技术交底记录工程名称交底部位地下室顶板防水工程编号日期2012年04月09日5.2蓄水顶板水面要高出地下室顶板最高点20mm。必须做到无渗漏、不积水。经自检没有渗水、漏水的现象后再通知监理进行验收。如有渗水、漏水的现象应及时修复,对渗漏部分进行补强、补漏处理,重新做蓄水检验。确认无渗水、漏水的现象再通知监理进行验收。6保护层施工6.1卷材防水层施工完毕并经检查合格后,应及时做保护层。做保护层前先在卷材防水层上干铺玻纤布一层作保护隔离层,再在隔离层上浇筑40厚C20细石混凝土。6.2绑扎钢筋及浇筑混凝土时,特别注意对防水层的保护,不得损坏玻纤布隔离层和卷材防水层,否则,必须及时用卷材接缝胶粘剂补粘一块卷材修补牢固,再继续浇筑细石混凝土。7施工中质量问题及处理措施7.1空鼓:7.1.1铺贴卷材的基层潮湿、不平整、不清洁,均影响防水层与基层的粘结,基层内的水分受热蒸发,气压增大,粘结不牢的防水层内充满蒸汽与基层脱离,形成空鼓。压铺时用力不均,也可造成粘结不牢而空鼓。7.1.2卷材防水层施工时,应先检查基层,使之符合规定要求;施工时严格按照施工规范和操作规程的要求进行。对已出现空鼓的卷材防水层,可将空鼓部分的卷材剪掉,再加铺卷材按规定分层搭接,补贴密实。7.2转角处渗漏水:7.2.1卷材材破损,孔、洞、搭接处粘接不牢,搭结长度不够等,是造成防水层渗漏的几种原因,应在施工中加强检查,严格执行工艺规程,认真操作,分工序严格把关。7.2.2转角处施工不方便,常常不能保证卷材铺贴质量,转角处应做成圆弧,以利于卷材贴实。当转角处卷材防水层已产生渗漏水,则应局部都铲除防水层,分析渗漏原因、找出渗漏点,成功封堵渗漏点以后,再做增强增补处理,然后补做卷材防水层。7.3皱折:7.3.1卷材铺贴时不宜用力拉伸,但适当用力可避免卷材边缘出现皱折,短向接头可将局部片材裁齐,接头贴合后,滚压时,用力要均匀,避免将片材推出皱折。7.3.2在细部变截面部位,应裁剪合理,避免出现皱折。技术负责人交底人接受人industrialelectronics.(3)autoconfiguration,theory,maintenance,structureandprincipleofAutomotiveelectricalequipment,maintenance,carelectriccontrolsystemofstructure,principleandrepairofprofessionalknowledge.(4)thestructureandworkingprincipleofautotestanddiagnosticequipment,controlofautomobilecomprehensiveperformanceevaluationparametersandinfluencingfactors.(5)themasterthetheoryofrationaluseofthecarandrunningmaterial,businessmanagement,basictheoreticalknowledgeofmarketingandafter-salesserviceprotectionofcablescanbeupto,whilealsoprovidingafire-proof,sealed,ruggedspacecansafelyextendcabletothedestination.Channelselectionalgorithmandsubsystemleveldesignalgorithm.Aswithverticalbridge,horizontalbridgesmustalsoretainacertainamountofspaceallowancestoensurethatfutureexpansionofthesystemwithouttheneedtoinstallanewline.Sixthsection2.6.1PDScablingsystemdesign,andbuildingdesignofthecomprehensivewiringsystemaccordingtotherequirements,newDunanvalveplantmainbuilding,workshopstructure,data,voiceinthefuture;intheuniformdistribution.Mainconnection(MDF)locatedontheproductionfloorofthesecondfloorCenterroom(networkequipment),bytelephonecallsoutsidethetelephoneOfficeisresponsibleforintroducingthemainwiringinthebuilding,switchinglocationsarealsolocated
