本工程外围支护周长约150m,面积约1250m2,采用防坡明挖法施工,基坑开挖深度11~13.5m,均为垂直开挖,边坡采用锚杆+喷射混凝土支护;土石方开挖总量约17000m3。 土方开挖与喷锚和锚杆施工分层交叉进行。 二、施工部署与施工安排 (一)施工部署 为加快土方开挖速度,土方开挖总体上分两部分进行:第一部分基坑中部(离基坑顶边线8000mm),按照1:1.5的放坡,分二个作业区,由南北二个出入口分三层开挖到基坑地下室首层标高(外挖);第二部分基坑修坡由一个出土口分数次开挖至基坑底部,在预留的边坡土台上,用挖掘机结合喷锚、锚杆施工进度分层修坡,剩余土方转移到基坑底,转移到第一部分的作业部位装车外运;最后的尾土由于挖机无法施工,将考虑采用人工挖掘及设置塔吊或井架作为垂直运输处理。留南面的车道直到最后的土方完成。 (二)施工安排 第一部分土方,每个工作面往两端分层退挖。每一工作面安排2组挖掘机同时作业出土。每组用1台挖掘机挖土并以“接力退挖”形式转运至地面装入自卸汽车运走。 根据现场施工条件,土方外运实行一班作业,加快出土速度。前期施工时日平均出土量为1400m3/天;后期日平均出土量为600m3/天。前期投入16台15t自卸汽车,一班出土,可满足计划要求。后期外运压力稍小,投入8台15t自卸汽车可以达到计划要求。 第二部分土方安排一台挖掘机随锚杆和喷锚施工进行,开挖一层安装一道,每层土方开挖至设计锚杆底500mm处,严禁超挖。 认真安排交叉作业,保证锚杆和喷锚施工与土方开挖形成流水作业。 三、基坑开挖前的准备工作 1.施工现场设置两个供车辆及施工人员出入的大门,做好土方开挖前的道路设置,根据开挖及出土工作面的安排相应设置路口,安排截、排水系统,并在出口处设置洗车槽。 2.落实好弃土场地。 3.沿基坑外围四周设(截)排水沟,保证顶面的水不流入基坑。 4.按工程监测要求,开挖前先布置各种类型的观测点,并测定初始数据。 基坑土石方施工流程图: (二)土石方开挖方法和外运 1.土方开挖至中、微风化岩,挖土机无法挖掘时,采用人工配合凿岩机施工,进入微风化岩层时,在人工打凿极其困难或无法施工时,采用无声爆破施工(另请有专业资质的队伍施工)。 2.土方开挖与排水施工同时进行。 3.挖掘机无法直接转运的土方先进行归堆,装车运走。 4.外运土方的车辆应优先利用场内施工道路行走,以缓解交通疏导的压力。 5.为保证城市道路清洁,防止车辆漏、掉泥土,运输车采用南宁市散体物料运输车。 6.泥土、泥浆不得混装,车厢顶用帆布覆盖。车辆出场前,用高压水冲洗,使车辆干净上路,车轮清洁不污染路面。 7.运输车辆进出施工现场路口时,设专人指挥,及时疏导行人及车辆。 (三)基坑开挖的其他事项 1.严格按要求放坡、留设土台,基坑顶边坡上禁止堆土。 2.基坑开挖采用机械纵向分段分层开挖,随挖随修坡。设计基底标高以上20cm的土层,采用人工开挖、清底、平整,严禁超挖,以免扰动基底。开挖至基底后,及时浇筑垫层,避免受积水或雨水影响。 3.基坑开挖过程中,不同土岩面标高须报驻地监理、业主确认并做好记录。当基底土层与设计要求不符合时或地基承载力要求达不到要求时,及时通知设计、监理处理。 五、土石方开挖机械设备使用计划序号设备名称型 号数 量备
