砌体施工方案技术交底1、材料要求用于±0.000以上部分的外墙及内墙墙体材料选用A3.5,容重5.5kN/m3加气混凝土砌块,建筑防潮层以下(地下室)填充墙采用200,干容重≤16kN/m3;蒸压灰砂砖,强度等级为MU20,选用M7.5水泥砂浆。选定预拌砂浆。现场砂浆要求为M5砌筑水泥砂浆,水泥砂浆材料要求:水泥:水泥使用32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥;砂:砂选用中砂;水:使用可饮用水。配合比根据试验时配合比现场计量确定。钢筋:植筋用钢筋采用A6.5,构造柱、圈梁用钢筋依据结构图,过梁用钢筋依据过梁配筋表。混凝土:采用商品混凝土搅拌站的商品混凝土,构造柱、过梁、压顶、抱框等二次后浇构件混凝土标号为C25细石混凝土。2、检验批的划分及实验的规定砌筑工程两个单元的楼栋(8、9、13、14、15、16、17)每四层划分为一个检验批,三个单位的楼栋(6、7、10、11、12#楼)每三层划分为一个检验批(不含地下室),砂浆试块按照每个检验批留置送检,加气混凝土砌块每10000块为一个试验代表批量,200×300×600mm规格的加气混凝土砌块两个单元的楼栋每七层为一个试验代表批量,100×300×600mm规格两个单元的楼栋每十一层为一个试验代表批量;200×300×600mm规格的加气混凝土砌块三个单元的楼栋每五层为一个试验代表批量,100×300×600mm规格两个单元的楼栋每九层为一个试验代表批量。植筋检测:每植筋数量3200根为一个试验代表批量,两个单元的楼栋(包含地下室)每七层为一个试验代表批量,三个单元的楼栋(包含地下室)每五层为一个试验代表批量。二次结构混凝土构件试验:所有楼栋每5层留置一组标养试块。3、砌筑范围填充墙的砌筑部位为厨房卫生间墙体,分户墙体,公共部分墙体及外墙墙体,具体详见建筑图。第11页共11页 4、施工工艺(1)工艺流程墙体放线(建筑1m)®植筋施工、检测、验收®砌块排列®砌块就位®砌块浇水®铺砂浆®校正®砌筑镶砖®竖缝灌砂浆®浇筑构造柱®勒缝®养护(2)操作工艺①植筋:预埋在墙柱柱中的拉结钢筋必须准确地砌入填充墙的灰缝中,填充墙沿框架柱、剪力墙边缘构件全高每隔615mm设2A6.5拉筋,拉结筋伸入墙体不应小于700;与原砼墙、柱的连接采用植筋的方法,植筋深度为80mm。②立面排块:根据墙体净高度、砌块的高度及灰缝厚度计算皮数,选择合适的组合排砖方法,确定砖块的层数。应注意考虑门窗洞口过梁及圈梁高度和位置,根据排版情况在加气砼砌块底部设置灰砂砖调节圈梁高度、位置和顶部斜砌高度。顶部斜砌在墙体较短时可从一个方向斜砌,较长时或者是两个人同时砌一段墙时可以从两端向中间斜砌。顶部斜砌须在下部砌块砌筑完成14天(本工程要求不得小于7天)以后进行施工。如图所示:为了防止基底标高不平造成墙体不平整,应从底部开始砌灰砂砖,所有墙体底部砌筑时从结构完成面上砌筑200mm高的灰砂砖,顶部斜砌预留高度控制在160~180mm,砌筑填充墙斜顶砖时,应采用侧砖、立砖或砌块斜砌挤紧,倾斜度宜为60°左右,不得小于45°;中间部分的加气混凝土砌块砌筑时,当不够一皮加气块时在顶部水平位置用灰砂砖来控制砌筑模数。`③第11页共11页 平面排块:砌筑前在平面位置处应先排一下砌块,将加气混凝土砌块沿轴线方向,在两根框架柱之间,干摆砌块,调整好缝隙(注意门洞口及构造柱处的处理),排到墙柱的两端时,排不了整块时,可以把加气混凝土砌块进行割锯,但长度不能少于整块长度的1/3,也可使用外购的预制混凝土块进行填充。水平灰缝控制在15mm以内,竖向灰缝控制在15mm以内,同时砂浆应饱满,平直通顺,水平灰缝用砂浆填实,纵缝采用灌浆填实。砌块排列上下皮应错缝搭砌,搭接长度一般为≥砌块长度的1/3,也不应小于150mm。每一层砌体在砌筑前应根据实际部位计算出梁(板)底净高,根据砌块模数确定底部砌筑砖高度、中部腰带的留设高度及顶部压顶的留设高度。(3)砌筑施工要点①砌筑灰缝应饱浆粘结,其饱浆粘结应以灰缝与粘结面的有效粘结面积百分率计算大于80%。②砌体竖向灰缝应采用挤浆方法施工。具体工艺要求如下:在砌块的档头部位与砌块全长敷浆,把砌块放置上墙后,对准皮数杆,配合敲击方式挤浆锤击,把砌筑上墙的砌块一次性校平摆正。③砌筑墙体时,每天砌筑高度不高于1.8m。当砌筑时遇到非整块加气混凝土砌块时,必须使用手提电锯和板锯切割所需尺寸砌块。严禁用斧子、瓦刀等任意劈砍。④照明配电箱、消防箱孔洞等砌体施工完成后机器开槽,用混凝土封堵。箱底安装高度要正确,表面平整、配线整齐、接线规范、箱内设施配套齐全。⑤住宅户内砌筑内墙时,如露柱露梁,砌墙原则:卧室与客厅之间则平客厅,主卧与次卧之间则平主卧,厨卫与厅卧之间则平厅卧。根据甲方要求,住宅图中虚线示意的墙体及未编号的内门均不砌筑或安装,仅为示意。⑥施工洞构造要求现场如有需要留置施工洞时,按照下图设置。第11页共11页 5、构造节点(1)构造柱①构造柱截面及配筋:构造留置已经在图中表示出,构造柱的配4C12、A6.5@200,构造柱截面尺寸为墙厚b×200,柱高同墙高,其纵向钢筋的上下两端分被锚固于上下层的梁板中。纵筋采取后植筋的方式进行连接(后植筋植入结构内10cm),再与构造柱钢筋进行绑扎,绑扎搭接时搭接长度为Lae。②构造柱与砌体连接:要求先砌墙后浇构造柱,墙体应砌成马牙槎(留直槎),马牙槎应先退后进,留槎60mm,每一马牙槎沿墙高尺寸不宜超过300mm。③后砌墙体拉结筋:填充墙及内隔墙均应后砌。凡要与后砌墙体相连接的混凝土墙柱面均须预留插筋,预留插筋做法同构造柱拉结筋。纵横墙交接处应咬槎砌筑并预留拉结筋。④墙拉筋:宜沿底部3-4皮灰砂砖加1加气块,往上竖向每隔630mm设拉结筋,砌体填充墙与柱的拉结筋伸入墙内的长度不应小于墙长的1/5,且不应小于700(下图中的Laz)。构造柱与墙体拉结筋按照要求及相关规范进行留置,如下图:⑤构造柱模板构造柱模板用φ14全丝加强螺杆加固,全丝螺杆间距500mm,现浇门窗过梁、女儿墙压顶等水平构件模板用对拉螺杆固定,对拉螺杆间距500mm,并在模板内下侧与墙体接触部位贴密封胶条。构造柱模板支设如下图所示。第11页共11页 全丝螺杆φ14@500墙体拐角处构造柱模板加固图填充墙砌体构造柱留设及加固图(2)腰梁①腰梁:对于砌体填充墙,当墙体净高超过4m时,应在墙体半高、或门窗洞顶、或设备洞顶处,墙净高不超过3m处设置一道与两端柱连接且沿墙全长贯通的水平腰梁,洞顶处的系梁应满足过梁要求。②当腰梁与混凝土柱及其它结构梁相连接时,应在相应位置预留插筋(出头40d),圈梁纵筋按抗拉进行锚固。③当腰梁与过梁同标高时,可代过梁使用。(3)过梁①当梁底距门洞底部距离≤200mm时,按下图1施工。窗台压顶两边各深入填充墙第11页共11页 250mm,遇混凝土柱时应植筋锚入柱内,配筋及构造如下图2。②砌体填充墙上门窗及水电洞口顶部的过梁除图中特别注明者外,配筋及构造按中南标图集《钢筋混凝土过梁》12ZG313施工,详见附图。过梁梁长=洞口宽+500。过梁遇柱及混凝土墙时改为现浇,过梁截面及配筋不变。当过梁3m≤跨度<4.5m时过梁截面及配筋如下图所示,当过梁4.5m≤跨度<9m时过梁截面及配筋如下图所示。③当过梁与混凝土柱及其它结构梁相连接时,应在相应位置预留插筋(出头40d,植入柱内15d),过梁纵筋按抗拉进行锚固。④电梯井处门洞过梁详见下图,电梯井沿非门洞处设置的过梁,梁面标高详电梯厂家工艺图,截面及配筋详见下图。第11页共11页 (三)其它节点①卫生间隔墙周边(除门洞外)处及厨房和卫生间内管道井壁设置翻边,详见下图。卫生间隔墙翻边②楼梯间和人流疏散通道的填充墙,采用钢筋网砂浆面层加强,30厚M10水泥砂浆,A6@300x300点焊钢筋网;钢筋网与墙体的固定,采用S型A6钢筋以钻孔穿墙对拉,间距900,且呈梅花状布置;钢筋网四周应与楼板或梁、柱、或剪力墙连接,可采用锚筋、插入短筋、拉结筋等连接方式;钢筋网砂浆面层加强前,将灰缝剔除至5~10mm,用钢丝刷刷净残灰,吹净表面灰粉,洒水湿润,喷素水泥浆一道;砂浆面层宜采用喷射法施工,机具设备应尽量小型化。喷射时,喷头与受喷面垂直,砂浆面应平整,无干斑或滑移流淌,待砂浆收水时,应立即抹平压光,并注意养护;钢筋网在墙面上的固定应平整牢固,与墙体净距≥5mm,网外表保护层厚度应≥10mm;门窗洞口处,若门窗樘离墙面缝隙过小,U型筋无法穿过封头,可在门窗樘上钻孔,抹面可到门窗樘面。③蒸压加气砼砌块填充墙窗洞两边每隔约600mm高埋砌C20混凝土预制块一个,尺寸为300×200(h)╳墙厚,用于安装窗框。门窗具体安装固定措施由安装单位确定。④本工程在外墙存在大量的装饰构造柱第11页共11页 ,因该部分构造柱位于外墙外侧,其模板安装、加固及混凝土浇筑都存在困难,施工难度较大。在施工过程中应利用已完成的混凝土剪力墙原有的穿墙螺杆孔进行拉结加固;部分位于填充墙砌体外侧的,则先砌筑填充墙,再在墙体上钻孔进行构造柱模板的加固。浇筑混凝土时可先用升降机将混凝土运至楼层上,再利用人工站外架上灌入柱模内。其具有代表性的模板加固参照下图:第11页共11页 ⑤砌筑填充墙门窗洞口处预留混凝土块,以方便门窗的安装,预留混凝土块尺寸为150×300×200(200厚填充墙),150×300×100(200厚填充墙)。预留位置参照下图,必须保证洞口上起30cm及门窗过梁底起往下30cm处为混凝土块。具体详见下图:模板制作参照下图:说明:预制混凝土块的厚度为墙厚度减10mm(即200mm厚墙体预制混凝土块的厚度为190mm,100mm厚墙体为90mm)第11页共11页
