'www.rbtmm.com浅谈SMA沥青路面施工碾压温度与气温的关系http://www.rbtmm.com/许金德(福建省龙岩市公路局,龙岩)摘要SMA路面施工过程中,其摊铺及碾压温度与当日的气温条件相关联,在保证路面施工质量前提下,通过施工记录,总结日气温与混合料摊铺及辗压的关系。1工程概况漳龙高速公路沥青路面施工起止桩号K60+000~K79+612.5,扣除隧道后施工长度为18.277km(不包括匝道)。路基段沥青面层结构:左幅为7cmACS20+6cmACS16(改性沥青)+5cmSMA13,右幅为7cmACS20+5cmACS16(改性沥青)+4cmSMA13,桥面及隧道段沥青面层结构为4cmACS13+4cmSMA10。其中路基段长14.253km,桥面3.806km,隧道0.218km。沥青路面设计采用旋转压实法制作试件,检测体积参数以最大理论密度作为空隙率控制依据。经室内试验按5%空隙率控制指标,允许误差在+1%范围。上面层施工时间2001年9月底至2002年元月。he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswiththedeployment,afewleadingcadrescomplainthatworkistoocomplicated,toomuchresponsibility,thepressureistoolarge,toomuchemphasisonthedifficultyofthework.Forexample,noncoalmine www.rbtmm.com2施工要求(1)设计推荐施工温度如下:   改性沥青加热温度:170~180oC;   集料加热温度:190~210oC;   混合料出料温度:180~190oC,最高200oC   混合料摊铺温度:170~185oC;   混合料碾压起始温度:165~180oC;   混合料碾压终结温度:≥135oC。(2)下卧层的处理。①在上面层SMA混合料摊铺之前,应用扫帚或其他方法彻底清除下卧层(Acs-16中面层)表面的泥土和杂物。②在下卧层表面上均匀洒布乳化改性沥青粘层,用量为0.25~0.45kg/m2。为保证SMA上面层与下卧层粘结良好,采用雾状均匀洒布,用量不得超过规定。待破乳后进行SMA上面层铺筑。一般情况下,下卧层处理在SMA面层铺筑前一天完成,对处理后的下卧层加强保护。he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswiththedeployment,afewleadingcadrescomplainthatworkistoocomplicated,toomuchresponsibility,thepressureistoolarge,toomuchemphasisonthedifficultyofthework.Forexample,noncoalmine www.rbtmm.com(3)拌和:采用西安M-3000型沥青混合料拌和设备。   (4)摊铺:用德国产ABG-423摊铺机全幅摊铺。   (5)碾压:2台英格索兰DD-130碾压6~8遍,1台BW161振动路机碾压2~3遍,进行找平。3施工过程中的温度控制该施工地段地处龙岩及漳州交界,施工时间为2001年9月~2002年1月,日气温变化较大,特别是石崆山隧道(龙岩端)与乌石山隧道(漳州端)之间与其它地段日气温相差5oC以上。施工过程中,在保证路面的压实度,平整度及外观无油斑、麻面前提下,随时掌握每日开始混合料出料时的温度,到达工地后的温度,摊铺时的温度及开始碾压时的温度。如果碾压发现出现油斑时立即通知降低(或升高)出料温度,控制碾压起始温度。经过多日观察及取芯试验,发现日气温与起始碾压温度有密切联系,日气温高碾压起始温度相对较低,通过每日施工观察记录,整理了施工中每日气温与起始碾压温度记录表(表6)。表6施工气温与碾压温度记录表日气温ºC碾压初始温度ºC芯样压实度%外观备注3216596.3少许油斑晴3116195.1平整阴3016295.1平整晴,有风2916195.4平整晴he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswiththedeployment,afewleadingcadrescomplainthatworkistoocomplicated,toomuchresponsibility,thepressureistoolarge,toomuchemphasisonthedifficultyofthework.Forexample,noncoalmine www.rbtmm.com817994.0平整晴617994.0平整晴3结果与建议(1)根据表6记录,绘制气温与碾压起始温度的坐标图,得出气温与碾压起始温度成线性反比关系。根据施工过程中的观察,气温越高碾压起始温度就较低,但混合料的起始碾压最高温度一般不超过175oC,最低温度应不低于160oC,否则将产生局部油斑或密实度达不到设计要求指标。该直线有关数据可代今后施工作业参考。(2)施工过程中需掌握如下几个事项:   ①气温较低时(约10~15oC),混合料摊铺过程中冷却较快,需边摊铺边碾压,才能保证碾压的初始温度。但由于压路机紧跟摊铺机,需注意压面衔接,以免产生平整度差的问题。气温低于10oC时,钻取芯样密实度较差,建议不予施工。   ②气温高于20oC时,应随时测定混合料的温度,待达到初始碾压温度时再进行碾压,否则宜出现油斑现象。一般气温较高还需控制出料温度,出料温度过高,等待时间较长。   ③在阴天或有风的情况下,摊铺初始碾压温度可适当提高2~3oC。隧道施工时由于空气较不流通,里面温度下降较慢,且混合料的热气散发不出,需降低2~3oC,有条件最好施工时配备通风机械,以保证施工人员的工作环境。he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswiththedeployment,afewleadingcadrescomplainthatworkistoocomplicated,toomuchresponsibility,thepressureistoolarge,toomuchemphasisonthedifficultyofthework.Forexample,noncoalmine'
