第一章结构选型与布置1.1工程概况本毕业设计“镇江市某高校综合服务楼设计”为有实际工程应用需求的课题。其工程地点位于江苏省镇江市,抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.15g,设计地震分组为第一组。建筑场地长宽约54m×17m,建筑面积约5832m2,为三跨六层钢筋混凝土规则框架。根据勘察报告,工程场地Ⅱ类,采用柱下独立基础,建筑设计宜考虑电梯间。标准层平面及剖面简图见图1-1,1-2。1.2工程地质资料(1)经勘察查明,根据地层的沉积特点和物理力学特性自上而下共可划分为3层,各土层描述如下:①层:素填土,灰褐色,主要成分为粉质粘土。该层土场地普遍分布,约0.5m厚。②层:中密卵石。该层土场地普遍分布,约5.2m厚。③层:密卵石,该层土本次钻探未钻穿。(2)基础型式及持力层:本工程采用独立基础;基础持力层位于第3层密卵石,地基承载力特征值Fak=260KPa(3)本工程地下水埋深为10米左右,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构不具侵蚀性。(4)建筑场地类别:Ⅱ类(特征周期0.45s)。1.3荷载资料办公楼办公室楼面活荷载标准值:2.0kN/m2走廊楼面活荷载标准值:2.5kN/m2楼梯间活荷载标准值:3.5kN/m2不上人屋面活荷载标准值:0.7kN/m2雪荷载标准值:3.5kN/m2本工程不考虑风荷载影响。57 1.4建筑构造屋面:35厚490×490的C20预制钢筋混凝土架空板、防水层、20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平层,现浇钢筋混凝土屋面板、12厚纸筋石灰粉平顶;楼面:10厚1:2水泥砂浆面层压实抹光、15厚1:3水泥砂浆找平层、现浇钢筋混凝土楼面板、12厚纸筋石灰粉平顶;围护墙:采用200厚混凝土空心小砌块(容重2.36kN/m2),M5混合砂浆砌筑,双面粉刷(容重3.6kN/m2),每开间采用1500×1800通长塑钢窗。图1-1剖面简图57 故基底尺寸满足要求4、基础抗冲切验算①柱边冲切:h0=600-45=555,取560则V=442×0.3=132.6kN=0.7×1.0×1430×(0.25+0.56)*0.56=454kN>V,满足要求②底板冲切面则=0.7×1.0×1430×0.59=590.6kN>V,满足要求5、配筋计算Ⅰ-Ⅰ截面实配12@150,As=754mm2Ⅱ-Ⅱ截面实配12@200,As=565mm257
