GB191-90packagingandtransportationgraphicsignGB4208classificationofenclosureprotectionlevelsGB5048-85moistureproofpackagingrequirementsGB6388-86transportpackagereceivingmarkTechnicalspecificationforGB7350-87waterproofpackagingSpecificationforconstructionandacceptanceofGBJ93-86IndustrialAutomationInstrumentEngineeringTechnicalspecificationfordesignoffurnacesafetymonitoringsystemforDLGJ116-93boilerJJG001-91commonlyusedtermsanddefinitionsofmeasurementTechnicalspecificationforSD268-88coal-firedpowerstationboiler3definitions,symbolsandabbreviationsThefollowingdefinitionsareusedinthisstandard.3.1boilerfurnacesafetymonitoringsystemfurnace,safeguard,supervisory,system(FSSS)Acontrolsystemforpreventingexplosionandautomaticcuttingofburnerinboilerfurnacewhenburningandflameout,which includesfuelsafetysystemandburnercontrolsystem.3.2fuelsafetysystemfuel,safety,system(FSS)Ameasureordevicethatprotectsthehearthfromexplosion(externalexplosionorimplosion)whenthefurnaceisswitchedoff.3.3burnercontrolsystemburner,control,system(BCS)Controlsystemofautomaticcuttingandburningburner.3.4rapidloadreductionrunback(RB)Theprotectionmeasuresforthemainauxiliaryunitsadoptthefault,i.e.whentheunitispartofthemainauxiliaryequipment(suchaspump,blower,fan)whenafaultoccurs,quicklyreducetheunitloadinordertoadapttotheoutputoftheauxiliaryprotectivemeasures.Accordingtothemalfunctionoftheauxiliarymachine,theremaybeRB(suchas25%RBor50%RB)withdifferentworkingconditions.3.5flamedetectorflamedetectorAdevicethatdetectsthestrengthofafiresignalandoutputsanelectricalsignal.4technicalrequirements4.1Generalrequirements: 4.1.1boilerfactoryinequipmentandsystemdesignofboiler,shouldbeconsideredundervariousconditionsofsafetyandreasonableoperationmode,theparametermeasuringpointarrangementandcontrolandprotectionrequirementsinwrittendocuments,andsupplythenecessarytestingequipmentcontrol.4.1.2withthemainsupplyofdetectioncomponents,instrumentationandcontrolequipment,shoulduseuniversalproducts,andinlinewithrelevantnationalstandards.Intheconcreteproject,theownerandthemanufacturershouldcoordinatethetypeoftheinstrumentandequipment,anddothesameinthesameprojectasmuchaspossible.Intheabsenceofnationalgeneralproductselection,theboilermanufacturershouldbeprovidedwithcompletesetsofprovenquality,reliable,andperformanceconformingprocessrequirements.Theinstrumentselectedshallnotcontaintoxicsubstancessuchasmercury.Shallnotchoosethestateannouncedtheeliminationofproducts.4.2unlessotherwiseagreed,theboilerfactoryshouldbestoppedandrequiredtoruninthesecuritymonitoringandeconomicoperation,installedinthebodywithinthescopeoftheinstrument,takethesourcecomponents,andcompletesupplytomeetthedetectionelement(includingsensorunit),safetyprotectiondeviceandaregulatingvalveandabaffleplate,andisconnectedwiththedetectingelementorsensorspecialinstrument.4.3drumwaterlevelshouldmeetthefollowingtechnicalrequirements: 4.3.1localdrumwaterlevelgaugeshouldbesafeandreliable,easytoobserveandcorrect,andshouldadopttwo-colorwaterlevelgauge;20mmthedeviationsfromthelocalwaterlevelgaugesonbothendsofthesamedrumshallnotbegreaterthan4.3.2;4.3.3remotelymeasuringthedrumwaterlevelshallbenolessthanfivepairs,andshallbesuppliedwithaprimaryvalveandabalancecontainer.Thetypeofthebalancevesselshallbematchedwiththeelectricalcompensationmethod.Thelocationofthemeasuringpointshouldbeabletoreflecttheactualwaterlevelinthedrum,andpreventthewaterflowandsteamflowfromaffectingthefalsewaterlevel.4.4thedetectionandcontroldeviceoftherotaryairpreheatershallinclude:4.4.1localbearingthermometer,temperaturedetectingelementandtemperatureswitch;4.4.2preheaterwithgapadjustmentshallalsoprovideanalarm(orcontact)withtoolargeclearance;Deviceforregulatingradialsealingclearanceby4.4.3;4.4.4providestheinterlockingconditionofmainandauxiliarymotors,andtherequirementsoffaultprotectionformainandauxiliarymotors;4.4.5stopalarmdevice. 4.5boilerfurnacepressuremeasuringpointisarrangedontheleftandrightside.Eachpressuremeasuringpointshallbeseparatelyopenedonthehearth,withnolessthanfivepressureholesateachside,andthenormalvalueofthepressureofthefurnace,thealarmvalueandtheprotectionactionvalueshallbegiven.Thefurnacepressuremeasuringholeshallbelargerthan2mfromthesootblower.4.6theburnershallbeequippedwithasuitablelocationfortheflamedetectortoensurethattheflamedetectorcandetecttheflamecorrectlyinfullloadrange.Theburnershallnotaffecttheadvanceandretreatofthefuelignitoratanyswingingangle,andshallnotaffectthenormaloperationoftheflamedetector.ThelocationoftheflamedetectorshallbedeterminedbytheboilerplantandtheFSSSplant.Monitorhole4.7670t/hpulverizedcoalboilershouldbeequippedwithcamerastomonitorthefurnaceflameandinstallationcomponents,andisprovidedwiththeinstallationandmaintenanceofthecameraplatform,thespecificrequirementsbytheboilerplantandflamemonitoringindustrialTVfactoryconsultation.4.8boilershouldbeequippedwithfurnacesafetymonitoringsystem:Theboilerfurnacesafetymonitoringsystem(device)canbesuppliedbytheFSSSplantorsuppliedbytheboilerplant. Aboilerwithacapacityof670t/h4.8.1shallhave:A)fullfurnaceflamemonitoringandprotectionfunction;B)furnacepressure(positiveandnegativepressure)protectionfunction;C)furnacepurgelockingfunction;(d)inadditiontothelocalignitionfunction,theremustbeadistantignitionfunctionaswellasasequentialignitionfunctionofasingleigniter.4.8.2boilerswithacapacityof1000t/handaboveshallhave:A)singleburnerflamemonitoringandfiresuppressionfunction;B)furnacepressure(positiveandnegativepressure)protectionfunction;(c)furnacepurgelockingandfuelleakagetestfunction;(d)inadditiontothelocalignitionfunction,theremustbeadistantignitionfunctionandasingleignitionsequencesweepingfunction;E)whenanintermediatebunkertypepulverizingsystemisadopted,acontrolsystemforautomaticallycuttingtheburneraccordingtotheload(intherangeofnooilsupply,stable combustionload)canbeinstalled;F)whenusingthedirectblowingpulverizingsystem,asinglesetofpulverizingsystemcanbeinstalled,andthecontrolsystemoftheburnercanbeautomaticallystoppedwhenthenormalsequenceisstartedandstoppedandtherapidloadreduction(RB)isstarted.4.9,withthemainsupplyoftwoairpoints,airdoor,anditsactuator,electricvalveshouldbeofgoodquality,andcanguaranteetheremoteoperationisclosed,open.Thestrokeswitchwiththevalveshouldbeabletoactreliably,toadapttoavarietyofon-siteoperationenvironment,tightandgood,cancorrectlyreflectthevalveopeningandvalveclosedstate.4.10highqualityactuatorsshallbesuppliedaccordingtothefurnacestructure.Theactuatorcanadapttotheharshenvironmentintheboileroperationarea,shouldnotbestuck,thestrokeswitchisreliable,andthepositionfeedbacksignalshouldcorrespondtothevalveposition.4.11thesootblowerandcontrolunitsuppliedwiththemainbodyshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:4.11.1flexibleoperation,reliableaction,thepromotionandreturnprocessshallnotbestuck,shouldbeabletoissuethestatussignalcorrectly.Thechoiceof4.11.2travelswitchshallbeinaccordancewiththeIP55protectionlevel,ensuringgoodtightnessandhightemperatureresistance. 4.11.3requirementsforcontrols:A)powersupplyforAC220/380V,50Hz;B)describestheselectionprincipleofthecontroller(suchasPLC)andtheenvironmentaltemperaturerequirements;C)hastheskipfunction;D)iftheinternalmixedpowercircuitandweaksignalcircuit,thetwocircuitshouldbeassociatedwithequipment,terminalsandconnectingwiresarearrangedseparately,thesafetymeasuresshouldbetakentopreventinterferenceshieldingmeasuresandeasymaintenance.Themetaltemperatureof4.12boilersshouldbesuppliednecessary(suchasthewalltemperatureofdrumwall,superheaterandreheateretc.)andthehighesttemperaturemeasuringpoints,measuringpoints,allowedvalues(ortemperature),thetemperatureishigherthanthenumbermustbeshutdown.Themanufacturershallindicatewhichpointsaretobemonitoredduringoperationandwhicharethemeasuringpointsforthetest.Four13waterboilerfeedwatercontroldoor,desuperheateradjustingdoorandturnoffvalveshouldbeflexible,closedtightandgoodregulationperformance,atthesametimewithautomaticcontrolcanmeettherequirementsoftheregulation characteristicsofleakageflowcurveandthemaximumdifferentialpressure.Theselectionofshutoffvalveshouldmeettherequirementofwaterinletprotection.4.14aforcedcirculationpumpforforcedcirculationboilers,theboilermanufacturershallprovidethemaximumallowabledepressurizationspeedofthecirculatingpumpinletandtheoperationmodeofthecirculatingpump.4.15thedrivingdeviceofthevalve,thedrivetorqueandthevalvebodyshouldadapttotherequirements,shouldbesafeandreliable,flexibleaction,accompaniedbydynamiccharacteristicscurve.Withtheconnectionboxsuppliedbythedrivingdevice,thetightness,dustproofandwaterproofshouldbeinlinewiththeIP55protectionlevel.4.16thesizeofthethermocouplesocketontheheaderandconnectingpipeoftheboilershallbemeasuredbythenationallegalunitofmeasurement.Thesocketsizeshallbedeterminedaccordingtothespecificationofthethermocoupleinterfacethread.4.17themanufacturershallprovidethemeasuringpointsandcomponentsoftheunit"sthermalefficiencytest.4.18,thesupplyofremotetransmissioninstrument,transmitterusing4~20mA,DCstandardsignal,accuracyshouldnotbegreaterthan0.5%.4.19,thesupplyofthermocoupleshouldbeKorEgraduation,thermalresistanceshouldbePt100orCu50indexing,accuracy shouldnotbegreaterthan0.5%.Proposedlocalization,detectionandcontrolequipmentto4.20boilerfactorymatchingsupplyinstallation,theinstallationaccessories,supports,fittings,tubingtothebody,thevalvebodyjunctionboxtoaconductorelementshouldalsobeprovided.5testandacceptance5.1overviewInspectionandtestingshallbecarriedoutbeforethe5.1.1factoryisequippedwiththeinspectionandcontrolequipmentsuppliedbythefactory.5.1.2factoryinspectionandtestingshallbeabletocertifythefollowing:(a)theequipmentsuppliedconformstotherelevanttechnicalconditionsandsafetyregulations;(b)safetydevicesandprotectivedevicesoperatecorrectly;C)reachtheguaranteevaluestipulatedinthesupplycontract;(d)meetotherspecialrequirementsasstipulatedinthesupplycontract.5.1.3inordertoensurethesmoothacceptanceoftheinspection,themanufacturerisresponsiblefortheinspectionandtest datainaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecontractcompleteandtimelysubmissiontothebuyer.Fortheimportantinspectionandtestitems,thebuyershallbeinvitedtoattendthemeetingandshallnotifythebuyer"srepresentativewithinthetimeprescribedbeforethetest.5.1.4inaccordancewiththestipulationsofthecontract,thebuyershallparticipateintheinspectionoftheequipment,andthemanufacturershallpresenttheitemsandmethodsandcriteriaforinspectionandtest,whichshallbeusedasthebasisfortheinspectionoftheequipmentafterconfirmationbythebuyer.5.2test5.2.1thepilotprojectbeforeleavingthefactoryshallinclude:A)visualinspection;B)performancetest;(c)functionaltest;D)powerchangetest;E)insulationtest;F)environmentalconditiontest;G)specialspecialtests. 5.2.2fieldtestprojectsshallinclude:A)adjustmentofmonomer(beforeinstallation);B)systemopenloopdebugging(noloadoperation,commissioning)duringpartialtestrun;C)systemdebugging(loadoperation,commissioningwithpowerplanthost);(d)assessmenttest(formalproductionstarts,assessmentperiodishalfayear).5.3acceptance5.3.1thebuyer"sparticipationintheplantacceptanceshallincludethefollowingmajorinstallations:A)boilerfurnacesafetymonitoringsystem(FSSS);B)boilersootblowingsystemcontroldevice;C)automaticignitiondeviceforboiler.5.3.2siteacceptanceitemsshallinclude:Forscatteredequipment:A)unpackingacceptance; B)visualinspection;C)performancetestacceptance.Acompletesetofequipment:A)unpackingacceptance;B)visualinspection;C)systemopenloopcommissioningandacceptance;D)systemcommissioningandacceptancewithload;(E)performanceappraisalacceptance.6technicaldocumentsanddrawings6.1theformalandeffectivetechnicaldocumentsanddrawingsprovidedbythedirectionbuyerandthedesigninstituteshallincludethefollowingcontents:-Boilerspecifications,includingboilerstructure,operationparameters,operationmode,technicalcharacteristics,thermalcalculationandinterlockprotectionrequirements,etc.;Supplylistofequipmentsuppliedbyboiler,protectionandcontroldevice(includingtype,specification,quantityandinstallationplaceofeachequipment); -BoilerGeneralplan;Burnerarrangementdrawing;-boilermainsteamwatersystemmeasuringpointlayout(includingnecessaryinstallationdrawing);-boilerhousesmokeairsystemmeasuringpointlayout(includingnecessaryinstallationdrawing);-boilerbodytemperature(includingmetalwalltemperature)measuringpointlayout(includingnecessaryinstallationdrawing);-boilerbodyblowingashcontrolsystem,afullsetofdrawingsandinstructions;-rotaryairpreheatercontrolsystem,fullsetofdrawingsandinstructions;-boilerignitioncontrolsystem,fullsetofdrawingsandinstructions;-installationplanofoscillatingburner,fluebaffle,twoairdoorandperipheraldamperactuator;-boilersafetydoorcontrolschematicandinstructions;Themanualofelectricdoorandactuator,includingelectricalwiringdiagram; -alarmofboilersteampressureandtemperature,waterlevel,pressureoffurnacechamberparameters,protectionactionvalue;-theinstructionsandprinciplesofvariousprogramcontroldevices,installationofwiringdiagrams;--valvecharacteristiccurvesofwatersupplyandwaterheater,andleakageflowundermaximumdifferentialpressure;-thestaticcharacteristicsoftheload,steamtemperature,waterinjection(orotheradjustments)attheoneortwosteamtemperature;Theratioofoneortwoairanditsstaticcharacteristicswithload;Characteristicsoffluegasdamper;-basicparametersofoneortwoandthreewinds:windrate,%,windspeed,m/s,windtemperature,temperature,resistance,Pa.Requirementsforanalogcontrolandboilerfurnacesafetymonitoringsystem(includingtextdescriptionandnecessarydrawings);-boileraccident,furnacestopconditionandtheoperationitemsthatshouldbecompletedwhentheaccidentisstopped;-protectionrequirementsforboilerauxiliaries; Thecurveofboilercoldandwarmstart(steamtemperature,steampressureandloadcurve);-boilertemperatureandthermalstartupparameters(drumwalltemperature,drumpressure,junctionboxtemperature,etc.);-therelevantinformationrequiredforperformancecalculations.6.2thetechnicaldocumentsanddrawingssuppliedbythesuppliertothebuyerandthedesigninstitutebeforetheequipmentisreleasedcannotreplacethepackingdataoftheequipment.Six3thecontentsofthepackingmaterialsshallmeettherequirementsoftheinstallation,commissioning,acceptance,operation,overhaulandmaintenanceofthecompletesupplyinspectionandcontrolequipment.7signs,packing,transportationandstorage7.1inspectionandcontrolequipmentsuppliedwiththebodyshallbeclassifiedandpackedaccordingtotherequirementsoftransportationandstorage.7.2withtheboilersupplytesting,controlequipmentinthepackaging,transportationandstorageprocessofthestateandreinforcementandfixedcomponents,shouldcomplywiththe provisionsoftheoriginalmanufacturer.7.3packagingofinspectionandcontrolequipmentshallbeguaranteedtobetransported,storedandinstalledwithoutdamage,dissipation,deformation,moistureandcorrosion.Forequipmentwithmoistureproofandwaterproofrequirements,thepackagesshallbeinaccordancewithGB5048andGB7350regulations.7.4eachpackageshouldhavethefollowingsigns:7.4.1transportationmarking:handlewithcare,nohookup,afraidoftheheat,andawayfromtheradiationsourceandheatsource,thuslifting,afraidofwet,centerofgravity,banrolls,stackingweightlimit,stackinglayerslimit,temperaturelimitof12kindsofthesign,andshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB191.7.4.2shippingmark:includingtheclassificationofgoods,thesigndeliverynumber,namespecifications,quantity,weight(grossandnetweight,volume,kg),(m)=length*width*height(m)(m),m3,productiondate,productionfactory,placeofreceipt,deliveryunits,andunitstransportnumberandshipmentnumber,shallcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB6388.7.5whenthecontrolpanelistransportedseparately,thepackingmarkshallconformtotherelevantregulationsoftherailway,highway,waterwayandairtransportation.7.6theinspectionandcontrolequipmentmustbeaccompaniedbythefollowingdocuments: 7.6.1packinglist,whichshouldbemarked:(a)productname,model,specificationandmanufacturer;B)packingqty;C)nameandquantityofaccessories,spareparts;D)dateofpacking.7.6.2factory"sexfactorycertificate,factorytestdata,installationinstructions.7.7aftertheequipmentarrivesatthescene,bothsidesofsupplyanddemandshallcheckandcheckthepackinglistaccordingtotheagreedoutofboxinspectionmethod.AppendixA(standardappendix)TechnicalspecificationsforboilerequipmenttobesuppliedbytheboilermanufacturertothedemanderA1evaporation:A1.1ratedevaporation,t/h,maximumcontinuousevaporation,t/h;A1.2reheatsteamt/h.
