造纸厂废水处理工艺设计(附外文翻译)

'xxxx市造纸厂废水处理工艺摘要制浆造纸过程中的许多工艺环节都有废水的产生,这些废水不仅对环境有危害,同时也大大提高了成本。为了解决这些问题,寻求一种合理的治理方法显得尤为重要。本设计针对xxxx造纸厂废水的情况,按照国家和环保部门的要求,需要对该厂产生的污水进行处理。由资料知纸厂生产过程中产生的废水COD为1400mg/l,BOD为500mg/l,SS为1000mg/l。结合相关资料中造纸废水处理方法及工艺,根据废纸制浆造纸废水特点,以及污水排放标准,本厂废水处理方案确定为微孔筛网过滤-物化预处理-生化法。通过筛网,气浮去除大部分的SS,再经水解酸化将废水中难降解的有机物转化成可降解的有机物,之后的接触氧化法结合了活性污泥和生物膜的优点,提高了处理效率。关键词:造纸废水;处理方法;接触氧化法;气浮法 言有效应用各种废水处理技术,将其有机结合起来,形成一套完备的处理工艺是解决废水污染问题的关键。目前,在国家大力推进节能减排工作的环保形势下,针对废水污染问题,有关部门研发了废纸造纸废水“零排放”处理工艺。这样不仅提高了效率也节省了运行的成本。按照国家和环保部门的要求,该厂产生的污水进行处理后进行排放。本次设计主要包括:造纸废水处理工艺流程选择;工艺流程设计计算;工艺设计经济分析;计算书及说明书的编制;图纸的绘制等。根据毕业设计的特点,方案论证阶段主要进行方案的技术比较(如处理效果、技术合理性和技术先进性),也可适当进行经济比较(如构筑物容积、占地面积、药剂消耗和运行管理复杂程度等)。整个毕业设计应达到初步设计的要求。6 第一章绪论1.1造纸工业废水的产生1.1.1备料过程中的废水以木材为原料的造纸厂,备料废水主要包括洗涤水以及湿法剥皮机排出水。废水中主要含有树皮,泥砂,木屑以及木材中的水溶性物质包括果胶,多糖,胶质及单宁等。不同的制浆方法,对木片大小及厚度要求不相同,备料废水量及水质也不相同。以稻草或麦草为原料的造纸厂,在备料时为防止草屑与尘土造成大气污染,一般都要设除尘设施,除尘器水封几除尘器排除灰尘的洗涤都要产生废水,废水中除含有悬浮固体外,还含有一定量草屑中的可溶性物质。1.1.2蒸煮废水植物纤维原料经化学蒸煮后,一般可得50%-80%的纸浆,其余的20%-50%的物质溶于蒸二者煮液中。蒸煮结束时,提取蒸煮液。在减法制浆中,此液呈黑色,故称“黑液”;而在酸法制浆中,此液呈红色,故称为“红液”。均为制浆废液。主要成分为木素,糖类,及蒸煮所用的化学药剂。1.1.3污冷凝水化学法制浆过程中,蒸煮锅放汽和放锅排出的蒸汽,经直接接触冷凝器或表面冷凝器冷却产生是污冷凝水,主要含有甲醇,乙醇,丙酮,丁酮及糠醛等污染物;硫酸盐法制浆过程,还有硫化氢及有机硫化物。制浆纤维原料是针叶木时,冷凝液表面还会漂有一层松节油。6 黑液与红液的化学品与热能回收之前,蒸发浓缩过程中产生的污冷凝水是浆厂污冷凝水的另一来源。1.1.4机械浆及化学机械浆废水1.1.5洗浆,筛选废水洗浆过程中,设备的跑,冒,滴,漏和洗浆机及相关的贮槽洗水是洗浆废水的主要来源浆料经洗涤提取蒸煮液后,再经筛选,去除其中杂质。其实,不管是化学法,机械法,还是化学机械法所得粗浆中都会含有生片,木节,粗纤维及非纤维素细胞,甚至还有沙砾,金属屑等,因此都要进行筛选和净化。这一工艺环节需要大量的水,而且筛选后还要浓缩排水,它们是筛选废水的主要来源。1.1.6废纸回用过程中产生的废水废纸经过,碎解-净化-筛选-浓缩等几个阶段才能制成纸浆。一般用水力碎浆机,碎解废纸,再经疏解机将小纸片疏解分散,然后进入净化,筛选机浓缩工序。废水脱墨要使用化学药品,还要用洗涤法或用浮选法洗除纸浆中的油墨粒子。1.1.7漂白废水漂白废水分两类:一类是以氧化漂白剂破坏木素及有色物质是结构,使其溶解,从而提高纸纯度与白度;另一类是以漂白剂改变有色物质分子上是发色基的结构,使其脱色,但不涉及纤维组分损失。1.1.8造纸废水6 废纸造纸以废板纸、废报纸、废书刊纸等为主要原料,生产多种规格的白板纸、箱板纸、瓦楞纸等产品。生产工艺根据产品不同有一定的差异,废水排放主要来源于筛选、浓缩及纸机白水等工序,当有脱墨工艺时,排出脱墨废水。1.2造纸废水基本处理方法1.2.1气浮或沉淀法采用气浮或沉淀方法,通过投加混凝剂,可去除绝大部分SS,同时去除大部分非溶解性COD及部分溶解性COD和BOD5。其典型的处理工艺流程如下:废水→筛网→集水池→气浮或沉淀→排放气浮和沉淀均为物化处理方法,处理效果与选用的设备、工艺参数、混凝剂等有关,其COD去除率一般高于制浆中段水的COD去除率,通常能达到70%~85%。对吨纸废水排放量>150m3、浓度较低的中小型废纸造纸企业,通过气浮或沉淀处理,出水水质指标可达到或接近国家排放标准。气浮和沉淀法各自的优缺点比较见下表:表1.1气浮与沉淀法比较处理方法优点缺点气浮1.处理效果稳定、可靠2.占地面积小3.污泥量少,易于脱水4.土建费用低1.设备费用较高2.运行电耗略高沉淀1.处理方法成熟、稳定2.电耗较低3.操作较简单1.占地较大2.污泥需经浓缩后脱水最近几年来,在气浮法中高效浅层气浮异军突起。高效浅层气浮具有水力停留时间短(<5min)、池体水深浅(仅500mm6 )、处理效果好等优点。它应用浅池理论和“零速度”原理,彻底改变了传统推流式气浮池的进出水及污泥分离方式,废水在气浮池中处于相对静止状态,微气泡吸附污泥后可垂直向上浮起,固形物上浮速度为4~10cm/min,可在短时间内获得优质出水,其SS、COD去除率可略高于沉淀法,对中型规模的废水处理有其一定的优越性。1.2.2物化与生化处理相结合对于吨纸废水排放量较低、废水含COD较高的大中型废纸造纸企业,期望通过单级气浮或沉淀的物化方法达到国家一级排放标准有较大的难度,因为可溶性COD、BOD5主要需通过生化方法才能有效去除。一般,当执行COD≤100mg/L的排放标准时,原水COD浓度不宜超过600~800mg/L;当执行COD≤150mg/L的排放标准时,原COD浓度不宜超过800~1000mg/L。因此,在原水SS和COD浓度较高时,应在一级物化处理之后接生化方法处理,使处理出水最终达到国家排放标准的要求。物化加生化处理方法的典型工艺流程如下:虽然无污泥膨  废水→筛网→调节→沉淀或气浮→A/O或接触氧化→二沉池→排放A/O(缺氧—好氧)处理工艺,通过缺氧段的微生物选择作用,只是对有机物进行吸附,吸附在微生物体的有机物则在好氧段被氧化分解。因此A段停留时间短,约在40~60min。由于A段微生物的筛选和对有机物的吸附作用,能有效地抑制O段丝状菌生长,控制污泥膨胀。当废水经过混凝沉淀或气浮处理后,A/O工艺的有机负荷为0.5kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)时,其COD去除率可达90%左右。例如宁波中华纸业有限公司的废纸造纸废水的COD在1500~3000mg/L,经混凝沉淀加A/O生化法处理,出水COD为60~100mg/L,各项指标均达到国家排放标准的要求。6 生物接触氧化法具有挂膜快、无污泥回流系统、无污泥膨胀危害、日常运行管理容易等优点,在中小型有机废水处理中应用较多。例如宁波八方集团造纸厂1×104t/d黄板纸生产废水,采用气浮加生物接触氧化法处理工艺,取得了良好的效果,各项指标均达到国家一级排放标准。但是在相同条件下,接触氧化法处理效果不如活性污泥法,但在二沉池需要更低的表面负荷,而且填料的定期更换问题也应引起重视。1.3xxxx造纸厂相关资料1.3.1水量、水质资料污水厂进水水量为8000m3/d,进水出水质见下表。表1.2进、出水水质情况(除pH外,单位mg/L)单位:mg/LCODcrBOD5SSpH进水140050010007-8出水10030706-91.3.2地质资料造纸厂当地海拔1300米,年降雨量250~400㎜,年平均气温8.5℃,主导风向为西北风1.3.3用地资料厂区地质情况基本满足水厂建设要求,地质较均匀,不良地质现象不发育。1.3.4出水去向排入二级污水处理厂城镇下水道。6 第二章处理工艺确定2.1概述造纸过程中的废水主要来自打浆,纸机前筛选和抄造等工序。造纸机在生产过程中纸料网上流动时,浆料中添加的辅助化学品和助剂一部分保留在浆料中,另一部分则随着用于悬浮纤维的水流向网下。从网上纸料中脱除的水称为白水。白水含有纤维碎屑,小纤维,颜料,半纤维,淀粉及染料。半纤维素主要形成废水的COD及BOD5;次要形成SS;油墨、染料等主要形成色度及COD。这些污染物综合反映出废水的SS、COD指标均较高。厌氧法可处理有机物浓度较高的废水,节省能源并能副产甲烷,可回收能源,剩余污泥量较少,因此,在造纸废水处理中应用较多。好氧生物处理是造纸废水处理中应用最广泛的方法,如活性污泥法、深井曝气法、SBR、接触氧化法等应用较为普遍。但由於造纸废水处理难度大,排放标准日趋严格,单靠一种方法很难达到排放要求,因此,在工程中常用组合处理工艺,如厌氧――好氧生物处理工艺、酸化水解――好氧生物处理工艺、深井曝气――SBR处理工艺、生物处理――物化处理工艺等。对一些浓度高、对生物具有抑制作用的废水,采用湿式空气氧化法(WAO)是行之有效的,其原理是将溶于水或悬浮於水中的有机物,在高温高压下用空气进行氧化,大幅度降低化学耗氧量。湿式空气氧化法温度为150-300度,压力为1.5-15MP,并加入合适的催化剂,用此方法处理难以用生化法处理的硝基苯废水可以获得良好效果,但投资和运行费用很高。13 治理总是被动的,应从改革生产工艺着手推行清洁生产,从源头减少污染物排放才是最根本和最有效的途径。2.2工艺比较通过实际调查和查询各种资料,目前造纸废水的处理主要采用以下几种工艺:厌氧――好氧处理工艺;SBR处理工艺;两极深井曝气(AB)处理工艺;UASB+生物接触氧化处理工艺;酸化水解――好氧处理工艺。各处理工艺简介和比较:2.2.1SBR工艺的主要特点是:⑴工艺流程简单,造价低。调节池容积小或可不设调节池。不设二沉池。⑵投资省,比普通活性污泥工艺基建省30%以上。⑶反应过程基质浓度梯度大,反应推动力大,处理效率高。⑷耐有机负荷和有毒负荷冲击能力强,运行方式灵活,静止沉淀,出水水质好。⑸厌氧、缺氧和好氧交替发生,泥龄短且活性高,同时脱氮、除磷。⑹对进水水质、水量的波动具有较好的适应性。但SBR工艺运行管理难度大,运行费用高,需有专业人员操作管理,还需经常检测水质情况,不适用工矿企业的污水处理站。2.2.2深井曝气工艺深井曝气工艺的实际装置直径为1.0—6.0m,深度为50—150m。由于水深很大,可以促进氧的传递速率,从而提高了曝气池处理污水的负荷,使微生物能够降解大分子的有机物。另外,深井曝气可以大大减少占地面积,适用于大城市污水处理厂的建造。但由于池深太大,施工非常困难,而且,还要考虑渗透污染地下水的问题。13 2.2.3AB工艺的性能特点AB工艺是目前运用比较广泛的工艺,它具有以下优点:⑴处理效果好,出水水质高。⑵出水水质波动小,耐冲击负荷能力强。⑶脱氮除磷效果好。但AB工艺的流程比较复杂,设有两个曝气池,两个二沉池,基建投资比较高。据近几年的研究表明,AB工艺只适合处理高BOD的污水,而对于我国目前46%以上的污水处理厂BOD小于200mg/l,而氨氮在25—50之间的污水处理现状来说一般不宜采用AB工艺,不如采用一段A-O工艺可能更加经济实用。2.2.4厌氧—好氧工艺前已说明厌氧—好氧工艺的优点,而且在BOD低的情况下一段A-O工艺更经济使用一些。但厌氧—好氧工艺也面临着被新工艺冲击的威胁,因为:⑴厌氧反应器构造复杂、占地面积大,需加填料、需投养料,投资高。⑵停留时间长,降解速度慢,对环境敏感。因此,传统的厌氧工艺已不适合当代废水处理的需要。2.2.5酸化水解—好氧工艺前面说明酸化水解—好氧两段式生物处理工艺具有了厌氧—好氧工艺的优点,可以达到厌氧—13 好氧工艺的处理效果,而且它避开了厌氧过程中对环境条件敏感、降解速度慢、消耗时间长的产甲烷阶段,摒弃了大容积的控制条件严格的厌氧反应器,只在生物反应池前端隔离出水解阶段,在水解酸化过程中,将难降解的大分子有机物质水解酸化为小分子有机物,提高了废水的可生物降解性,减轻了后续处理的有机负荷,从而减少了供氧量,使好氧处理的溶解氧量减少了30%。酸化水解—好氧工艺具有以下特点:⑴工艺流程简单,运行管理容易,占地小,投资少。⑵产生的活性污泥沉淀性很好,含水率低,可部分抑制丝状菌的繁殖,不易产生污泥膨胀。2.2.6UASB反应器具有厌氧消化效率高、结构简单等优点。UASB能否高效和稳定运行的关键在于反应器内能否形成微生物适宜、产甲烷活性高、沉降性能良好的颗粒污泥。但在采用UASB法处理庆大霉素、金霉素、卡那霉素、洁霉素、谷氨酸、维生素B12等制药生产废水时,通常要求SS含量不能过高。以保证COD去除率可在85﹪-90﹪以上。二级串联UASB的COD去除率可达到90﹪以上。采用加压上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)处理废水时,氧浓度显著升高,加快了基质降解速率,提高了处理效果,如采用UASB处理贝塔美松等制药废水。UASB主要特点在于无载体,主要由反应区、沉淀区、气室三部分组成。反应区包括底部高浓度的污泥床和污泥床上部浓度较低的悬浮污泥层;反应区上部设置三相分离器。三相分离器的主要作用是将反应过程中产生的气体、污泥固体以及处理废水加以分离,将沼气引入气室、将固体导入反应区,将处理水引入出水区。厌氧污泥床的混合采用进水冲击以及反应产生的沼气搅拌进行,一般采用多点进水。综述UASB特点:13 ⑴污泥浓度高,平均为30-40g/L;⑵有机负荷高,水力停留时间小,中温消化;⑶设置三相分离器,无污泥回流设备;⑷无混合搅拌设备;⑸无载体,避免堵塞等问题,也减少造价;⑹反应器存在短流,影响处理能力;⑺难以适应高悬浮物含量污水;⑻运行启动时间长,对水质与负荷突然变化较敏感。2.3方案确定造纸废水处理主要污染物COD、BOD、SS,而COD、BOD、SS主要是纤维在生产过程中分解而引起的,也可以说是由SS引起的,废纸制浆造纸工艺更突出。废水中的悬浮物主要是长纤维、短纤维、填料及少量的杂细胞组成。根据废纸制浆造纸废水这一特点,以及污水排放标准,本厂废水处理方案确定为微孔筛网过滤-物化预处理-生化法。处理工艺中主要采用物化与生化处理相结合的方法,针对废水水质及回用水质要求,对废水进行分级处理。利用微孔水力筛过滤废水回收可利用的纸纤维。经一级气浮装置去除悬浮物后,部分废水(3000m3/d)即回用到制浆工序中,剩余废水(5000m313 /d)通过自流送至生物接触氧化池,接触氧化池内设置曝气系统和组合填料,利用填料上的微生物去除废水中的有机物、氨氮、色度等,生物接触氧化池的出水自流进入二次混凝气浮装置,废水在气浮前部设置管道混合器,与药剂充分混合、反应后在气浮池内进行上浮分离,出水通过出水管收集自流进入清水池,清水水质保证达到国家污水排放一级标准要求及造纸抄纸生产用水标准的需要。气浮的污泥排入污泥储存池。污泥储存池的污泥定期送入泥脱水装置进行脱水,脱水污泥外运处置。处理出水排入清水池供回用,多余清水排放。初沉调节池提升泵房接触氧化池二沉池污泥浓缩池离心脱水机鼓风机房泥饼外运筛网气浮池污泥提升泵房水解酸化池池图2.1工艺流程图此造纸废水处理工艺的特点是:(1)将气浮池放在生化法的前面,先去除了大部分的悬浮有机物,后续生化法的负荷大大降低了.(2)使用水解(酸化)法将难降解有机物降解为易降解的有机物,提高废水的可生化性。(3)由于水解池出水水质已有改善,且出水要求不高,采用高负荷活性污泥法,占地面积小,曝气时间短,运行费用低。(4)污泥处理选用离心脱水机,占地面积小,运行稳定,管理方便。各构筑物的处理效率13 第三章筛网3.1筛网的设计说明造纸废水中含有的细小纤维,不能被格栅截留也难于通过沉淀去除,它们会缠住水泵叶轮,堵塞填料。这种呈悬浮状的细纤维可用筛网或捞毛机去除。筛网或捞毛机可有效的去除和回收废水中的羊毛,棉及化学纤维杂质,具有简单,高效,不加化学药剂,运行费低,占地面积小及维修方便等优点。3.2具体设计筛网通常用金属丝或化学纤维编制而成,有转鼓式,转盘式,振动式,回转帘带式和固定式倾斜筛多种形式。筛孔尺寸可根据需要,一般为0.15~1.0mm。设计参数设计流量Q=8000m3/d=333.33m3/h=0.093m3/s机型选取选用HS120型水力筛三台(两用一备)其性能如表所示表3.1HS120型水力筛规格性能处理水量(m3/h)筛隙(mm)设备空重(Kg)设备运行重量(Kg)1500.8540225015 第四章调节池设计4.1调节池设计说明废水水量和水质的均衡调节。由生产装置排出的工业废水,其水量和水质随生产过程而变化,有连续均匀的,有不均匀的,也有间歇的。水质、水量调查,就是确定废水水量和水质随时间的变化规律。通常对于连续稳定生产过程,其排放废水的水量和水质也较均匀稳定,可进行24h的调查,而对于非连续稳定的生产过程,调查时间不得少于1个完整的操作周期。均衡调节的目的,就是解决进水水量、水质的变化和废水处理装置稳定的处理能力、出水达到稳定水质间的矛盾。均衡调节包括水量均衡和水质均衡。4.2调节池的几种形式(1)水槽沿对角线方向设置,废水由左右两侧进入池内后,经过不同的时间才流出水槽,使水槽中的废水是在不同的时间内流进来的,就是说浓度都是不相同的,这样就达到自动调节的目的,为了防止废水在池内短路,可以在池内设置若干纵向隔板,废水中的悬浮物会在池内沉淀,可设沉渣斗,通过排泥管定期排出池外,如果调节池的溶积很大,需要设置的沉渣斗过多,管理太麻烦,可考虑将调节池做成半底,用压缩空气搅拌废水,以防止沉淀,调节池的有效水深采取1.5-2m,纵向隔板间距为1-1.5m。(2)池内设置许多折流短墙,使废水在池内来回折流,配水槽设在调节池上,通过许多孔口溢流,投配到调节池的前后各个位置内,使废水在池内得到混合、均衡,调节池的起端入流量可控制在1/3—19 1/4流量,剩余的流量可通过其他各投配口等量投入到池内。(3)池子由两个或三个池子组成,池内装设空气管道,每池间歇独立运行,轮流倒用,第一池充满水后,水流入第二池,第一池内的水用空气搅拌均匀后,用泵抽升到后续构筑物,抽空再循抽第二池的水,这种池基建费用很大。(4)用堰顶溢流出入,则这种形式的调节池只调节水质的变化,而不能调节水量的变化,如后续处理设备要求处理水量均匀,则需使调节池内的水位能自由波动,以便贮存,补充短缺,在采取重力自流的情况下,要求调节池内的最低水位超过后续处理构筑物的最后水位,出水采用浮子定量设备。4.3调节池具体设计计算图4.1调节池示意图调节池容积计算设计流量Q=8000m3/d=333.33m3/h=0.093m3/s;取调节池停留时间T=8.0h取调节池停留时间为8h,则调节池容积为所需调节池有效容积19 V=QT=333.33×8=2666.6m3V=QT=8000×8/24=2666.7m3调节池水面面积调节池有效水深取6.0米,超高0.5米,则取调节池宽度为15m,取宽B=15m,则长L=A/B=30m设两座4.4泵站考虑本设计地理条件,泵站位于调节池前,使污水能够进行一次提升。泵的选型是泵站设计的关键,泵的选型选用ZW型自吸式无堵塞排污泵(又称污水提升泵)。ZW系列排污泵时在消化吸收国外同类产品先进技术的基础上研制成功的,具有高效、防缠绕、无堵塞、自动耦合,高可靠性和自动控制等优点,在排送固体颗粒和长纤维垃圾方面具有独特功能。ZW系列排污泵结构紧凑,并设置了各种状态显示,保护装置,使得泵运行安全可靠。ZW系列排污泵主要用于市政工程、工业、医院、建筑、宾馆、饭店等行业,用于排送带固体及各种长纤维的淤泥,废水,城市生活污水。(包括有腐蚀性、侵蚀性介质的场合)。19 ZW系列排污泵体积小,结构紧凑。效率高,可以根据用户要求进行水位自动控制,并备有自动保护装置及控制柜。设筛网前水位为-3.8m。筛网的水力损失为0.02m,则筛网后水位为-3.82m.由高程计算得知,从筛网间到初沉调节池的总阻力损失为.则调节池水位为-4.02-0.23=-4.25m,即需要提升的最高水位为4.68m,故h3=4.68-(-4.25)=8.93m。取0.5m的自由水头,则水泵的扬程为:H=8.93+0.5=9.43m泵的选择主要考虑占地面积小,不堵塞等方面,综合以上因素考虑,污水提升泵房选用50ZW10-205型,两用一备。规格如下:出水口直径200mm流量250m3/h扬程15m19 第五章气浮池5.1气浮池设计说明气浮法是一种有效的固-液和液-液分离方法,常用于对那些颗粒密度接近或小于水的细小颗粒的分离。水和废水的气浮法处理技术是在水中形成微小气泡形式,使微小气泡与水中悬浮颗粒黏附,形成水-气-颗粒三相混合体系,颗粒黏附上气泡后,形成表观密度小于水的漂浮絮体,絮体上浮至水面,形成浮渣层被刮除,以此实现固液分离。气浮法处理工艺必须满足下述基本条件:①必须向水中提供足够量的细微气泡;②必须使废水中污染物质能形成悬浮状态:③必须使气泡与悬浮的物质产生黏附作用。有了上述三个基本条件,才能完成气浮处理过程达到污染物质从水中去除的目的。采用的气浮设备按水中产生气泡的方式的不同可分为布气气浮设备,溶气气浮设备和电气浮设备等多种类型。加压容气气浮设备是目前应用最广泛的一种气浮设备。5.1.1加压溶气气浮法工艺流程空气在加压条件下溶于水中,再使压力降至常压,把溶解得过饱和空气以微气泡的形式释放出来。加压溶气气浮工艺由空气饱和设备,空气释放设备和气浮池等组成。其基本工艺流程有全溶气流程,部分溶气流程和回流加压溶气流程三种。回流加压气浮设备是将澄清液经过泵加压到(3-4)×10570 Pa,由泵出水管段引入空气后,送往压力容器罐,使空气充分溶于水中,然后经过释放器后与原水混合进入浮上池进行气浮分离。在压力释放器中,加压溶气水压力降至常压,溶于水中的空气以微细的小气泡形式释放出来与悬浮物相粘附,并上浮至水面,浮渣用设在表面的刮渣装置刮除,澄清水由浮上分离池底部的集水系统引出。对于xxxx造纸厂来说,选择回流溶气系统工艺流程是最佳选择,本设计即采用这种溶气方式。图5.1回流溶气系统工艺流程5.1.2加压溶气气浮法的特点加压溶气气浮法与电解气浮法和散气气浮法相比具有一下的特点。⑴水中的空气溶解度大,能提供足够的微气泡,可满足不同要求的固液分离,确保取出效果。⑵经减压释放后产生的微泡粒径(20——100um),粒径均匀,微气泡在气浮池中上升速度很慢,对池水扰动较小,特别适用于絮凝体松散细小的固体分离。70 第六章水解酸化池6.1水解酸化池的设计说明水解酸化主要用于有机物浓度较高、SS较高的污水处理工艺,是一个比较重要的工艺。如果后级接入UASB工艺,可以大大提高UASB的容积负荷,提高去除效率。水中有机物为复杂结构时,水解酸化菌利用H2O电离的H+和-OH将有机物分子中的C-C打开,一端加入H+,一端加入-OH,可以将长链水解为短链、支链成直链、环状结构成直链或支链,提高污水的可生化性。水中SS高时,水解菌通过胞外粘膜将其捕捉,用外酶水解成分子断片再进入胞内代谢,不完全的代谢可以使SS成为溶解性有机物,出水就变的清澈了。这其间水解菌是利用了水解断键的有机物中共价键能量完成了生命的活动形式。但是COD在表象上是不一定有变化的,这要根据你在设计时选择的参数和污水中有机物的性质共同确定的,长期的运行控制可以让菌种产生诱导酶定向处理有机物,这也就是调试阶段工艺控制好以后,处理效果会逐步提高的原因之一。水解工艺并不是简单的,设计时要考虑污水中有机物的性质,确定水解的工艺设计,水解停留时间、搅拌方式、循环方式、污泥回流方式、设计负荷、出水酸化度、污泥消解能力、后级配套工艺(UASB或接触氧化)。6.2水解酸化池设计计算6.2.1水解酸化池尺寸计算设计水量为Q=8000m3/d,废水停留时间为t=5h。则水解酸化池容积为:70 式中:Q——处理水量,m3;t——污水停留时间,h。反应池面积:取150式中:H——填料高度,3。本设计设水解酸化池两座,单池的面积为75。反应池深度:式中:H——填料高度,3;h1——超高,0.5;h2——填料上部稳定水深,0.5;h3——填料距池底的高度,1.0。6.2.2布水系统本设计采用导流廊道,设进水流速为1m/s,进水管从池底部进。用DN200的无缝钢管。6.2.3出水系统水解酸化池与接触氧化池之间采用穿孔花墙布水。穿孔墙上的孔口流速采用0.1m/s,则孔口总面积为0.11574m2,每个孔口尺寸为10cm×5cm,孔口数为23个。墙的总长为12.5m,则每口之间的距离约为0.5m。70 6.2.4污泥产量的计算厌氧生物处理污泥产量取r=0.08kgVSS/kgCOD,进水COD=680mg/L。污泥量的计算:污泥含水率为98%,当含水率大于95%时取密度为1000kg/m3。据VSS/SS=0.8得:污泥产量:污泥龄:排泥管采用DN=200mm的穿孔管排泥,安装在距池底0.1m处。70 第七章生物接触氧化池7.1生物接触氧化池设计说明生物接触氧化法在国内的污水处理领域,特别在有机工业废水生物处理、小型生活污水处理中得到广泛应用,成为污水处理的主流工艺之一。生物接触氧化池内设置填料,填料淹没在污水中,填料上长满生物膜,污水与生物膜接触过程中,水中的有机物被微生物吸附、氧化分解和转化为新的生物膜。从填料上脱落的生物膜,随水流到二沉池后被去除,污水得到净化。生物接触氧化法是介于活性污泥法和生物滤池二者之间的污水生物处理技术,兼有活性污泥法和生物膜法的特点,具有下列优点:7.1.1由于填料的表面积大,池内的充氧条件良好。生物接触氧化池内单位容积的生物固体量高于活性污泥法曝气池及生物滤池。因此,生物接触氧化池具有较高的容积负荷。7.1.2生物接触氧化法不需要污泥回流,不存在污泥膨胀问题,运行管理简便。7.1.3由于生物固体量多,水流又属完全混合型,因此生物接触氧化池对水质水量的骤变有较强的适应能力。7.1.4生物接触氧化池有机容积负荷较高时,其保持在较低水平,污泥产率较低7.2接触氧化池的设计计算生物接触氧化池一般不少于两座。设计进水资料:Q=8000m3/d,进水BOD5=145mg/l,出水BOD5=21mg/L。70 第八章污泥浓缩池8.1概述污泥中含有大量水分,浓缩可以降低其含水量。通过污泥浓缩,能够减小池容积和处理所需的投药量,缩小用于输送污泥的管道和泵类的尺寸。在具有一定规模的污水处理厂中常用的污泥浓缩方法主要是重力浓缩和气浮浓缩两种。本设计用的是重力浓缩。初沉池出泥含水率为98%,中间沉淀池与二次沉淀池出泥含水率为98%,浓缩污泥出泥含水率为95%;采用重力间歇浓缩池,排泥时间为7天;污泥固体负荷取80kg/(m2d);浓缩时间不宜小于12h,但也不要超过24h。8.2设计规定及数据8.2.1进泥含水率:当为初次沉淀池时,其含水量一般为95%~97%;当为剩余活性污泥时,其含水率一般为99.2~99.6%。8.2.2污泥固体负荷:当为初次沉淀池时,污泥固体负荷宜采用80~120kg/(m3/d);当为剩余活性污泥时,污泥固体负荷宜采用30~60kg/(m3/d)。8.2.3浓缩后污泥含水率:由曝气池后二次沉淀进入污泥浓缩池的污泥含水率,当采用99.2~99.6%时,浓缩后污泥含水率宜为97~98%。8.2.4浓缩时间一般不宜小于12h,但也不要超过24h。一般10~16h。8.2.5有效水深一般宜为4m,最低不小于3m。8.2.6污泥室容积和排泥时间,应根据排泥方法和两次排泥间隔时间而定,当采用定期排泥时,两次排泥时间一般可采用8h。70 第九章高程布置9.1高程布置处理厂高程布置的目的是:确定各构筑和泵房的标高及水平标高,各种连接管渠的尺寸及标准,使水能按处理流程在处理构物之间靠重力自流,以减少运行费用。9.1.1高程布置的基本原则(1)选择一条距离最长,水头损失最大的流程进行计算。并适当的留有余地,以保证在任何情况下,处理系统都能够正常运行。(2)计算水头损失时一般以近期最大流量或泵的最大出水量,作为构筑物和管渠的设计流量。(3)水力计算以接纳处理水水体的最高水位为起点,泥污水处理流向倒计算。(4)应注意污水流程与污泥流程的配合。9.1.2污水流动中的水头损失污水流经各污水处理构筑物的水头损失,以下表数据做估算,污水流经各建筑物的水头损失主要产生在进口和出口,而流经处理构筑物本体的水头损失较小。70
