xxSphere-OnlyProjectxx球罐项目4、火灾fire5、大风、暴雨HighWindsandHeavyRains6、不可预见的突发性事件；unforeseeablesuddenevents7、应急总指挥认为必须启动应急预案的。Emergencycommander-in-chiefthinkmuststartemergencyplan.四、应急预案的启动前提Premiseofstartingtheemergencypreplan施工场区发生重大事故前兆或发生评估预测为：Precursorsofseriousaccidentatconstructionareaorevaluationpredictionisoneoffollowingsituations:siteseriousaccidentforewarmingandevalutation1、死亡数在1人以上；Deathmorethan1person2、直接财产损失在10万元以上；Directpropertylossover100,000yuan3、对施工场区外的影响有明显的破坏或人身伤亡。Causeobviousdestructionandcasualytothosethatisoutsidetheconstructionsite.五、应急预案的启动和响应Startandresponseofemergencypreplan当事故的评价预测达到启动应急预案的条件时，有应急总指挥发出启动应急反应预案令。由应急总指挥、事故现场操作副总指挥同时启动应急反应公司总部一级应急反应组织和项目部二级应急反应行动组织，按应急预案的规定和要求以及事故现场的特性，执行应急反应行动。根据事态的发展需求，及时启动协议应急救援资源和社会应急救援公共资源，最大限度地降低事故带来的经济损失和减少人员伤亡。Whentheaccidentevaluationpredictionreachestheconditionofstartingemergencypreplan,theemergencycommander-in-chiefissuestostarttheemergencyresponseplan.Simultaneously,he/sheandthesiteoperationvicedirectorwillorganizetheemergencyresponseorganizationofthecompanylevelIemergencyresponsegroupandtheprojectlevelIIemergencyresponsegrouptoactaccordingtotheemergencyprecautionregulations&requirements,andthecharacteristicsofscene.Ifneed,theywilltimelystarttheagreementemergencyrescueresourceandsocialemergencyrescuepublicresourcestomaximizereducetheeconomiclossandcasualties.29xx岩土工程股份有限公司xxGeotechnicalEngineeringCompanyCo.,Ltd
