Kj——j部分围护结构的传热系数,W/(m2·℃);tR——冬季室内计算温度,℃;to.w——冬季室外空气计算温度,℃;a——围护结构的温差修正系数,见《暖通空调》第13页,表2-4。2.2.2朝向附加耗热量:朝向附加耗热量是考虑建筑物受太阳照射影响而对围护结构基本耗热量的修正。不同朝向的围护结构的修正率见表2-2。表2-2围护结构的修正率项目朝向修正率北、东北、西北朝向0东、西朝向-5%东南、西南朝向-10%~-15%南向-15%~-25%本设计中,北向取0%,东、西朝向取-5%,南向取-15%。2.2.3高度附加耗热量:由于室内温度梯度的影响,往往使房间上部的传热量加大。因此规定:当房间净高超过4米时,每增加1米,附加率为2%,但最大附加率不超过15%。应注意:高度附加率应加在基本耗热量和其他附加耗热量的总和上。在本设计中,由于建筑物的层高均未超过4米。因此高度附加率为零。2.2.4风力附加耗热量:风力附加耗热量是考虑室外风速变化而对维护结构基本耗热量的修正。在计算基本耗热量时,外表面换热系数是对应风速约为4m/s的计算值。我国大部分地区冬季平均风速为2~3m/s。因此《规范》规定,一般情况下,不必考虑风力附加。2.2.5在风力和热压造成的室内外压差作用下,室外的冷空气通过门、窗等缝隙渗入室内,被加热后逸出,此部分耗热量为冷风渗透耗热量。为防止外界环境空气进入空调房间,干扰空调房间内温湿度变化而破坏室内洁净度,需要在空调系统中由一定量的新风来保持房间的正压。由于空调建筑室内通常保持正压,因而在一般情况下,不计算门窗缝隙渗入室内的冷空气和由门,孔洞等侵入室内的冷空气引起的耗热量。以下以801房间为例进行热负荷计算房间编号围护结构传热系数室内外温差温差修正系数朝向修正(℅)耗热量(W)房间热负荷(W)结构名称面积(m2)KjW/(m2℃)tR-to.wm(℃)a801南外墙6.560.56261-1581.19898.09南外窗3.362.93261-15217.57东外墙25.110.56261-5347.32屋顶24.3840.53260.750252.01注:各房间热负荷见附录二2.3房间湿负荷房间的散湿主要是设备与人员散湿。相对于人员散湿,设备的散湿量相对较小故在此只计算人员散湿即可。(餐厅要计算菜肴散湿量)2.3.1人体散湿量 空调系统方案的确定本设计是为大酒店的空调设计,该类建筑功能复杂,管理要求高,使用上既有公建设施(如大厅、餐厅、娱乐设施等),又有客房及一些管理用办公室。另外,人员流动性较大,各种人员对使用上的要求也不尽一致。系统的选定应注意档次和安全的要求,空调系统冷、热介质的到达位置来分有:全空气系统、气-水系统和直接蒸发系统,全空气系统,冷、热介质不进入被空调房间而只进入空调机房,被空气调节房间的冷、热量全部由经过处理的冷、热空气负担,被空气调节房间内只有风道存在。此系统的优点是通风换气次数大,人体的舒适性较好。同时,由于只有风道,其检修的工作量极小,也便于施工过程中的修改变动(如房间分隔发生变化)。其缺点是风道占用空间较大,输送空气的能耗相对较高。气-水系统,空气与作为冷、热介质的水同时送进被空气调节房间,空气解决房间的通风换气或提供满足房间最小卫生要求的新风量,水则通过房间内部的小型空气处理设备而承担房间的冷、热负荷。此系统的优缺点与全空气系统相反。由于水的比热较大,输送同样冷、热量至同一地点所需的水管尺寸比风道尺寸小得多,因此占用建筑空间相对较小,也有利于房间内各小型空调设备的独立控制。从能耗来看,输送同样冷、热量的距离相同时,采用水的能耗大约只有采用空气时的1/3。此系统也有一些明显的缺点,由于空气风量通常按最小新风量设计,因此人体对新鲜空气的要求随系统的安装完成后就无法再做最大的调整,因而舒适性受到限制;水管进入房间后,由于施工等方面的原因,容易造成漏水及夏天冷水管滴凝结水的问题,导致检修工作量加大;由于水管、风管交叉进入房间,因此该系统实际占用的建筑空间在某些场合并不一定显出比全空气系统具有的明显优点。此系统的典型例子是目前许多建筑采用的风机盘管加新风系统。直接蒸发式系统,在中央空调系统中,通常是用水为冷、热介质,即用冷水机组先把水制冷(或用热交换器等换热设备先把水加热)后,送至空气处理设备中与空气进行热交换,在此过程中,很显然存在二次交换所带来的热损失,系统运行效率现对会低一些。而直接蒸发系统则利用冷媒直接与空气进行一次交换,其热效率显然高于前者,这将使得输送同样冷(热)量至同一地点时能耗更少一些。当然由于直接蒸发系统在技术上的原因,其作用范围比中央空调系统小得多,因而在局部小范围的使用相对要多一些。综上所述,本设计中一层商铺、二三层大办公室和四层的大餐厅采用低速全空气系统,设备简单,初投资较省,维修方便;考虑到各功能间的运行时间不同,使用功能不同,每层划分一个系统,各自独立操作。对于餐厅由于人员密度比较大,且菜肴的气味与湿负荷比较大,设置机械排风,改善室内的空气品质。 其余的小空间房间才用风机盘加新风系统,这种方式布置灵活,各房间可独立调节室温,房间没人的时候可方便地关掉房间末端(关风机),不影响其他房间,从而比其它系统较节省运转费用,此外房间之间空气互不串通,冷量可由使用者进行一定调节。独立新风系统既提高了该系统的调节和运转的灵活性,且进入风机盘管的供水温度可适当提高,水管的结露现象可得到改善。新风采用分层设置水平式新风系统,处理到室内空气焓值,不承担室内负荷,新风通过新风管道直接送入各空调房间。风机盘管采用二管制,各办公室不单独设排风系统,通过窗户缝隙渗透排风,厕所设排风扇进行排风。风机盘管机组在使用过程中应该注意的几个问题:1)定期清洗滤尘网,以保持空气流动畅通;2)定期清扫换热器上的积灰,以保证它具有良好的传热性能;3)风机盘管制冷时,冷水进口温度一般采用7-10℃,不能低于5℃,以防止管道及空调器表面结露;4)当噪声级很高时,可以在机组出口和房间送风口之间的风道内做消声处理3.2空调水系统的确定3.2.1冷冻水系统的确定空调水系统包括冷水系统和冷却水系统两个部分,它们有不同类型可供选择。冷冻水系统可以分为开式与闭式,同程式与异程式,双管制、三管制与四管制,单式泵与复式泵,定流量与变流量。以下将介绍各种类型的特点:(1)开式与闭式;开式水系统与蓄热水槽连接比较简单,但水中含氧量高,管路和设备易腐蚀,且为了克服系统静水压头,水泵耗电量大,仅适用于利用蓄热槽的低层水系统。闭式冷水系统的管道与设备不易腐蚀,循环水不易污染。不需要提升高度的静水压力,循环水泵的压力低,从而水泵的功率小,仅需克服循环阻力。只须做好循环水泵的定压和及时向系统内补水。水泵耗电较小。(2)同程式与异程式;同程式水系统除了供回水管路外,还有一根同程管,由于各并联环路的总长度基本相等,水量分配,调度方便,便于水力平衡。需设回程管,管道长度增加,初投资稍高。异程式水系统供回水干管中的水流方向相反;经过每一管路的长度不相等,管路系统简单,初投资省,水量分配,调度较难,水力平衡较麻烦。(3)双管制、三管制与四管制;双管制供热、供冷合用同一管路系统,管路系统简单,初投资省,无法同时满足供热、供冷的要求。三管制分别设置供冷、供热管路与换热器,但冷热回水的管路共用能同时满足供冷、供热的要求,管路系统较四管制简单有冷热混合损失,投资高于两管制,管路系统布置较简单。四管制供冷、供热的供、回水管均分开设置,具有冷、热两套独立的系统,能灵活实现同时供冷或供热,没有冷、热混合损失管路系统复杂,初投资高,占用建筑空间较多。(4)单式泵与复式泵单式泵冷、热源侧与负荷侧合用一组循环水泵,系统简单,初投资省,不能调节水泵流量,难以节省输送能耗,不能适应供水分区压降较悬殊的情况。复式泵冷、热源侧与负荷侧分别配备循环水泵,可以实现水泵变流量,能节省输送能耗,能适应供水分区不同压降,系统总压力低,系统复杂,初投资高。(5)定流量与变流量 定流量水系统中的循环水量保持定值,负荷变化时,可通过改变风量或者改变供回水温度进行调节,系统简单,调节方便,不需要复杂的自控设备,缺点是水流量不变,输送始终为设计最大值。变流量水系统中供回水温度保持定值,负荷变化时,通过改变供水量来调节。输送能耗随负荷减少而降低,水泵容量和电耗少,系统需配备一定自控设备。根据以上各系统的特征及优缺点,结合本楼情况,本设计空调水系统选择闭式、竖直同程、水平异程式、双管制、单级泵系统,这样布置的优点是过渡季节只供给新风,不使用风机盘管的时候便于系统的调节,节约能源,本设计可以采用双管制供应冷冻水,且具有结构简单,初期投资小等特点。同时考虑到节能与管道内清洁等问题,可以采用闭式系统,不与大气相接触,仅在系统最高点设置膨胀水箱,管路不易产生污垢和腐蚀,不需要克服系统静水压头,水泵耗电较小。由于设计属于多层建筑,因此可以采用水平异程,竖直同程式水系统,此系统的立管除了供回水管路外,还有一根同程管,由于各并联环路的管路总长度基本相同,各用户盘管的水阻力大致相等,所以系统的水力稳定性好,流量分配均匀,且此系统属于垂直同程系统。3.2.2冷却水系统的确定冷水机组的冷凝器散热,需要依靠冷却水进行冷却。空调的冷却水系统有直流式冷却水系统、混合式冷却水系统和循环式冷却水系统,冷却水量非常大,考虑到节约能量和水资源,且降低运行费用,循环式冷却水系统是非常经济合理的,在目前的实际工程中得到了广泛的应用,尤其是机械通风冷却塔循环系统。本设计才用循环式冷却水系统,其系统形式为共用供、回水管的冷却水循环系统,冷却塔和冷水机组设置相同的台数,共用供、回水干管,冷却塔设在建筑物的屋顶上,空调冷冻机组设在建筑物的地下室,水从冷却塔的集水槽出来后,直接进入冷水机组而不设水箱。由于空调冷却水系统只在夏季使用,这种系统非常合理,运行管理方便可以减小循环水泵的扬程,节省运行费用。3.3空气处理过程3.3.1全空气系统以102房间2为例进行计算夏季已知:室内设计参数tn=26℃,相对湿度为60%;冷负荷Q=11077W,湿负荷W=1.410g/s;室外设计参数tw=35.2℃,tsw=26℃。CWNε90%S①计算热湿比ε=Q/W=11077/1.410=7856kj/kg②确定送风状态点在h-d图上根据室内26℃及相对湿度60﹪确定N点,过N点作ε线与90﹪
