工程桩质量监理实施细则1.监理工作内容工程桩监理工作内容：城市风景都市印象位于西安市南郊西安高新技术产业开发区内，科技路与唐兴路之间，西临丈八路，由中联西北建筑设计研究院设计。地基处理设计15号楼采用钢筋砼灌注桩。工程量为：229根，直径为600㎜，砼强度等级为：C452.监理工作方法为使本工程桩监理控制目标之实现，主要采用“质量重点事前控制”、“重点工序现场监理”和“工程问题积极协调”的方法，详细见下表。质量重点事前控制以政府法规、技术规范、设计图纸和施工合同为依据，对工程质量严格把关。控制分事先控制、过程控制和处理方式三个方面工程钢筋砼灌注桩事前控制在工程桩施工前既要对建筑公司提交的施工方案、技术措施、质保体系和管理制度等进行审核，审核通过后，准许工程开工；同时还要对用于工程的原材料、半成品、成品、设备的质量进行签证认可，未经监理工程师同意，不准用于正式工程，以免造成因措施不当、管理不善或材料设备质量不符要求而产生的质量问题过程控制上道工序未经监理工程师验收签证，下道工序不准施工。避免不合格的产品流入下道工序，造成既成事实而增加处理的难度。为使控制有效，监理方主要行使下列两项权限。1.当工程质量失控时，总监有权签发停工通知。2.工程桩施工单位及总包单位的“已完成工程量月报表”和“工程价款结帐单”须经总监签证认可，才能计入完成工程量，支付工程款处理方式55 监理单位在使用上述权限时应十分谨慎，如监理人员在现场检查，发现施工单位又不按图施工或不符合有关规范标准、规定进行操作时，一般先以口头形式或现场施工负责人提出，并要求纠正。如施工承包单位整改不力或不听从劝告时，监理工程师可签发监理通知单，书面通知整改。当问题性质严重时，总监认为必要才签发停工通知单，同时报送业主，凡涉及到延长工期或增加投资等重大问题须停工时，总监应报业主方关键工序现场监理监理单位对工程质量的监控，不应单纯是对施工操作进行监督和对产品最终进行检验，而是贯穿于图纸会审、方案讨论和施工全过程的追踪监理。在图纸会审方案讨论中，监理方要积极提出有利于提高质量、加快速度、降低成本的建议。在施工过程中，监理人员要深入现场，及时发现问题，提出改进意见，尽可能地使质量问题消灭在萌芽之中。发现质量问题时，监理单位应主动参加调查，协助施工承包单位认真分析原因，从中吸取教训，并参与研究补救措施，进行妥善处理。工程问题积极协调这是本工程监理要求的一个方面。由于工程各方因各自所处地位不一，肩负的责任各不相同，既有维护本方局部利益的一面，又有利益一致的另一面。因此监理方要站在维护业主利益的立场，运用横向制约机制，主动、热情地做好参与各方之间有关工程技术和质量的协调工作。经常地召开监理恳谈会或分部工程座谈会等会议，听取各方面意见，既沟通思想又提高监理技能。监理单位也可应邀参加施工单位召开的技术交底会或质量评估会，提出施工要求，帮助总结提高，还可以提供必要的咨询。总之，要争做有利于加强团结、提高质量、加快进度、降低成本的工作。3.质量控制依据本工程质量控制依据见下表。序号技术规定和要求（1）《建筑地基基础施工质量验收规范》（GB50202-2002）（2）《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》（GB50204-2002）（3）《建筑基坑支护规范》（GB50300-2003）（4）《建筑边坡工程技术规范》（GB50202-2002）（5）《钢筋焊接及验收规范》（GB50330-2002）（6）《建筑地基处理技术验收规范》（JGJ79-2002）（7）《建筑工程施工质量统一验收标准》（GB50300-2001）（8）《建筑和基桩检测技术规范》（JGJ106-2003）（9）《建筑桩基技术规范》（JGJ94-1999）55 （10）国家和本市有关工程建设的法律、法规、政策和有关规定（11）本工程的有关合同、文件4.本工程质量控制工作范围，见下表。桩型控制内容检查人钻孔灌注桩1.成孔质量检查2.清孔质量检查3.钢筋笼制作质量检查4.钢筋笼吊运安装质量检查5.混凝土拌制质量检查6.混凝土水下灌注质量检查7.成桩质量检查8.支撑支柱质量检查5.质量控制工作方式和内容本工程质量控制工作方式和内容，见下表。质量控制工作方式和内容质量控制工作方式1.工程总承包单位应对工程质量负全面责任，监理督促工程总承包单位加强质量保证体系，并监督其实施情况。施工总承包单位应采取切实可行的措施，保证钻孔灌注桩、深层水泥搅拌桩及支撑立柱等的施工质量。2.工程监理参加工程总承包单位对基坑围护结构施工单位的选定工作，审定其资质是否符合本工程要求。3.工程监理应以制定的质量控制要求为标准，实行钻孔灌注桩施工全过程跟踪监理及复查检测，工程监理应及时填写检测纪录即监理日志。4.施工单位必须按照钻孔灌注桩质量控制要求，对各工序质量严格控制，各工序按统一表格逐项检测填写并签字负责。同时应经监理方复检合格，工程监理值班负责人签字后方可进入下一道工序。5.监测单位应及时报告监测值，总包单位、分包单位、工程监理应及时掌握监测桩的受力情况，发现问题及时解决，确保工程桩的质量。55 6.在保证周围各类管线的安全，在基坑围护结构施工期间，监测单位应对周边管线进行监测。质量控制工作内容钻孔灌注桩准备阶段1.检查、督促总承包单位及分包单位施工管理制度及质量保证体系的建立、健全与实施。2.审核总承包单位提交的工程桩及基坑围护结构施工组织设计和施工进度计划成孔、清孔1.总承包单位、分包单位应对桩位中心位置、成孔直径、桩长、垂直度，桩底沉渣厚度逐个进行检查测定并记录，工程监理方进行抽检；2.参与处理成孔、清孔阶段质量不符合规范和要求的有关问题；钢筋笼制作安装1.总包单位、分包单位应对钢筋笼的成型、钢筋焊接质量、保护层、安装垂直度、标高及监测预埋件等逐个进行检查，确定是否符合质量控制要求，工程监理方进行检查；2.提出钢筋笼制作、吊运安装阶段质量不符合规范要求等有关问题的处理意见；3.钢筋电弧焊质量抽检；4.办理隐蔽签证验收手续混凝土拌制、水下灌注1.总包单位应向工程监理提供原材料合格证书与混凝土配合比；2.工程监理应视具体情况对拌制混凝土的原材料进行抽检；3.前面各工序需经工程监理检查合格并签字后，才能灌注混凝土；4.在钻孔灌注桩施工过程中，工程监理应对其实行全过程跟踪监理，并参与处理施工过程中发生的问题6.质量控制要求6.1钻孔灌注桩施工质量控制要求钻孔灌注桩施工质量控制要求，见下表。钻孔灌注桩施工质量控制要求准备阶段钻孔灌注桩施工前，数量不少于两个，以便核对地质资料，检验所选的设备，施工工艺及技术要求是否适宜，如测得的孔径、垂直度、孔壁稳定和回淤厚度等监测指标不符合设计要求，应采取补救技术措施或重新考虑施工工艺55 成孔质量1.埋设护筒，护筒底口埋进厚土深度不应小于0.2m，筒心与桩位中心应重合，主体偏差不大于20mm；2.成孔过程中采取措施防塌、防斜，成孔深度必须符合设计要求，孔身允许偏差为0--+300mm，垂直度允许偏差小于H1/100；3.桩径允许偏差在0—20d（工程桩），-0.05d—0.10d（围护桩）；4.终孔要经总承包方、工程监理检查后方可进行下一道工序施工清孔质量1.清孔后，沉渣厚度严禁大于300mm;2.钢筋笼放入孔内后，应进行第二次清孔，测得的回淤厚度应小于10cm(承重桩)，（围护桩）钢筋笼制作质量1.主筋材质应符合设计要求，总承包方应向工程监理方提供合格证和复检验单；2.钢筋笼制作过程中，几何尺寸应符合设计要求，几何尺寸允许偏差为：主筋间距±10mm箍筋间距±20mm直径±10mm长度±10mm主筋间距±100mm3.箍筋与主筋之间一半以上的点应采用焊接，主筋接头错开，同一截面接头数目不多于主筋根数的50%；4.根据监测方案，作好监测体的埋设钢筋笼安装1.钢筋笼在制作、吊运安装过程中应采取措施，防止变形，并设置保护层垫块；2.吊装入孔时要轻起轻落，不得强行压入，要居中下放，保证垂直度和保护层厚度；3.钢筋笼顶面达到设计标高后，将吊筋上端固定在孔口护筒上，防止钢筋笼上浮混凝土拌制质量1.拌制混凝土的原材料应符合有关标准要求，水泥应有出厂证明和复验单；2.拌制混凝土应符合设计配合比要求；3.混凝土强度必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定；4.混凝土应进行试配、初凝时间不小于3小时并应大于灌注时间，必要时可加缓凝剂，缓凝时间由实验确定55 混凝土水下灌注质量1.进行第二次清孔后，在测得回淤厚度符合规定后半小时必须灌注混凝土；2.灌注混凝土要连续进行，尽量缩短灌注时间，其适宜的灌注时间为2—3h，最多不能超过混凝土的初凝时间；3.灌注过程中，应随时注意观察导管内混凝土和孔内水位升降情况，及时检测孔内混凝土面高度。随着孔内混凝土面的上升，及时提升和分段拆除上端导管；5.在灌注完成后，应缓慢拔出导管；6.对于每一根桩。承建方都应留置一组混凝土试块。必要时，工程监理方可指令施工单位增加试块数量，试块应及时按桩位编号并按标准条件养护28d，由承建方负责按时进行试压并将试压结果归档，以备工程监理方检查；7.相邻两桩施工距离应大于4d或邻桩混凝土强度应达到50%，以防引起串孔、塌孔或断桩成桩质量1.在桩顶设计标高处，桩位允许偏差小于d/6且不大于200mm；2.灌注桩凿去浮浆后的桩顶混凝土强度等级必须符合设计要求7.安全施工7.1督促总承包单位每日定期、不定期组织进行安全检查，检查安全隐患，杜绝安全事故发生；7.2督促总承包单位安全负责人落实具体安全措施；7.3工程协调会应对现场安全管理进行专题讨论;7.4督促总承包单位建立和完善安全施工管理制度，组织安全文明施工；7.5督促总承包单位落实现场施工安全保证体系。55
