兰新铁路第二双线（新疆段）LXTJ4标段重力式挡土墙施工作业指导书5.2施工方法（1）测量放样用全站仪放样出基坑开挖边线桩位并测量桩顶标高，按照桩位及桩顶标高进行挂线并撒白灰线。（2）基础开挖基坑采用350挖机进行开挖，开挖长度根据挡土墙伸缩缝设置间距进行跳槽开挖，一般为15m。机械开挖至基底设计标高以上20cm时，重新进行测量放样，确定开挖正确不偏位的情况下改用人工进行基底清理，确保基底符合设计及相关规范要求。按照白灰线进行开挖，并需要挂线，开挖时不得扰动基础底层土层，基坑尺寸及基底标高必须符合设计要求。（3）基坑验收现场技术人员对基坑的宽度、深度、边坡坡度和轴线进行检查合格后，报请监理工程师验收。（4）反滤层施工方法①人工清理反滤层范围松土，立模浇筑反滤层底部封闭砼。②待反滤层底部封闭砼强度达到70%开始堆码反滤层砂袋。反滤层砂袋应交错搭接堆码以保证堆码的稳定性。（5）挡土墙模板安装施工方法①片石砼挡墙均采用钢模，模板采用槽钢进行加固。②模板与型钢进行电焊，形成整体模板。模板采用钢管进行支撑,内设拉筋。③模板加固采用16#双拼槽钢，模板外侧第一层槽钢沿线路方向布置，双拼槽钢间距为2cm，第二层竖向加固槽钢采16#槽钢，间距为1m。（6）挡土墙片石砼浇筑方法Three,strengthenleadership,compactionresponsibilitytopromotetheeffectiveimplementationofthecomprehensiveimprovementtaskoftheoutstandingissuesComprehensiverenovationofurbanenvironmentandworktogethertobuildabetterhome,theneedforthecitytoworktogether,worktogethertotackle.Departmentsatalllevelsshouldfirmlyestablishtheideaofthecity"agameofchess",saidtheoverallsituation,speakmatch,responsibility,duties,responsibilities,worktogethertopromotethethework.Ontheonehand,tostrengthenorganizationandleadership,andlevelsofresponsibility.Workforthecomprehensiveimprovementoftheimplementationofthe"leaderstakeoverallcharge,isresponsiblefortheterritoryofterritorialmanagement,whoisinchargewhoisresponsiblefor,apairoffunctionaldepartmentsandthedivisionresponsiblefor"fiveresponsibilitysystem.First,theleadingcadrestoproforceforthepartyandgovernmentleadersatalllevelsshouldbehighlyresponsible,putenougheffort,carefullyorganized,bythefrontcommand,topromoteenvironmentalremediationwork.Departmentstocarryouttheirduties.Themunicipalunitstoobeythecommandandtheareaofunifiedcommandandcontrol,accordingtothe"sanding"program,conscientiouslyperformtheirduties,inclosecollaborationwiththeformworkforce.中铁四局集团有限公司兰新铁路第二双线项目部-9- 兰新铁路第二双线（新疆段）LXTJ4标段重力式挡土墙施工作业指导书①片石混凝土采用分层浇筑，浇筑过程中，严格按照配合比拌制砼，砼中片石的掺量控制在30%范围以内。片石用手工摆放，分散布置。②采用插入式50型振动棒进行振捣，砼振捣密实，振捣过程中快插慢抽。无漏振，无蜂窝麻面等。③在片石砼浇筑过程中，现场取样制作砼试件，标准养护28天后送中心试验室检测。（7）砼养护方法①在未拆模的混凝土养护期间，砼终凝（浇筑完约12－18小时）即立刻开始进行养护，挡墙顶采用无纺布覆盖包裹、浇水、喷淋洒水措施进行保湿，潮湿养护，养护期间要一直保持湿润状态，保证模板接缝处不至失水干燥。为了保证顺利拆模，可在混凝土浇筑48h后略微松动模板连接螺栓，并继续浇水养护至拆模后。②混凝土拆模时立即对表面涂刷养护液（要求拆除一块，涂刷一块），养护液涂刷均匀（分2次涂刷，合计1kg养护液喷洒5～6㎡混凝土面），严禁漏刷，涂刷完养护液后立即覆盖节水养护薄膜+黑心棉+塑料薄膜，要注意覆盖平整且不得漏盖，覆盖完成后固定牢固。包裹、覆盖期间，内表面应具有凝结水珠。挡墙顶部平台上设置养护大塑料水桶时刻流水养护。③养护用水温度低于砼表面温度时，二者温差不得大于15℃。④砼养护期间，要定时测定砼芯部温度、表面温度以及环境气温，并作好养护期间的测温记录。（8）沉降缝：Three,strengthenleadership,compactionresponsibilitytopromotetheeffectiveimplementationofthecomprehensiveimprovementtaskoftheoutstandingissuesComprehensiverenovationofurbanenvironmentandworktogethertobuildabetterhome,theneedforthecitytoworktogether,worktogethertotackle.Departmentsatalllevelsshouldfirmlyestablishtheideaofthecity"agameofchess",saidtheoverallsituation,speakmatch,responsibility,duties,responsibilities,worktogethertopromotethethework.Ontheonehand,tostrengthenorganizationandleadership,andlevelsofresponsibility.Workforthecomprehensiveimprovementoftheimplementationofthe"leaderstakeoverallcharge,isresponsiblefortheterritoryofterritorialmanagement,whoisinchargewhoisresponsiblefor,apairoffunctionaldepartmentsandthedivisionresponsiblefor"fiveresponsibilitysystem.First,theleadingcadrestoproforceforthepartyandgovernmentleadersatalllevelsshouldbehighlyresponsible,putenougheffort,carefullyorganized,bythefrontcommand,topromoteenvironmentalremediationwork.Departmentstocarryouttheirduties.Themunicipalunitstoobeythecommandandtheareaofunifiedcommandandcontrol,accordingtothe"sanding"program,conscientiouslyperformtheirduties,inclosecollaborationwiththeformworkforce.中铁四局集团有限公司兰新铁路第二双线项目部-9-
