2湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文第1章绪论中国的建筑行业正处于飞速发展的阶段,人们对生活环境的要求也越来越高,而生活环境最主要的就是居住环境,这种需求带动了中国的空调制冷业的发展。从发展趋势上看小型中央空调将成为住宅、办公室空调的主流产品。因此中国市场发展前景非常诱人。1.1家用小型中央空调的发展现状一个国家家用空调的发展是与该国的地理气候条件、经济发展水平、人民生活水准、居住住宅形式以及社会人文环境等因素密切相关的,脱离了这些因素来谈家用空调的发展是不现实的。同样,分析家用小型中央空调的发展也离不开这些因素。一般而言,常见的住宅可以分为公寓型住宅和别墅型住宅。以下将分别结合这两种典型住宅的特点,结合各个国家的不同特点,对外国和中国的家用小型中央空调的发展现状进行分析。1.2外国家用小型中央空调发展现状美国的家用小型中央空调普及率较高,这与其良好的居住条件以及较高的生活水平是分不开的。美国是世界第一经济大国,人民生活水准较高,对居住的舒适性要求也较高,这些都促进了该国家用小型中央空调的普及使用。美国的别墅型住宅具有宽敞、高大的特点,通常由中、高收入的家庭居住。由于其层高较大,具有足够的建筑空间用于布置风道,因此在美国,风管式系统在家用小型中央空调中所占的比重相当大。同时,由于美国居民对家用空调舒适性的要求较高,因此多采用有新风的风管式系统。目前,美国风管式系统的年产量约为600万台/年,占其家用空调产量的一半左右。美国的公寓型住宅适合于中、低收入的人群居住,其消费水平偏低,其家用空调的型式以窗式空调器为主,也有采用小区供冷/热水的,一般不使用家用小型中央空调。目前美国窗式空调器年产量约为600万台/年,占其家用空调产量的一半左右。日本的家用空调走的是一条"冷剂系统"为主的发展道路,从窗式空调器到定速分体式空调器,再到变频分体式空调器。同样,日本的家用小型中央空调也以冷剂式空调即VRV(VariedRefrigerantVolume)系统(包括一拖多)为主。在世界冷剂式空调行业中,在二十世纪九十年代以前,60%的市场被日本所2株洲市某家用中央空调 3湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文占有,并且在设备开发和控制技术上都处于世界最前沿。同时,日本国土面积小而人口众多,人口密度非常大,其住宅多属于高密度住宅,建筑结构较为紧凑。而且日本是个国内资源匮乏的国家,其能源消耗主要依赖于从国外进口,因此该国非常强调节能。家用空调作为能源消耗大户,其节能技术的开发尤其受到重视。以上这些因素决定了日本家用小型中央空调的型式以VRV(多联机)系统为主。此外,在日本,对于别墅住宅,有采用冷/热水机组的,在这种系统中,室内末端装置多采用落地式风机盘管,当采用吊顶式风机盘管。1.3中国家用小型中央空调发展现状1.3.1中国家用小型中央空调发展情况与国外的对比从二十世纪九十年代后期开始,我国逐渐开始对家用小型中央空调进行研究和应用。相对于美国和日本,我国在这方面的研究起步较晚,但发展较快。目前,我国家用小型中央空调的年产量约为10万台/年,数目虽然不大,但增长速度较快。与美国和日本选择的家用小型中央空调发展道路不同,我国的家用小型中央空调主要发展的是冷/热水机组的型式,目前其产量占我国家用小型中央空调总量的70%以上。此外也有风管式系统,但其数量比冷/热水机组少得多,VRV系统的数量就更少,冷/热水机组的优势有如下几个方面:(1)冷/热水机组的室外主机实际上就是一个风冷热泵装置,室内末端是风机盘管。而目前我国的风冷热泵技术经过多年的探索和研究,已经基本成熟。而在风机盘管技术上我国目前已经处于世界领先水平。(2)冷/热水机组不需要占用太多建筑层高,在住宅内布置较为方便,且施工简单,安装费用低。而风管式系统的设置需与建筑结构相配合,占用建筑空间大,且施工不方便。对于性能优越,发展潜力大的VRV系统,目前国内在此领域的技术尚已成熟,虽然存在流量控制问题、管道材质问题、现场焊接问题、管道施工、初投资成本高问题等需进一步研究和完善的方面,依旧不能限制了它的推广。(3)从舒适性的角度考虑,风管式系统由于调风/调温的问题解决得不好,无法同时满足多个空调房间不同的空调负荷需求。而VRV多联机中央空调系统组则可以很方便地进行各房间的独立控制和调节,同时也能达到节能的目的。从株洲市某家用中央空调3 4湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文以上的分析可以看出我国家用小型中央空调发展现状。所以本设计采用VRV多联机机组实现房间制冷。1.3.2中国小型中央空调发展前景中国的建筑行业正处于飞速发展的阶段,人们对生活环境的要求也越来越高,而生活环境最主要的就是居住环境,这种需求带动了中国的空调制冷业的发展,特别是在“非典”之后,人们对室内空气品质(IAQ)有了更深刻的认识,室内空气的好坏直接影响到人们的健康,原来使用的空调技术已经不能满足人们的要求,对环境的需求意识已经不是简单的冷热意识,而是趋向于健康化、卫生化的需求。因此采用更先进的空气调节方法提高空气品质满足人们的要求成了当前制冷行业发展的热点和重点之一。另外一方面,从2001年至今,电力紧缺的问题一直困扰着我们,电厂的发展又不能盲目的增加发电量,或者增建新的电厂,必须依靠宏观的发展才能不至于发生电力过剩的尴尬局面,而且电厂发电对环境的污染也会随着电厂的增加而增加,在这种情况下,空调作为用电大户,充分利用现有的自然能,如太阳能、地热能、生活垃圾等可利用的能量资源既减轻了当前电力的负担,又增加了空调的环保能力,因此,利用自然资源,保护环境也成了当前各国空调制冷行业的研究方向。当前空调行业的已经在这些方面有了一定的进步,许多节能性空调如变频空调正越多的得到使用,而在中央空调方面,溴化锂双吸收式制冷等保护环境的制冷剂设备也发展的越来越快。热泵技术的使用既有效利用了自然能源,节省了能量,同时又保护了环境。1.3.3中国小型中央空调的优势小型中央空调一般指可满足各种户型60~600平米带有集中冷热源的空调形式,现被广泛应用多个房间的要求。外国目前普及率已达到50%以上而我国普及率1%还不到。从发展趋势上看小型中央空调将成为住宅、办公室空调的主流产品。因此中国市场发展前景非常诱人。由于目前中国仍存在用电紧张现象,因此国人更加关注节能,使数码涡旋压缩技术受到推崇的主要原因就是它节能的技术优势。我国空调产业一直沿用家用空调和中央空调的分类,家用空调和中央空调的4株洲市某家用中央空调 5湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文两类生产厂家互不涉足。目前,市场出售的两类空调都有其局限性:一般家用空调使用于小面积、居室少的环境中,大型建筑则采用中央空调。但是随着社会经济的不断发展与进步,居民居住的面积也越来越大,对室内空气品质的要求也越来越高。例如:一个三居室用户要装三部空调器,需要三个不同的室外空间,原来使用的家用空调特别是分体式空调器的安装就受到限制;虽然有些空调器生产厂家加装了排气扇,但空气流通不畅,空气质量差等弊端仍没有从根本上克服。而大型中央空调虽可同时为多用户集中供冷暖,但缺少个性化选择、自由度小,一次性投资较大,只能应用在大型建筑物和高档住宅小区,同时中央空调用于大型建筑特别是出租式建筑时又会遇到收费较困难等问题。为了解决上述两种空调的弊端户式中央空调就应运而生。通过分析得出小型中央空调的以下优点:(1)室内末端装置可采用多种方式安装如:暗藏、半暗藏、明装等方式,适宜配合室内装修,尤其适合高档装修。(2)户式中央空调系统是小型化的中央空调系统,可满足用户多居室需求,以家庭为单元,可适应用户的个性化需求不受其他用户影响。(3)由于主机由微电脑控制,在室内可完成全部操作,且操作简便;采用先进的电子控制技术系统可根据实际负荷自动化运行,节约能源及运行费用。(4)由于小型空调采用了分体式空调室内机与室外机相分离的结构形式,使主机与末端装置相分离,这样就保证了宁静的家居环境;符合空调低噪声的发展趋势1.3.4小型中央空调多联机系统的特点:小型数码多联机中央空调系统是指由采用了数码宽度脉冲调节控制技术的变容量涡旋压缩机的空调室外机与多台可单独控制调节的空调室内机组成,是新一代模块化、集约化的多联机系统,由于其安装维护的简便性,灵活性使其更能满足空调市场的需求。VRV空调系统具有明显的的节能、舒适效果,该系统依据室内负荷,在不同转速下连续运行,减少了因压缩机频繁启停造成的能量损失;采用压缩机低频启动,降低了启动电流,电气设备将大大节能,同时避免了对其它用电设备和电网的冲击;具有能调节容量的特性,改善了室内的舒适性。VRV空调系统具有设计安装方便、布置灵活多变、建筑空间小、使用方便、可靠性高、运行费用低、不需机房、无水系统等株洲市某家用中央空调5 10湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文3负荷计算方法3.1冷负荷计算空调冷负荷计算采用冷负荷系数法,适用于计算民用和公用建筑物及类似的工业建筑物空调工程设计冷负荷。a)通过围护结构传入室内的热量;b)透过外窗、天窗进入室内的太阳辐射热量;c)人体散热量;d)照明、设备等室内热源的散热量;e)新风带入室内的热量。3.2冷负荷计算公式简介(一)外墙的冷负荷计算通过墙体的得热量形成的冷负荷,可按下式计算:CLQτ=KF⊿tτ-εW式中K——围护结构传热系数,W/m2•K;F——墙体的面积,m2;β——衰减系数;ν——围护结构外侧综合温度的波幅与内表面温度波幅的比值为该墙体的传热衰减度;τ——计算时间,h;ε——围护结构表面受到周期为24小时谐性温度波作用,温度波传到内表面的时间延迟,h;τ-ε——温度波的作用时间,即温度波作用于围护结构内表面的时间,h;⊿tε-τ——作用时刻下,围护结构的冷负荷计算温差,简称负荷温差。(二)窗户的冷负荷计算通过窗户进入室内的得热量有瞬变传热得热和日射得热量两部分,日射得热量又分成两部分:直接透射到室内的太阳辐射热qt和被玻璃吸收的太阳辐射热传向室内的热量qα。(a)窗户瞬变传热得形成的冷负荷10株洲市某家用中央空调 11湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文本次工程窗户为一个双层空气层7.0mm厚玻璃,主要计算参数K=2.398W/m2•K。工程中用下式计算:CLQτ=KF⊿tτW式中K——窗户传热系数,W/m2•K;F——窗户的面积,m2;⊿tτ——计算时刻的负荷温差,℃。(b)窗户日射得热形成的冷负荷日射得热取决于很多因素,从太阳辐射方面来说,辐射强度、入射角均依纬度、月份、日期、时间的不同而不同。从窗户本身来说,它随玻璃的光学性能,是否有遮阳装置以及窗户结构(钢、木窗,单、双层玻璃)而异。此外,还与内外放热系数有关。工程中用下式计算:CLQj•τ=xgxdCsCnJj•τW式中xg——窗户的有效面积系数;xd——地点修正系数;Jj•τ——计算时刻时,透过单位窗口面积的太阳总辐射热形成的冷负荷,简称负荷,W/m2;Cs——窗玻璃的遮挡系数;Cn——窗内遮阳设施的遮阳系数。(三)外门的冷负荷计算当房间送风两大于回风量而保持相当的正压时,如形成正压的风量大于无正压时渗入室内的空气量,则可不计算由于门、窗缝隙渗入空气的热、湿量。如正压风量较小,则应计算一部分渗入空气带来的热、湿量或提高正压风量的数值。(a)外门瞬变传热得形成的冷负荷计算方法同窗户瞬变传热得形成的冷负荷。(b)外门日射得热形成的冷负荷计算方法同窗户日射得热形成的冷负荷,但一层大门一般有遮阳。(c)热风侵入形成的冷负荷由于外门开启而渗入的空气量G按下式计算:G=nVmγwkg/h株洲市某家用中央空调11 12湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文式中Vm——外门开启一次(包括出入各一次)的空气渗入量(m2/人次•h),按下表3—9选用;n——每小时的人流量(人次/h);γw——室外空气比重(kg/m2)。(四)地面的冷负荷计算舒适性空气调节区,夏季可不计算通过地面传热形成的冷负荷。工艺性空气调节区,有外墙时,宜计算距外墙2m范围内的地面传热形成的冷负荷,地面冷计算采用地带法(同采暖)。(五)内墙、内窗、楼板、地面的冷负荷内墙、内窗、楼板等围护结构,当邻室为非空气调节房间时,其室温基数大于3℃时,邻室温度采用平均温度,其冷负荷按下式计算:Q=KF(twp+⊿tls-tn)W式中Q——内墙或楼板的冷负荷,W;K——内墙或楼板的传热系数,W/m2•℃;F——内墙或楼板的传热面积,m2;tls——邻室计算平均温度与夏季空气调节室外计算日平均温度的差值,℃。内墙、内窗、楼板等其邻室为空气调节房间时,其室温基数小于3℃时,不计算。(六)室内得热冷负荷计算(a)照明设备照明设备散热量属于稳定得热,一般得热量是不随时间变化的。根据照明灯具的类型和安装方式的不同,其得热量为:白炽灯Q=1000NW荧光灯Q=1000n1n2NW式中N——照明灯具所需功率,kW;n1——镇流器消耗功率系数,当明装荧光灯的镇流器装在空调房间内时,取n1=1.2;当暗装荧光灯镇流器设在顶棚内时,可取n1=1.0;n2——灯罩隔热系数,当荧光灯罩上部有小孔(下部为玻璃板),可利用自然通风散热与荧光灯顶棚内时,取n2=0.5~0.6;而荧光灯罩无通风孔者,则视顶棚内通风情况,n2=0.6~0.8。12株洲市某家用中央空调 99湖南铁道职业技术学院毕业论文致谢经过三个多月的不懈努力,终于完成了本次毕业设计。在本次毕业设计的整个过程中得到了许许多多的支持和鼓励,我现在对一项工程的完成过程有了一定的理解。在此特别感谢沈沁老师在设计过程中给予我的细心和耐心的指导。沈沁老师治学严谨,对学生要求严格,作为学生,这些让我受益匪浅。同时朱诗军老师的实际工程经验十分丰富,能够由沈老师来指导我的毕业设计,对于以后的学习和工作将会有很大的帮助。沈老师教务繁忙,但她仍然抽出很多时间来为我们解答疑惑,她每周都抽出自己宝贵的两次时间为我们解答问题,而且每次都是准时的,为我们作出了很好的榜样。在此,我特别向沈老师表达我深深的敬意和谢意,以及对沈老师由衷的祝福。借此机会,我还要感谢本专业的所有老师,感谢他们在大学三年时间里给我们的悉心教导和帮助以及在生活中对我们的关怀。尤其是朱诗军,张小曼老师、和刘首希老师。感谢我们同组的每一位同学,感谢他们在毕设过程中给我的帮助和关心。感谢我的父母,感谢他们在我成长的过程中的无私关怀和辛勤的付出,祝他们身体健康,永远平安。此设计是我在大学里完成的最后一份作业,觉得不同寻常。因为这是结束,所以又意味着开始。只不过结束很仓促,而开始又缓缓未来。于是我期待着,企盼着,我必须把这次设计完成好,以证明自己有能力出去面对社会,能在社会中有所作为。由于未从事过实际工程设计,有很多参数资料都来源于参考书籍,再加上没有实际工作经验,所以疏漏错误百出,还请各位前辈师长指出原谅,学生感激不尽!最后,再次感谢老师们的悉心指导和同学们的热情帮助。2014-12-31株洲市某家用中央空调99
