'一、工程概况1、工程名称:首都博物馆新馆青铜幕墙工程2、工程地点:北京市长安街16号3、建设单位:首都博物馆新馆建设工程业主委员会本计算仅取室外铜板幕墙中的一块标准板及加强钢龙骨系统为计算对象,其中:一、铜板厚度:t=l.5mm;二、边界龙骨:40X20X2.5mm不锈钢槽;三、水平龙骨:40X30X2.5mm不锈钢槽;四、连接杆:圆钢管4)26X2mm;与钢板连接管<l)60X5mm(模拟连接槽钢)计算采用美国Ansys有限元分析软件进行整体分析。幕墙高度范围在+35.730至42.000m,铜板分格横向为水平,竖向成倾斜角度,整个板面幕墙成椭圆面倾斜安装。二、计算采用的基本荷载1、北京地区的基本风压值:按50年一遇Wo=0.45KN/m22、地面粗糙类别:C类3、根据《建筑结构荷载规范》作用在建筑物表面的平均风压标准值WK按下式计算:WK二PZuZuZW0BZ——振风系数,按《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2001表7.5.1确定。W0---基本风压值,wo二0.45K/m24、高度修正系数PZ
高度修正系数:UZ(按GB50009-2001规范)5、体形系数uS;计算直接承受风荷载的围护构件,由于没有风洞试验数据,铜面板计算按《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》JGJ102-2003取值:6、设计地震烈度:8度(近震)乙类抗震建筑7、结构自重:因为采用程序计算,可由电脑程序自动叠加。三、荷载计算荷载计算是按国家规范和行业规范和标准GB50009-2001和JGJ102-2003及GBJ17-88的有关规定进行的。1、幕墙围护构件的水平风荷载值(JGJ102-2003规范)计算公式:WK=PzuSuZW0W二1.4XWK高度(米)标准值(KN/m?)设计值(KN/m?)401.77X1.2X1.13X0.45=1.01.4其中:W0基木风压值W0二0.45KN/m2BZ阵风系数GB50009-2001规定.US体型系数uS=1.2(已考虑吸力)uZ高度修正系数,按GB50009-2001规范取用,uZ=l.13W风荷载的设计值(KN/m2)1.4风荷载的分项系数2、作用在幕墙围护构件上的水平地震力按常遇地震计算(近震),基本设计烈度7度计算

六、结论与说明以上方案计算,虽然取标准板块建模计算,但由于整个幕墙板块边界条件清楚,板块与板块之间的相互作用可以分别独立计算,因此采用分解计算不会产牛较大偏差。木计算模型在电子空间内为1:1的实际模拟尺寸,计算结果符合实际情况。通过计算并进行综合分析比较,认为该铜板幕墙安全、稳定,板内钢龙骨对整个板面体系起关键作用。铜板悬挂连接在构造和受力上可以满足规范要求,变形协调性理想。但应注意在连接杆件端头的板内局部应力集中问题,需要在节点处理上注意和改进,整个结构经计算认为是安全的。七、附图、数据表附图2:整体计算的标准板模型(2)
