摘要1.中英文摘要某厂房土建工程预算造价编制****(浙江海洋学院,东海科学技术学院,浙江,舟山,316000)摘要工程造价是指进行某项工程建设花费的全部费用,即该工程项目有计划地进行固定资产再生产、形成相应无形资产和铺底流动资金的一次性费用总和。显然,这一含义是从投资者——业主的角度来定义的。投资者选定一个项目后,就要通过项目评估进行决策,然后进行设计招标、工程招标,直到竣工验收等一系列投资管理活动。在投资活动中所支付的全部费用形成了固定资产和无形资产。所有这些开支就构成了工程造价。从这个意义上说,工程造价就是工程投资费用,建设项目工程造价就是建设项目固定资产投资。工程造价的控制职能表现在两方面:一方面是它对投资的控制,即在投资的各个阶段,根据对造价的多次性预算和评估,对造价进行全过程多层次的控制;另一方面,是对以承包商为代表的商品和劳务供应企业的成本控制。本文对某厂房进行编制预算,包括对工程费用计算、建筑工程预算、工料汇总、主要工日、主要材料、主要机械台班及工程量的计算进整理编制。[关键词]建设、工程造价、供电所、混凝土116
