'井下设备的整定计算第一部分过载整定一.过流整定细则说明1.馈电开关(含移变低压侧)中过载长延时保护电流整定按实际负载电流值整定。实际整定时,应计算其保护干线所有负载的额定电流之和,根据各负载运行情况,乘一需用系数。公式:Iz=KIe式中:Iz——过载保护电流整定值,A;Ie——保护干线中所有电机额定电流之和,A;K——需用系数,取0.5~1。2.馈电开关(含移变低压侧)中电子保护器的短路保护整定,取其保护干线中最大负载电机的起动电流,加其余电机的实际电流之和。公式:Iz=IQe+KIe式中:Iz——短路保护电流整定值,A;IQe——最大负载电机起动电流,A;Ie——其余电机额定电流之和,A;K——需用系数,取0.5~1。3.电磁起动器中电子保护器的过载电流Iz整定以负载电机的额定电流为依据,根据控制开关的整定方式取其近似值。当运行中电流超过Iz时,即视为过载,保护延时动作;当运行中电流超过8倍的Iz值时,即视为短路,保护器瞬间动作。第25页
4.馈电开关短路电流的可靠动作校验,应计算出其保护干线最远端两相短路电流,除以其短路保护整定值,灵敏度系数不小于1.5。公式:式中Id(2)——被保护干线最远端两相短路电流,A;Iz——馈电开关短路电流整定值,A;1.5——可靠系数。5.电磁起动器短路电流的可靠动作校验,应计算出所带负载电机处最远端两相短路电流除以8倍的过载定值,灵敏度系数不小于1.2。公式:式中Id(2)——被保护干线最远端两相短路电流,A;Iz——馈电开关短路电流整定值,A;1.5——可靠系数。6.高压配电装置,应根据其保护干线中移动高压侧过流整定值进行整定。7.移动变电站高压侧整定以低压侧整定电流除以该移变的高压变比,取其近似值。8.本细则参照《煤矿井下供电的三大保护细则》(煤矿工业出版社)第一章第二节制定。第25页
