一、工程概况1、工程名称：哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院新建综合楼1-4层装修工程2、工程特点本工程为哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院综合楼1-4层装饰装修工程，位于哈尔滨市道里区学府路249号，学府路东侧，哈医大二院院内南侧，与高干病房楼相对而立，结构为框架结构，我方施工建筑面积为97840.16平方米，多功能大厅为1-4层通体，室内地面标高距4层棚顶底标高相距17米，需搭设满堂脚手架进行施工，结合现场实际制定本方案，本工程建设单位为医大二院，监理单位为旭正建设工程监理有限公司，施工单位为黑龙江美图建筑装饰工程有限公司，承包方式为包工包料，工程范围1-4层通体大厅及电梯前室，具体工程量见图纸内容3、编制依据《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2002《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准GB50300-2001《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》JGJ130-2001《建筑施工安全检查标准》JGJ59-99-4、本工程室内装修搭设脚手架的总体方案为采用立杆的横纵间距为1.2m，步距1.5m，操作层及坡道铺满钢质跳板，四周挂满密目安全网二、材料要求：1.钢管：采用外径φ48mm,壁厚3.5mm的高频焊接钢管。材料要符合《普通碳素结构钢技术条件》GB700-79中的A3钢管技术条件。管材符合《直径5～152mm电焊钢管》YB242-63中的甲类软钢管,《低压流体输送用焊接钢管》GB3092-82中的普通钢管的规定。有严重锈蚀、弯曲、压偏、损伤和裂纹者均应剔除。59 钢管的长度应是脚手架步高的倍数,其重量要求方便操作杆件最大重量以不超过25kg为宜。按钢管在脚手架上所处的部位和所起的作用分为:(1)立柱,立杆和竖杆等,是脚手架主要传递荷载的杆件。(2)大横杆,又称牵杆,纵向水平杆等。是保持脚手架纵向稳定的主要杆件。(3)小横杆,又称横向水平杆,横担等。是脚手架直接承受荷载的杆件.(4)横杆是脚手架的安全防护设施,又起着脚手架的纵向稳定作用。(5)剪力撑,又称十字撑,科撑,是防止脚手架产生纵向位移的主要杆件。(6)抛撑,用于脚手架外侧与地面呈斜角的斜撑,一般在开始搭设脚手架时固定之用。1.扣件:扣件式钢管脚手架,所用的扣件,应符合JGJ22-85《钢管脚手架扣件》的规定,材质应符合GB78-67《可锻铸铁分类及技术条件》中KT33-8的技术条件。(1)直角扣件,用于两根垂直交叉钢管的连接。(2)旋转扣件,用于两根任意交叉钢管的连接。(3)对接扣件,用于两根钢管对接连接。3底座:用于承受脚手架立杆传递下来的荷载。(4)铸铁底座,应符合JGJ22-85《钢管脚手架扣件》中的规定。(5)焊接底座。4连接杆：又称固定件,附墙杆、连接点、拉结点、拉撑点、附墙点等。五、满堂红脚手架方案验算：参数：立杆纵矩la=1.2m立杆横矩lb＝1.2m59 必须首先要有一个牢固的脚手架基础，因本工程在室内施工，室内砼地面符合承重要求，搭接前需平整场地，填补坑洞，和室内标高一致达到平整要求。3扣件式钢管脚手架的搭设施工用的满堂红钢管脚手架搭设的要求是:横平竖直,整齐清晰,图形一致，平竖通顺,连接牢固,受荷安全,有安全操作空间,不变形,不摇晃。4满堂红钢管脚手架搭设的施工顺序:安立杆→安扫地杆→按横杆→铺钢质跳板→安上层立杆→安上层横杆→逐层只设到室内4层楼底板，首先在底部距地面100mm处设置一道扫地杆,以保持脚手架底部的整体性,底部的立柱应间隔交叉用不同长度的钢管,将相隔立柱的对接接头位于不同高度上,使立柱受荷的薄弱截面错开,满堂红脚手架搭设时先立立柱,立柱与扫地杆采用直角扣件固定牢固，架设时考虑到室内大厅的跨度而设置成长方形环绕室内四周。立柱每条隔距按照尺寸,立好柱后,架设大,小横杆,当第一步的大小横杆架设完毕后,做好固定件,以方便操作者上去架设第二步脚手架;同时在立柱之间的规定位置及时设置剪力撑,以防止脚手架纵向倾倒,剪力撑的搭设必须与架体的向上搭设同步进行。立柱接杆、接长应用对接扣件,不能采用旋转扣件;横杆与立柱连接采用直角扣件,剪力撑和斜撑与立杆和大横杆的连接应采用旋转扣件,剪力撑的纵向接长应采用旋转扣件,不能采用对接扣件,所有的扣件紧固要求用力矩板手实测达到40～70N.m,在安装扣件时,所有的扣件的开口必须向外。(1)在搭设满堂红脚手架时;每完成一步都要及时校正立柱的垂直度和横杆的标高和水平度,使脚手架的横距,纵距上下始终保持一致。(2)满堂红脚手架搭设完毕应进行验收,验收合格并办妥验收手续方可使用.七、满堂红钢管脚手架的安全检查措施59 每日进行一次，定期的维护保养，一般每月进行一次，1检查脚手架的基础有无局部不均匀下沉，脚手架底部有无堆放杂物。2检查脚手架的整体和局部的垂直偏差，特别要注意脚手架的转角处的垂直度，如发现垂直度有异常现象，应及时加固和消除隐患。3各类扣件的涂油和紧固．检查扣件时先检查扣件的外观，而后将扣件的螺栓逆时针方向松几牙螺纹，再涂油紧固螺栓至规定的力距范围。4与建筑物连接的检查；检查连接件是否齐全完好，有无松动、移动。八、满堂红钢管脚手架的拆除满堂红钢管脚手架在拆除前必须做好以下工作：1对脚手架进行安全检查，确认脚手架不存在严重隐患．如存在影响拆除脚手架安全隐患，应先对脚手架，进行整修和加固，以保证脚手架在拆除过程不发生危险。2对参与脚手架，拆除的操作人员、管理人员和检查、监护人员进行安全、保护等措施的交底，交底的的内容应包括拆除范围，数量、时间和拆除顺序，方法。拆除的安全措施和警戒区域。交底要有记录，双方均应在交底书上签字。4在拆除的脚手架周围,于坠落范围四周设置明显“禁止入内”的标志,并有专人监护，以保证在拆脚手架时无其它人员入内。上述这些工作经检查符合要求后,并确认建筑施工再也不需要用脚手架时,就可进行脚手架拆除。脚手架的拆除应从上往下,水平方向一步拆完再拆下一步随着脚手架的向下拆除,对墙面的饰面,窗及其它墙面装饰及时做好清洁和保护工作,对脚手架的连接处饰面的补修应与脚手架的拆除同步进行,饰面补修经检查认定合格,做好清洁和保护工作后方可继续向下拆除脚手架。59 拆除脚手架应一步步进行,由上而下,一步一清地进行拆除。拆下的脚手架钢管,扣件及其它材料运到地面后,应及时清理,将合格的,需要整修后可重复使用的和应报废的加以区分,按规格堆放。对合格件应及时进行保养,保养后送仓库保管,以备今后使用。拆除脚手架时要遵守GB3608-83高处作业的有关规定,特别是按关于强风区高处作业,雨天高处作业和雷天高处作业的有关规定执行。每日拆除脚手架告一段落时，都要对尚未拆除的脚物架的安全状况进行检查,还要对周围环境进行检查,如有异常情况应及时处理,确认一切均安全后方可离岗,不可疏忽大意,留有隐患。九、安全防护措施安全施工在施工方案中多处提及,对于脚手架有牢固的骨架,可靠的连接。稳妥的基底,并按正确的顺序搭设和拆除,这些均是保证安全的重要环节,除此之外,尚需重视在使用过程中出现的安全防护问题,并在各出入口及通道挂上安全标志。1在施工期间应派专人定期和不定期检查脚手架的安全情况,做到无事故隐患,发现隐患及时处理。4在搭建作业时应做好安全防护,作业人员必须戴安全帽,系安全带及穿胶底鞋。十一、文明施工1施工现场按平面图堆放材料，材料要堆放整齐。2施工现场要经常保持整洁卫生，搭设后应当把余下的材料堆放整齐，杂物清理运走。4在施工完成后要检查场地的杂乱情况，如有不符合安全、文明施工要求的要马上整改。59
