Sitelayoutofthesteelsheetofpilesisaspicture8.1;Installguidepositioningbracket:itisinstalledforensuringtheverticalityandlevelofpiles.Theenclosingpurlinsareweldedby2piecesof20#U-steelsintwo-way,andtheheightforInstallingguidepositioningbracketis2.5m,twotheodolitesaresetforcontrollingtheverticality.Whentheinstallationiscompleted,thebeamsofguidepositioningbracketcannotbesunkanddeformedandshallkeepverticalintheprocessofsteelsheetpiling.Steelsheetpiling:thesteelsheetpilesshallbeinspectedbeforepiling,verticalfaceshallbeflatandalignment,andlockcatchshallmeetrequirements,andbefixedifnot.Meanwhileclosegroovebottomintipofpileswithgreasepaintedontoittoavoidmudintothelockcatch.Crawlercraneisusedforpiling,thesteelsheetpileswillbeliftedtotheinsertingpointbycranes,thelockcatchshallbeinalignmentwhenpitchingofpiles,pilecapandhardwoodmatwillbecoveredontopandpilednormally.Inordertoensuretheverticalityofpiles,thepilingshallbeperformedalongwiththeenclosingpurlinsbyusingtwotheodolitesforcontrolling.Whenstartpiling,thelocationanddirectionofthefirstandsecondpiecesofpileshallbeaccurateforthefunctionofguiding,theyshallbemeasuredforeverymeterintotheearth.Whenitreachestheheightofbracket,itshallbefixedbyweldingofsteelplatewithguidepositioningbracket.Afterthat,markthepositionofeachsteelpileonsteelenclosingpurlingsinconvenientofcorrectionatanytime.Ifthepileisinclinedinpiling,steelropewillbeusedforpullingthepiles,pulling,pilingandcorrectionbysteps.Whenthefirstrowpilingfinished,andbepiledtothedesigneddepthbysecondtime. 4.4DrainageofFoundationPitWatercollectionanddrainagebyditchesaretakenforfoundationpitdrainage,seefoundationpitdrainagedrawingforthedrainagefacilities.Bagscoveredwithplasticfilmonthetopofslopeareusedforstopwatertopreventoutsidewaterfromflowingintothepit.Thebagsshallbestackedcloselywiththegapfilledbyclayeysoil.Widthof300mmditcharesetatthepositionof600mmhigherthepitbottom,thedepthofditchatslopestartingpointis300mmandthegradientisin0.1%.600mm×600mmwatercollectionpitsaresetalongwiththeditch,thedistancebetweentwopitsisnomorethan30m.Thedepthofwatercollectionpitis500mmdeeperthantheditch.Andthewaterinthepitwillbepumpedoutside.Seeattachment8.2forwaterstop,ditchandwatercollectionpitarrangement.4.5FoundationPitMonitoringInordertoensuretheconstructionsafety,displacementandsettlementforsteelsheetpileshallbemonitoredintheperiodoffoundationexcavationandusing.Thelayoutofmonitoringpoints:onemonitoringpointissetonthemiddlesteelsheetpile,whichbothsidesof12mand24mawayarealsosetmonitoringpoints,thetotalquantityIs5,seeattachment8.3formonitoringpointslayout.Methodofmonitoringpoints:whentheconstructionofsteelsheetpilingiscompleted,onesmallholeonthetopofpiledrilledbynailisconsideredasthemonitoringpointfordisplacementandsettlement.Monitoring:Theinitialvalueshallbemeasuredinthe12hafterthecompletionoffoundationpitexcavation;Andinthe3daysaftertheinitialvaluemeasured,itshallbemeasuredonceineachday;andafterthatonceoneweek.Seeattachment8.4forTableofmonitoringrecord.5QualityAssuranceMeasures5.1OrganizationchartofQA/QCProjectManager needtotreatconfirmtreatmentplandesignorconstructioninspectionandacceptanceconclusionsubmitthetreatmentplan5.3Specificmeasures5.3.1SurveyingandLayoutTotalstationandlevelusedforsurveyingshallbecalibratedwithcalibrationcertificate.Sidelineshallbere-surveyedintheprocessofexcavationtoassuretheaccurateexcavationposition.5.3.2Earthwork100mmaboveelevationoffoundationpitbasementshallbeexcavatedbymanpowertoavoiddisturbingthebasementsoilandloweringitsloadcapacity.Under-excavationandover-excavationarenotallowed.Ifover-excavationhappens,itshallbebackfilledwiththematerialpermittedbytheOwner/Consultant,andthecompactionfactorshallmeetthedesignrequirements.《ITPforEarthWork》shallbeimplemented.6SupplementofGuaranteeMeasurestotheSchedule6.1EstablishaStrictCensorshipforConstructionScheduleTheconstructionprogressandthetimeforeachkindofworkersjoiningintotheworkshallbecontrolledinaccordancewiththenetworkplan,themanagementshallarrangeconstructionsequencesinaccordancewithaggregatescheduling.Checkeverydayconstructionprogressandfinisheverydayworkinschedule,ensuretoday’sworkwillnotaffecttomorrow,thisprocesswillnotinfluencenext.Thesitemanagerwilltakecommandbyhimselfforkeypartwhichaffectschedule.6.2WarrantytheSupplyofMaterials&OutwardProcessingComponentsOrganizepersonnelmakingsubprojectanditemprojectanalysissheet,andprocessing,procurementandsupplyingplanformaterial,productionandsemi-production.Ensurethemachineryallocationworkandmaterialprocurementandsupplying.Determinetimeformaterialenter-siteaccordingtotheDrawingofConstructionSchedulingNetworkPlan.6.3TheCoordinationWorkBetweenCivilEngineering&EquipmentsInstallation Thecivilengineering&equipmentsinstallationworkingteamneedtocooperateinconstruction,andprotecteachother’sproductionandsemi-production.Acoordinationmeetingisrequiredtoholdbyprojectmanageronceaweektosolvetheproblemsforcooperationamongvariousofworks.Constructiongroupswithmanyyearsofconstructionexperienceareselectedforthisproject.Andcompletethemanagementorganization.Arrangelaborpowerandmaterialsupplyingreasonablyandimproveconstructionefficiencyaccordingtotheconstructionschedulenetworkplan.Distinguishprimaryandsecondarypartsaccordingtothethecharacteristicsofthisproject,interchangetheworkinaccordancewithconstructionsequencesandtechnologytoassuretheprojectisdoneonschedule.7Safety&CivilizedConstructionThepersonnelshallwearsafetyhelmetwhenenterintothesite.Alltheconstructorshallwearrequiredsafetyshoeswhenenterintothesite.Powerdistributionbyclassesandthree-phasefivelittlesystemforpowerdistributinglinearetakeninsite.Forbidtostaywirewithoutpermission.Onebreakforoneelectricequipment,oneleakagecircuitbreakerforonedistributionbox,usestandarddistributionboxtoensureelectricalSafety.Allspecialworkersshallholdcertificate.Wheninconcretepouring,goodinsulationsoftrubbercablesareusedfortheelectricwires,theswitchesandplugshallbeincompleteandgoodinsulation.Forbidtoinserttheelectricitywiresintothesocketdirectly.Thevibratoroperatorsshallwearrubbershoesandrubbergloves.Alltheconstructorsareforbiddentodrinkwinebeforeconstruction.Nosmokinginsite.Stopoutdoorconstructionwhencatchesstrongwind,thunderstormandothersevereweather.Noself-madeladderisallowedtouse,ifrequired,itshallbeacceptedandapprovedbysafetyengineer.Keepconstructionsiteclean,removerubbishandwastetimely,followtheprincipleof“workfinished,materialusedupandcleansite”.Setbarriersaroundconstructionarea,warningbarriershall≥1.5awayfromthesideoffoundationpit,andsetobvioussafetywarningsignsandplacardasfollowingpicture:
