保温材料的吸水率低且耐水性能好。若吸水率高,则保温材料极易受潮,导致导热系数增大,保温材料性能恶化。此外,还要求材料即使吸收水分后,其机械强度不能降低,也不能出现松散或腐烂的现象;1)抗水蒸气渗透性能好。如果材料有小孔,则应为封闭型的。目前常用的材料中,硬质聚氨脂泡沫材料就是抗蒸气渗透较好材料;2)保温后不易变形并具有一定的抗压强度。最好采用板状或毡状等成型材料。采用散状材料时,要采取措施防止其由于压缩等原因变形;3)保温材料不宜采用有机物和易燃物,以免发生虫蛀腐烂、生菌或发生火灾。9.2保温材料的选择在目前的空调工程中,常用的保温材料有岩棉、玻璃棉、珍珠岩、聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯及发泡橡胶几大类,而玻璃棉、聚乙烯和发泡橡胶是目前空调工程中主要的保温材料,其单位体积的造价为:聚乙烯:1800元/m³;玻璃棉:2250元/m³;发泡橡胶:7000~8000元/m³。显然,以造价来说聚乙烯具有一定的优势。当然,在实际设计中,总提经济性还包括占用空间等因素。在此空调工程设计中采用难燃聚乙烯作为保温材料。其保温材料的厚度推荐值取值如下:冷冻水管:DN<32,取15mm;DN<100,取20mm;100≤DN<250取25mm;DN≥250取30mm。室内风管取20mm厚的保温层,膨胀水箱及膨胀管同样包以30mm厚的保温层。本设计中冷冻水管的保温层厚度均按新规范附录J表J.0.1-1空气调节供冷管道最小保冷厚度(mm),冷凝水管保温层厚度按表J.0.1-4空气调节凝结水管防凝露厚度(mm),上海为Ⅱ类地区,其最小保温厚及选择的实际厚度(mmescapefromdebtofthebankrecordsofactualcontrolofenterpriseanditsassociatedspouseobtainedcreditsupportstrictprecautionsagainstseriousadversecredithistoryofborrower(guarantor)andtheirspousesgettheBankcreditingsupport.Implementationoftheguaranteetheguaranteepersonalcreditbusiness,investigatorsshouldverifyaguarantorwilling,guaranteesorcredits(MS)chargestatus,valueandevaluationofliquidity.Arrival(mass)betpropertyvalueassessmentstoassessmentcompanyapprovedbytheBanktoassessreportedorrecognizedthevalueoftheBankconfirmationshallprevail;investigatorsthroughmarketpricethanthereciprocalverificationofchargevalues,preventionassessedvalueistoohigh,andsoon.Mortgage,statuscheckandtoverifyownership,leasingandisimposedbytheexistenceofarelocation,andotherspecialsituations.CustomeraccesstoCustomerManagerproductdocumentationstandardssetbyStatesshouldbeinaccordancewiththeBankselectborrowers,guarantorsandbet.SectionIIreviewreview-approvalstaffshouldperformtheirdutiesstrictlyinaccordancewithauthorized,prohibitedSuperlicense.Approvalshall,inaccordancewithauthorized,independentapprovalaccordingtotheirownknowledgeandexperience.Review61
