'.第一章工程概况1.1建筑说明湖北科技学院办公楼位于湖北省咸宁市,地处夏热冬冷区,总建筑面积为10012㎡,其中空调面积为5114.7㎡。建筑总高度为12米,地上三层为办公用房以及会议室,每层层高均为4米。工程设计范围为1—3层空调与采暖设计,空调系统的设计满足室内工作人员对温度,湿度和新风的要求即可,为舒适性空调。1.2维护结构性能参数外墙类型(自内至外):370mm页岩烧结多孔承重砖:K370=1.191W/(m2·℃)取2%的销键作用的影响,则:K370=1.191W/(m2·℃)×1.02=1.22W/(m2·℃);内墙类型:20mm水泥砂浆+240mm砖墙+20mm水泥砂浆,K=1.974W/(m2.K);屋面类型:内粉刷(20mm)+钢筋混凝土(35mm)+水泥砂浆(20mm)+隔气层(5mm)+水泥膨胀珍珠岩350(200mm)+水泥砂浆(20mm)+卷材防水(5mm)+砾砂外表层(5mm),K=0.49W/(m2.K)。楼板材料:7mm五夹板+370mm热流向下(水平、倾斜)60mm以上+80mm钢筋混凝土+25mm水泥砂浆+25mm大理石,K=0.508W/(m2·K);外窗类型:PVC框+Low-E中空玻璃6+12A+6遮阳型,传热系数2.444W/(m2.K)自身遮阳系数0.55,内遮阳系数0.60,有外遮阳;.外门系列:节能外门,传热系数3.02W/(m2.K);内门系列:木框夹板门,传热系数2.504W/(m2.K);另外卫生间门窗玻璃均采用磨砂玻璃。窗高1800mm,窗台高900mm。维护结构热工性能参数如下表:. .第三章空调系统方案的确定3.1空调系统形式的选择空气调节系统一般均由空气处理设备和空气输送管道以及空气分配装置所组成,根据需要,它能组成许多不同形式的系统。在工程上应考虑建筑的用途和性质、热湿负荷特点、温湿度调节和控制的要求、空调机房的面积和位置、初投资和运行维修费用等许多方面的因素,选定合理的空调系统。空调系统可以按空气处理的设置情况分为集中系统、半集中系统、全分散系统;按负担室内负荷所用的介质种类可分为全空气系统、全水系统、空气—水系统、冷剂系统;按集中式空调系统处理的空气来源可分为封闭式系统、直流式系统、混合式系统。在常用的中央空调设计中,一般大空间建筑物采用集中式空调系统,而小空间建筑物一般采用风机盘管加新风系统,这两种空调系统在设计中应用广泛,适应面广,故在实际空调系统中较多采用。集中式和风机盘管加独立新风空调方式的比较:比较项目集中式风机盘管加新风设备布置与机房1.空调与制冷设备可以集中布置在机房2.机房面积较大3.有时可以布置在屋顶上1.只需要新风空调机房面积2.风机盘管可以安装在空调房间里3.分散布置,敷设各种管线较麻烦节能和经济1.可以根据室外气象参数变化实现全年多工况节能运行2.对热湿负荷不一致或室内参数不同的多房间不经济3.部分房间停止空调,系统仍运行,不经济1.灵活性大,节能效果好2.盘管可冬夏兼用,内壁结垢,降低传热效率3.无法实现全年多工况调节. .风管系统1.空调送回风管系统复杂,布置困难2.支风管和风口过多时不易平衡1.放室内时,不接送、回风管;2.当系统和新风系统联合使用时,新风量较小维护运行空调与制冷设备集中在机房内,便于管理和维修布置分散,维护与管理不便,系统复杂,易漏水温湿度控制可严格控制温度和相对湿度室内要求严格时,难以满足要求。空气过滤与净化可以采用初效、中效和高效过滤器,满足室内空气清洁的不同要求。采用喷水室时,水与空气直接接触,易受污染,须经常换水过滤性能差,室内清洁度要求较高时难以满足消声隔震可以有效的采取消声和隔震措施必须采用低噪声风机,才能保证室内要求风管互相串通空调房间之间有风管连通,使各个房间互相污染。当发生火灾时会通过风管迅速蔓延各个房间之间不会互相污染使用寿命使用寿命长使用寿命长安装设备和风管安装工程量大,周期长安装投产快通过以上的两种空调系统的比较,可以对空调系统的有初步的认识。结合实际的空调建筑可以看出在大空间的空调房间一般都采用集中式空调系统,大空间要求的室内空气参数相同,集中式空调可以实现全年多工况节能运行调节,达到经济的效果:在一些写字楼和办公楼的空调房间普遍采用风机盘管加新风的空调方式,风机盘管可独立调节室温,各空调房间互相不影响。. .该空调建筑为一办公建筑,三层楼均为办公室以及会议室,对于这类建筑如采用集中式系统,则风管管径很大,又要穿越墙壁,对防火、消声和防震均不利,且不利施工,而且各房间空间小,所以能充分发挥风机盘管的特点,各房间能自动控制和调节室温,不影响其他房间的使用,减少运行费用,同时风机盘管可以暗装,便于室内装饰,故选用风机盘管加独立新风的空调方式。3.2空调及新风系统划分空调区域划分原则:根据各空调房间的室内设计参数,减小各个房间相互的不利影响,以及初投资和运行成本来进行划分。本工程共三层,全部为办公室和会议室,室内设计参数相同,且位置比较集中,故整栋楼采用同一套空调系统。新风系统划分:新风系统的送风方式采用分楼层水平式,每层单独设置一台新风机组,承担该层的新风负荷。新风经新风机组处理后直接送入室内。. .. .第四章空气处理过程分析计算4.1空气处理状态点的确定   根据该建筑的建筑特点,末端空气处理过程采用风机盘管+独立新风系统(FC+OA)的形式。新风由新风机组处理到室内空气焓值,并直接送入室内,即新风与风机盘管并联送风。空气处理过程在焓湿图上的表示如下图,此处忽略风机温升对空调过程的影响。图4-1夏季工况空气处理焓湿图N—室内状态点 W—室外状态点  0—送风状态点L—新风处理状态点   M—风机盘管处理状态点新风机组将室外新风W处理到与室内空气等焓点L,风机盘管将回风从N点处理到M点然后与L状态的新风在室内大空间混合,达到送风状态点O,再沿热湿比线达到房间状态点N。其中,新风机组承担新风显热负荷和湿负荷,风机盘管承担室内人员、设备冷负荷和建筑维护结构冷负荷。混合焓湿图绘制过程:1)根据室内外设计参数确定W点和N点。. .1)L点的确定:新风机组做与室内状态点等焓的露点送风,即室内状态点N的等焓线与相对湿度90%的交点L就是新风机组处理后的状态点。2)O点的确定:采用露点送风,热湿比线与90%的相对湿度线的交点就是送风状态点O。3)M点的确定:M与L的混风过程,O为混合点,所以可由新风比确定M点。4.2送风量的计算以1002[办公室]为例。已知该房间全热冷负荷为=5303W,湿负荷=1200g/h,新风量。应用天正暖通8.5绘制焓湿图,作N点等焓线与90%的相对湿度线的交点即为L,可知L点焓值为58.9kJ/kg。房间的热湿比为。过N点作热湿比线与90%的相对湿度线交于O点,可读出O点焓值为49.8kJ/kg,温度为18.6℃,则送风温差为7.4℃。再根据O点参数求出总送风量。总送风量:其中:—室内总冷负荷,kW;—室内空气焓值,kJ/kg;—送风状态点焓值,kJ/kg。房间总送风量为。新风比,则,,查焓湿图可知。此系统为新风与风机盘管并联送风,则风机盘管的风量为:. .经过空调系统处理的空气,经送风口送入空调房间,与室内空气进行热质交换后由回风口排出,必然引起室内空气的流动,形成某种形式的气流流型和速度场,速度场往往是其它场(如温度场、湿度场和浓度场)存在的前提和基础,所以不同恒温精度、洁净度和不同使用要求的空调房间,往往也要求不同形式的气流流型和速度场。气流设计的任务是合理的组织室内空气的流动,使室内工作区空气的温度、湿度能更好的满足工艺要求及人们的舒适感要求。空调房间气流组织是否合理,不仅直接影响到空调房间的空调效果,而且也影响空调系统的能耗量。影响气流组织的因素很多,如送风口的位置及型式,回风口的位置,房间几何形状及室内的各种扰动等。其中以送风口的空气射流及其参数对气流组织的影响更为重要。6.1风口型式和气流组织形式送风口型式及其紊流系数的大小,对射流的发展及流型的形成都有直接影响。因此,在设计气流组织时,根据空调精度、气流型式、送风口安装位置以及建筑装修的艺术配合等方面的要求选择不同型式的送风口。常见的典型送风口型式有:侧送风口、散流器、孔板送风口、喷射式送风口和旋流送风口。侧送风适用于剧院看台等大型公共场合,喷口送风适用于空间交大的公共建筑和高大厂房;根据本建筑物的实际情况(有吊顶夹层,速度场温度场均匀),最终决定,室内送风方式用顶送。按照送、回风口布置位置和型式的不同,气流组织形式可以归纳为以下五种:侧送侧回,上送上回,中送下回,中送上下回,下送上回及上送上回。本设计全部房间均采用卡式四面出风型风机盘管,送风方式为上部两侧送上部中间回。合理地组织气流流线的问题,主要是考虑送风口设置的位置,回风口影响较小。6.2气流组织计算室内机采用四面出风嵌入式,可看成散流器平送,主要是校核射流的射程和室内平均风速[8]。以房间1003[办公室]为例计算房间尺寸为4.2×7.5×4,送风量为549m³. ./h,假设室内机风口颈部面积为0.05㎡,则颈部风速为:,实际出口面积约为颈部面积的90%,即A=0.05×0.9=0.045㎡,则出口风速按式求射流末端速度为0.3m/s的射程。式中——以散流器中心为起点的射流水平距离,m;——在x处的最大风速,m/s;——散流器出口风速,m/s;——平送射流原点与散流器中心的距离,此处取0.07m;——散流器的有效流通面积,㎡;——系数,此处取1.4。则按计算室内平均速度。式中——散流器服务区边长,m;——房间净高,m;——射流射程与变长L之比,因此rL即为射程,射程为散流器中心到风速为0.5m/s处的距离,通常把射程控制在房间边缘之75%。则各房间均按此法校核,经验证,基本符合要求。第七章新风系统设计计算. .经过处理的新风都必须通过风道才能送入空调房间,而且空调房间的送风量能否达到设计要求,则完全取决于风道系统的压力分布以及风机在该系统中的平衡工作区。所以风道设计将直接影响空调房间气流组织和空调效果。同时,空气在风道内流动所损失的能量,是靠风机消耗电能予以补偿的。所以风道设计也直接影响空调系统的经济性。因此,风道系统的设计是要在满足设计风量要求等的前提下,尽可能节省能量。风管水力计算的基本任务如下:1)假定流速求出风管断面面积,结合建筑特点确定断面尺寸。2)由断面尺寸算出风管内空气的实际流速,校核其是否在规范的推荐流速范围内。3)算出最不利环路的阻力损失,校核高静压风管机或新风全热交换器的机外静压是否满足要求。4)平衡各并联管路的阻力。7.1楼层新风风管型式的选择风管材料的选用。风管一般采用钢板材料,其优点是不燃烧、易加工、耐久,也较经济。风管形式的确定。风管的形式很多,一般采用圆形或矩形风管。圆形风管——强度大,耗材料少,但加工工艺复杂,占用空间大,不易布置得美观,常用于安装。矩形风管——易布置,弯头及三通等部件的尺寸较圆形风管的部件小,且容易加工,使用较为普遍。因此,本设计中选用矩形风管。7.2新风管的布置和制作要求1)风管应注意布置整齐,美观和便于维修、测试,应与其他管道统一考虑,设计时应考虑各管道的装拆方便。2)风管布置时,要尽量减少局部阻力。弯曲的中心曲率半径要不小于其风管直径或边长,一般可采用1.25倍直径或边长。大断面风管,为减少阻力,可以作导流叶片,导流叶片以流线型为佳,其局部阻力系数ζ=0.1。支风管与主风管相连接时,应避免90°. .垂直连接,通常支管应在顺着气流方向上制作一定的导流曲线或三角形切割角。风管的变径宜做成渐扩管和渐缩管,渐扩管每边扩展角度不宜大于15°,渐缩管每边扩展角度不宜大于30°。3)风管法兰间应放置具有弹性的垫片,如橡皮、海绵橡胶、浸油硬纸板等,以防漏风。风管以及风管接口不应有看得见的孔洞。风管涂漆。本设计中选用镀锌薄钢板,可以不涂漆。但咬口损坏处要涂漆,施工时已发现锈蚀时要涂漆。7.3新风管的水力计算新风系统管道均选用镀锌薄钢板(粗糙度K=0.15mm)制矩形风道,且均按照低速风道标准进行设计。风管水力计算方法有假定流速法、压损平均法和静压复得法等几种,本次设计校核采用假定流速法,假定流速法的特点是先按技术经济要求选定风管的流速,再根据风管的风量确定风管的断面尺寸和阻力。下面以首层新风管道系统为例来说明风管水里计算的详细过程。该层新风管道布置如下图:图7-1一层新风管路布置图由图可知该新风系统的最不利环路为1-4-6-8-10-12-15-18-21-24-27-30-32-34-36-38-40。以管段1为例,其风量为13140,管长为3000mm。假定流速法中风管的推荐流速见表7-1。表7-1风管推荐风速. .8.1冷热源的选择系统能源形式主要分为三大类:a.单独的冷源。如压缩式制冷机,吸收式冷水机组;b.单独的热源。如城市热网,锅炉设备等;c.冷热一体(热泵型)。即选用一套设备,能制冷又能供热。如风冷热泵,地源热泵。由于该建筑处于夏热冬冷区,既需要满足夏季的制冷同时又需要满足冬季的供热,所以需要冷源和热源。在选取的过程中,应该主要从能源形式的可行性、适用性以及经济节能的角度进行比较。该建筑所在城市无集中的燃气供应,同时附近又无废热可以利用,那么制冷效率较低的吸收式冷水机组不适合作为该系统的冷源;该地区无集中的城市供热系统作为热源;虽然地源热泵的温度稳定,也不需要通过使用风机和水泵采热,无噪声,无结霜,但土壤的传热性能较差,需要较多的传热面积,导致占地面积大,且水平埋管时土石方工程量大,垂直埋管时虽占地面积小,但打井费用高,所以该建筑不适合地源热泵。综合考虑上述几种冷热源,根据甲方要求,建筑特点,前期投资,以及节能要求等方面出发,选用风冷式热泵冷水机组作为冷热源。8.2冷水机组的选型对于一般冷水机组冷量消耗系数取1.05~1.10,根据冷负荷计算的总冷负荷可知道本建筑中采用风冷热泵式冷水机组承担的设计计算冷负荷为:703kw,所以机组的最大计算冷负荷为:。根据此负荷值选用美的[A]系列的大型风冷热泵模块机组。机组型号为LSQWRF420M/A,选用两台。其性能技术参数见表8-1。表8-1机组性能技术参数型号LSQWRF420M/A制冷剂R22冷冻水进水温度7℃制冷量390kW制冷消耗功率130kW冷冻水出水温度12℃制热量420kW制热消耗功率126kW冷冻水流量67m3/h水阻15kPa进出水管径DN100水管承压10MPa外形尺寸:长3210mm,宽5090mm,高2430mm。. .9.1空调冷冻水系统设计计算空调水系统按照管道的布置形式和工作原理,分为以下几种类型:1)按供回水管道数量,分为:双管制、三管制和四管制;2)按供回水在管道内的流动关系,分为:同程式和异程式;3)按供回水干管的布置形式,分为:水平式和垂直式;4)按原理分为:开式和闭式;5)按调节方式分为:定流量和变流量。该设计中管路不与大气接触,在系统的最高点设置膨胀水箱,系统所需的冷量和热量由风冷热泵机组供给,房间不需要同时供冷、供热,故选用闭式双管系统,冷水、热水共同使用一个管路,具有系统简单,不需要克服静水压力,水泵压力、功率均低,初投资低等优点。干管的布置采用水平式布管,选用同程式,一次泵,水泵变流量系统。在一次泵、水泵变流量水系统中,水泵通过变频或其他方法改变转速从而改变流量运行,风机盘管设有电动温控阀(两通阀),可根据房间温度控制电动两通阀的开关,间断调节风机盘管的供水量。9.2空调冷冻水系统水流量计算冷冻水流量计算公式如下:质量流量(kg/s)体积流量(m3/h)式中—空调耗冷量,kW;—水的比热,Cp=4.18kJ/kg.℃;—水的密度,取值为1000kg/m3;—冷冻水供水温度,本设计取7℃;—冷冻水回水温度,本设计为12℃。根据以上公式计算各房间冷冻水流量见表9-1:. .100mm用镀锌钢管,丝扣连接,D﹥100mm时,采用无缝钢管,法兰或焊接连接。和风管的管径确定方法类似,水管的管径的确定依然采用假定流速法来计算各管段的管径和实际流速。本设计水管管路设计成同程式系统。用假定流速法确定管段管径。9.3.1冷水系统水平管水力计算冷冻水供回水管路水力计算以第一层为例进行计算,计算过程如下:(1)选定最不利环路,给管段标号。如下图所示:图9-1五层水系统平面图由于该层水系统布置为同程管路,所以最不利环路可任意取一末端作为供回节点,如上图取最后一个风机盘管为节点,则其最不利环路为:1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-风机盘管-回水同程管。(2)根据各管段的冷负荷,计算各管段的流量,计算式如下:kg/h式中:G——管段流量,kg/h;Q——管段的冷负荷,W;△t——供回水的温差,℃。(3)用假定流速法确定管段管径。参考《通风与空气调节工程》管段内流速的取值范围如下表。表9-3水管经济流速表. .选用三台广西博士通的型号为VGDW80-20A的卧式离心水泵,水泵的性能参数见表9-7。表9-7水泵性能参数型号流量扬程转速效率气蚀余量功率kWm³/hmH2Or/min%m轴功率电机功率VGDW80-20A60211450702.86.07.58020709818689.5冷凝水排放系统的的设计及管径确定排放冷凝水的管路系统设计,考虑下列要求:1)风机盘管凝结水盘的泄水支管坡度,不宜小于0.01。其它水平支干管,均抬头走,即沿水流方向的反方向,应保持不小于0.002的坡度,且不允许有积水部位。如受条件限制,无坡度辐射时,管内流速不得小于0.25m/s。2)当冷凝水盘位于机组内的负压区段时,凝水盘的出水口处必须设置水封,水封的高度应比凝水盘处的负压大50%左右。水封的出口,应与大气相通。3)冷凝水管道宜采用聚氯乙烯塑料管或镀锌钢管,不宜采用焊接钢管。4)为了防止冷凝水管道表面结露,必须进行防结露验算。5)冷凝水管的公称直径DN(mm),应根据冷凝水的流量计算确定,也可根据机组的冷负荷Q(kW),按相关数据近似选定冷凝水管的公称直径。6)设计和布置冷凝水管路时,必须认真考虑定期冲洗的可能性。本系统规模较小,冷凝水量较少,各房间的末端设备风机盘管的冷凝水直接排放到卫生间排水干管内,或者集中排放到卫生间内,新风机组的冷凝水均接入走道的冷凝水干管上,然后统一排放到各层卫生间下水口。风机盘管冷凝水支管管径均取DN15,新风机组冷凝水管取DN40,走道干管取DN40。9.6膨胀水箱的设计计算膨胀水箱接在水泵的吸入侧,而且装置的标高至少要高出水管系统最高点1m,采用开启式膨胀水箱。膨胀水箱的容积是由系统中水容量和最大的水温变化幅度决定的,可以用下式来计算确定. .筒径的确定可以按照系统总流量通过集分水器筒体断面的流速v=0.5来确定。与集管管径确定方法相同,选用筒径为DN300。分集水器的结构示意图如下。图9-3分集水器结构图9.8除污器和水过滤器在水系统中的孔板、水泵、换热器的入口管道上,均应安设过滤器,以防止杂质进入,污染或堵塞这些设备。本设计只对冷冻水泵、冷却水泵安设过滤器,采用常用的Y型过滤器,该中过滤器具有外形尺寸小,安装清洗方便的特点,过滤器的尺寸与相应的水泵入口的管径相匹配。也可采用国家标准的除污器,减压稳定阀前也应装设Y型过滤器,除污器和水过滤器的型号都是按连接管管径选定,连接管的管径应于干管的管径相同。9.9阀门水系统的阀门可采用闸阀、止回阀、球阀,对于大管径的管路可采用蝶阀,选用阀门时,应和系统的承压能力相适应,阀门型号应与连接管管径相同。阀门的作用一为检修时关断用,一为调节用。平衡阀可以兼做流量测定、流量调节、关断和排污用,一般在下列地点设阀门:(1)水泵的进口和出口;(2)系统的总入口,总出口,各分支环路的入口和出口;(3)热交换器、表冷器、加热器、过滤器的进出水管;(4)自动控制阀双通阀的两端,三通阀的三端以及为手动运行的旁通阀门;(5)放水及放气管上。第十章空调系统的消声、减震与保温. .10.1消声与隔声的设计空调设备噪声主要包括了风机、压缩机运转噪声、电机轴承噪声等,尤其是以风机、压缩机运转噪声为主要噪声源。所以要采取措施降低通风管道传播的风机噪声以及气流噪声,使空调用房达到所确定的允许噪声标准,满足使用功能要求。具体措施:1、所有设备尽量选用低噪声型,降低噪声源。2、水泵、空调器、风机等均减震处理,在本工程中均用橡胶减震胶垫器。3、于水泵等连接的水管设软接头,即用橡胶软接头。4、空调器,风机进口处设帆布软风管。5、新风机组送风管设消声装置,本工程选用复合阻抗式消声器。10.2减振的设计空调系统的噪声除了通过空气传播到室内外,还能通过建筑物的结构和基础传播,例如:转动的风机和压缩机所产生的振动可以直接传给基础,并以弹簧性波的形式从机器基础沿房屋结构传到其它房间,又以噪声的形式出现。因此,对空调系统振动机构削弱将能有效的降低噪声。削弱由机器传给基础的振动是用消除它们之间的刚性连接来实现的,即在振源的和它的基础之间安设避振构件(如弹簧减振器或橡皮软木等),可以使从振源传到的振动得到一定程度的头减弱。本设计中设备的防震消声做法是,在空气处理机组进出口处用帆布软风管连接,水泵、制冷机组的进出口用橡胶软接头连接,达到隔离震源,消声减震的目的。10.3保温的设计10.3.1风管的保温为了减少空气在风道输送过程中的冷热量损失,以及防止风道表面在温度较高的非空调房间内结露,空调工程的风道都要保温。保温材料目前使用的种类很多。如软木、聚笨乙烯泡沫塑料、超细玻璃棉、聚氨酯泡沫塑料等。他们的系数大都在0.12W/(m2。℃)以内。通过保温层管壁的传热系数一般控制在1.84W/(m2。℃)以内。. .对于敷设在非空调房间的风道,一般保温层厚度取25mm,风道刷沥青后与软木相粘结,聚氨酯泡沫塑料和超细玻璃棉等柔性材料可直接包扎。保温材料外面一般常以玻璃布或塑料薄膜包扎,以防保温材料与管壁间有空气流动,影响保温效果。当风道敷设于室外时,要做好防雨防潮措施以及防止室外噪声随风道传入室内的措施。10.3.2水管的保温1)保温目的一是为了减少管道的冷损失,二是防止冷管路表面结露。2)保温材料的选择根据新规范及业主要求,本设计选用柔性泡沫橡塑保温材料,其导热系数式中tm--保冷层的平均温度℃。3)施工说明施工中,立管保温每隔三米左右设计保温承重托环,其宽度为保温厚度的2/3。冷冻水管的保温结构中设置一层防潮层,防止大气中水蒸气和空气一起进入保温层并渗透而出现凝结水,破坏保温材料绝热性能。保护层选用镀锌铁皮,室内厚度,室外厚度。附录房间冷负荷计算详表1001[会议室]各项逐时冷负荷计算汇总(单位:W、kg/h).
