethicknesstousedVerniercaliperforcheck,deviationshallnotover+5%.2,pipesandfittingsforinternalandexternalwallshouldbesmooth,flat,nobubbles,nicks,cracks,peelingandseverecoldspotsandobviousscarpatterns,depression;3,pipefittingsshouldbecomplete,nodefects,deformations,moldseam,gateshouldbesmooth,withoutcracking;4,constructionofadvancepipebeforetransportedtotheconstructionsite,itsstoragetemperaturerangeambienttemperatureclosetotheconstructionsite.Materialsduringstorageandshouldbetakentoprevent...4.1.3.2BVwireinspection:1powercordusedintheengineeringcorePVCinsulatedandsheathedcopperwire(BV);2,materialcertificateofentryshouldbeaccompaniedbyafactory,factoryinspectionreports,national"3C"certificationandotherdocuments;packing,plasticsheathwithoutdamage;3,allocatingpartofthepowercord,checkthewirediametersandsheath;4,submissionofmaterialsinatimelymannerasandwhenrequired,qualifiedbeforeputintouse;4.1.3.3indoordistributionboxcheck:1,the11
