课程总结这学期选了工程训练实践这门课使我们小组所有的成员都学会了很多。从确定课题内容,项目原理,图纸绘图,solidworks作图,加工,装配,修改,到最后的出成品。期间我们遇到了很多的问题,也正是从这些问题中,我们认识到了自己知识储备的匮乏。一、万事开头难项目刚开始我们便遇到了难题:不知道如何下手。对工程训练实践一无所知的我们,根本不知道我们要怎么做。习惯了高数,大物,电工电子的我们,总是期待有一套试卷,来告诉我们期末会考什么,我们应该怎么样去应对。然而现在一切都要靠我们去搜集、整理、分析资料,最后找到我们需要的东西。起步,很难。幸而,在尚老师精辟的指导下,我们克服了第一个难题。二、磨刀不误砍柴工接下来我们便开始设计原理,并绘图。新的问题又出现了:小组所有的成员都不会用solidworks。硬着头皮,我们观看教程,请教老师,在花费了一个星期的时间后,终于大家都能较为熟练地操作软件了。在之后的绘图过程中,几乎所有的绘图问题都能得以解决,作图的效率非常高,这使我们感到兴奋和自豪。学会solidworks对于一个机械设计的人来说,无疑是十分重要的。三、被遗忘的自我督促在如此高效率的工作下,我们工作的进展十分快,在第九周的时候零件图,装配图便都已绘制完毕。第十周,我们便开始加工。但后期,我们的工作便开始松懈,作为组长的我,对组员的督促也减少了,对此,我应该做出检讨。各位组员在加工的过程的态度不认真,这也要被批评。后果便是,我们的进度被其他的小组赶上而后又被超越。这时,我们才醒悟。被遗忘的自我督促重新被我们拾起,最后超高效率的装配都让我们看到了一个团队要想做好工作,自我督促是一个法宝。四、前行的指路人在工作中,受到的指导最多的来自尚老师,其次是孙老师。尚老师教会我们:自己要做什么,解决问题的办法是什么,为什么这么做。团队的合作不仅在于默契,还在于一种紧迫感,一种自我督促,这才能使团队的大船又快又稳地驶向前方。我们小组到最后才渐渐明白这些,让尚老师的期望跌了一个大跟头,我们万分汗颜,在下一次的工作中相信我们能做得更好。孙老师的平易近人和严谨的工作态度最使我们难忘。在整个加工的过程中,老师对我们组的上心,经常和我们小组沟通,在感动之余,无形中也带动了我们工作的积极性。还有其他的老师,顾老师,秦老师在加工过程中也帮助了我们许多。对老师们致以最真诚的谢意。最后,感触最深的是,我们都对我们的无知感到惭愧,经历过这次实践后才感觉到这个充满机械的世界是多么的复杂,却又那么的美妙。2012年6月28日F9组全体组员25
