供水工程初步设计报告1.概述1.1.概述受委托,承担设计,编制初步设计报告。设计供水规模:0.00m3/d,包括:取水工程、输水工程、净水工程、配水工程四部分。受委托,承担设计,编制可行性报告。该工程包括:取水工程,输水工程,净水工程,配水工程四部分。该项目实施后可解决该地区0人口饮用水问题。目的:解决当地农村人口饮水安全问题,满足农民对量水质要求,进一步促进当地经济可持续发展。本初步设计报告将通过对供水工程的取水、输水、净水、配水等工程环节进行初步设计。1.2.设计依据根据上级主管部门“关于可行性研究报告批复”,经有关领导对本供水工程进行反复研究和论证,并征得村民同意,确定实施本供水工程。在编制可行性研究报告基础上,进行初步设计。本设计依据文件:《可行性研究报告》有关主资料文件:《村镇供水工程技术规范》《中国农村给水工程规划设计手册》《村镇给水设计规范》1.3.资金来源项目总投资0.0万元第-1-页共83页 供水工程初步设计报告根据规范,浇洒道路和绿地用水量,经济条件好或规模较大的镇可根据需要适当考虑,其余镇、村可不计此项”。确定浇洒道路和绿地用水量=0.00(m3/d)1.1.1.管用漏水与其它未预见用水量根据规范:管网漏失水量和未预见水量之和,宜按上述用水量之和的10%~25%取值,村庄取较低值、规模较大的镇区取较高值。结合当地发展情况。管网漏失水量和未预见水量之和=按上述用水量之和的百分之10取值=0.00(m3/d)1.1.2.供水规模供水规模(即最高日供水量)=居民生活用水量+公共建筑用水量+饲养畜禽用水量+企业用水量+消防用水量+浇洒道路和绿地用水量+管网漏失水量及其它未预见用水量=0.00(m3/d).1.1.3.人均综合用水量人均综合用水量=供水规模/设计人口=-1.#J(m3/d)1.2.水源论证1.3.供水水源水质附件:《水质化验表》根据规范,供水水源应符合以下基本要求:1.第-1-页共83页 供水工程初步设计报告应水质良好、便于卫生防护,地下水源水质符合《地下水质量标准》(GB/T14848)的要求,地表水源水质符合《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838)的要求,或符合《生活饮用水水源水质标准》(CJ3020)的要求。当水源水质不符合上述要求时,不宜作为生活饮用水水源。若限于条件需加以利用时,应采用相应的净化工艺进行处理,处理后的水质应符合《农村供水规范》3.2.1要求。1.应水量充沛,干旱年枯水期设计取水量的保证率,严重缺水地区不低于90%,其他地区不低于95%。当单一水源水量不能满足要求时,可采取多水源或调蓄等措施。2.应符合当地水资源统一规划管理的要求,并按照优质水源优先保证生活用水的原则,合理安排与其它用水之间的关系。结论:该供水水源符合上述要求,且符合水源水质标准要求,可作为生活饮用水水源。1.1.供水水质和水压1.1.1.供水水质要求供水水质符合国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》GB5749-85。1.1.2.供水水压要求根据村镇供水现行规范要求:供水水压,应满足配水管网中用户接管点的最小服务水头;设计时,对很高或很远的个别用户所需的水压不宜为控制条件,可采取局部加压或设集中供水点等措施满足其用水需要。配水管网中用户接管点的最小服务水头,单层建筑物为5~10m,两层建筑物为10~12m,二层以上每增高一层增加3.5~4.0m;当用户高于接管点时,尚应加上用户与接管点的地形高差。配水管网中,消火栓设置处的最小服务水头不应低于10m。用户水龙头的最大静水头不宜超过40m,超过时宜采取减压措施。第-1-页共83页 供水工程初步设计报告1.建设规模与水厂厂址1.1.建设规模建设规模0.00m³/d。1.2.建设年限根据对要求,供水工程将于2009年09月竣工。1.3.水厂建设的必要性随着本地农村经济发展,广大农民生活水平提高,急需解决饮用水问题。1.4.水厂厂址1.4.1.厂址根据规范:水厂厂址的选择,应根据下列要求,通过技术经济比较确定:1.充分利用地形高程、靠近用水区和可靠电源,整个供水系统布局合理;2.与村镇建设规划相协调;3.满足水厂近、远期布置需要;4.不受洪水与内涝威胁;5.有良好的工程地质条件;6.有良好的卫生环境,并便于设立防护地带;7.有较好的废水排放条件;8.少拆迁,不占或少占良田;9.施工、运行管理方便。根据以上要求,最终厂址确定:,该地地面标高0m取水泵房位于地面标高0m距离水厂0.00m,水厂距离供电电源0m,水厂交通情况。1.4.2.工程地质第-1-页共83页 供水工程初步设计报告1.1.1.水厂总体设计厂区平面布置见附图。厂区占地面积0平方;厂区长度0m,厂区宽度0m,厂区所在地地坪标高0m,设计地面标高0m;厂平面布置原则为:流程短捷、紧凑布置、节省占地、功能齐全、方便管理。厂区总平面布置基本上按功能划分:分为生产(水处理)区,阶段性生产建筑物及生活区。各区之间以绿带和道路分隔。1.1.2.厂区管线厂区管线布置详见图。1.工艺管道构筑物间采用管道连接。2.水厂自用水水厂自用水包括生产用水和生活用水。从厂区配水干管处接一根管道作用水厂自用水管,并按规定设置消火栓。3.厂区雨水厂内利用雨水管道,或地形高差沿路边将雨水自流至厂外4.厂区排水厂区排水主要包括净水时,清洁净水构筑物,配水构筑物及附属建筑用水,一并排入厂区污水池,由潜污泵提升至厂外的排水沟。1.1.3.厂区排水设计:防洪与防内涝1.1.4.厂区用电设计:1.2.水厂和水源的卫生防护本供水工程的水源和水厂和卫生防护应符合“农村给水设计规范”中的有关条文。1.取水口上游水源卫生防护:第-1-页共83页 供水工程初步设计报告不得排放生活污水,其沿岸防护范围内,不得堆放废渣,堆栈或垃圾、粪便,不得使用生活污水灌溉农田。1.在取水口周围水源卫生防护:100m的水域内,严禁捕捞、停靠船只、游泳等任何活动,应设有明显的标志和严禁事项的告示牌。2.在水厂厂区外围水源卫生防护:10m范围内,不得设置生活居住区和修建禽畜饲养场、渗水坑,不得堆放垃圾、粪便,应保持良好的卫生环境。1.1.环境保护、安全与卫生1.1.1.药剂环境保护l防消毒剂本工程保持室内空气新鲜和流通。值班室中配备防毒面具,急修工具,可保证操作人员安全与不污染大气及周围环境。l药剂储存凝聚剂:聚合铝为固体、块状、无味、无粉尘飞扬,不会对空气造成危害。1.1.2.防噪音取水泵房、配水泵房选用噪音低于85分贝的水泵,并对机房衬以吸音材料降低噪音。取水泵房设在离居民有一定距离,不会对周围环境产生噪音影响。1.1.3.安全第-1-页共83页 供水工程初步设计报告(3)屋盖及楼盖:一般采用预制板。1.水池:采用现浇钢筋混泥土结构,为提高池体抗裂、抗渗能力,在混凝土中加相应比例的膨胀防水剂。水池缝隙防水做法采用迎水面两道防线。底板缝:底板上部采用双组份聚硫防水密封油膏同中间橡胶止水两道阻水防线,防止池水外渗。池壁缝:池壁内债做法同底板上部做法。2.结构设计标准截面设计除满足承载能力外,并按裂缝开展宽度进行预算,对小偏心受拉、轴心受拉构件按抗裂度验算。3.抗震设防烈度:构筑物抗震按烈度7度设防。4.抗浮及地下水对结构侧压力:由于该厂址所处位置地下水位埋深较浅,因此在结构设计中均考虑抗浮问题。5.建筑材料(1)钢材:(2)混凝土标号:基础垫层
