地下室整体排水板施工工法(附图丰富)

'地下室整体排水板施工工法中国建筑第八工程局有限公司大连三川建设集团股份有限公司王铁军白羽曹阳刘峰梁伟1.前言目前排水板主要在各种机场工程、高速公路、隧道工程、市政工程的软基处理及建筑工程中的地下室或车库顶板的绿化和屋顶花园等施工中应用很多；在建筑物地下室底板中也只是考虑防潮防渗水应用。现阶段我国地下防水工程中的一大难题是在底板或者外墙采用传统防水材料施工工艺时，一旦防水材料破损，地下水将在防水层和保护层间流动，渗漏水会从混凝土结构薄弱部位进入到建筑物中，即使在室内发现渗漏点，也很难确定实际发生破损的防水层位置，外墙渗水只能是哪里渗漏堵哪里，使得修补工作难以进行或者成本昂贵。为解决地下室外墙渗漏带来的不利影响难题，我公司成立了科技攻关小组，通过与业主、设计、监理单位协商分析如何确保地下室干燥环境，提出渗漏水以排为主的思路，结合工程实例，各施工过程总结经验，通过一系列技术措施，形成了一套技术上先进、经济上合理的完整的施工方法，取得很好的技术效益和经济效益、社会效益显著，极具推广应用价值。2.工法特点本工法主要是采用渗漏水以排为主的思路，把从地下室结构渗漏的地下水，通过采用墙面排水板与底板排水板相结合的方法，形成排水通路，将渗漏进的水进行疏导，最终排进地下室的集水坑。同时本工法具有以下特点：1．使用本工法加快施工进度，所需安装时间短，产品本身非常轻巧，易于搬运及安装，无论阴天雨天，只非技术工人即可进行施工；2．排水板支点抗压强度高，集防水、排水、保温、保护层等为一体；3．排水板边缘有卡槽可以搭接为整体，底部有支点形成四通八达的多层空间利于排水,排水功能强。4．本工法使用材料环保、节能。closeattentiontothedevelopmentofsafetyriskassessmentofthepark,theoverallplanningoftheparkinatimelymannertomakeadjustmentstoensurethattheParkHealthKangdevelopment.Third,wemustfurtherimplementtheresponsibility.Atthemeeting,everybodyintheclaimofthelistofissuesatthesametime,alsoclaimedtherespectiveresponsibilities.Hopetoattachgreatimportanceto,seriously,andresolutelypreventgoingthroughthemotions,topreventthesecuritycheckintheformalism,especiallyleadingcadreswillneverbeabletoputthemeeting,said,dispatch,checkedas"tasklanding",tostarestaringdeath,agraspintheend.Tofurtherstrengthenovertheworkofproductionsafetysupervisionandinspection,supervisionandguidanceofallenterprisestoeffectivelyimplementthemainresponsibilityofthehiddendangersrectification,andurgeenterprisestoimplementthehiddendangerinvestigationandrectificationresponsibilitycommitmentsystem,relyontheirownstrengthtocarryouthiddenself-examinationandselfcorrectionwork.fourth,itisnecessarytostrictliabilityaccountability.Seriouslyinvestigateanddealwithallkindsofaccidents,notonlytopursuetheresponsibilityofthepersonwhoisdirectlyresponsiblefortheaccident,butalsoheldinleadershipresponsibility,trulythereisaccountability,theremustbepunished,acheckintheend.Jipickupsupervisoryorgansmuchtoohiddendangerofaccidentbeforehandaccountabilityandriverresponsibleefforts,theresponsibility15
