'蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体系统应用技术导则(试行)湖南省住房和城乡建设厅2013年11月—4— 前言自保温墙体系统是节能建筑在墙体保温系统中的一种类型,特别是在夏热冬冷地区,研发应用自保温墙体系统更具适用性和可行性。对湖南地区建筑自保温墙体材料生产应用的现状调查结果表明,在湖南省研究开发和推广应用建筑自保温墙体材料用于自保温墙体系统工程中,不仅符合本地区的实际情况,而且也具备有自然资源丰富、技术条件成熟和工程应用范围广的良好基础。但同时也存在自保温墙体材料定义不明确,热工性能数据不确切,配套材料及应用技术不完善等问题。为指导和推动湖南地区建筑自保温墙体材料的生产应用,做到技术先进、性能可靠、使用合理,有必要对自保温墙体的定义、热工性能指标及技术要点提出相关的要求,本导则就是为适应这一要求针对加气混凝土砌块保温材料而编制的。本导则包括总则、术语、材料、设计选用、构造措施、施工技术和质量验收及附录,由湖南省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,湖南省建筑围护结构节能技术产学研结合创新平台负责具体内容解释。若有意见和建议,可反馈给长沙理工大学土木工程新技术与新材料研究所(地址:湖南省长沙市(雨花区)万家丽南路2段960号,邮编:410004,邮箱:mgbyrh@163.com),以供今后修改和完善时参考。本导则编写单位:长沙理工大学湖南省建筑围护结构节能技术产学研结合创新平台湖南方圆建筑工程设计有限公司中国建筑第五工程局有限公司总承包公司湖南省新型墙体材料协会加气混凝土分会本导则主要编写人员:杨伟军梁建国李德绵刘哲锋夏栋舟袁帅张婷婷胡湘林陈辉本导则主要审查人员:朱晓鸣谭建军刘宏成朱旭峰周树瑞王柏俊陈富仲—4— 1总则1.0.1为指导和推动蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体系统的推广应用,做到技术先进、性能可靠、使用合理,制定本导则。1.0.2本导则适用于湖南省新建、改建和扩建的民用建筑蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体系统的设计、施工及验收。1.0.3蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体系统设计除应符合本导则外,尚应符合国家、行业及湖南省现行有关法律法规和相关技术规范标准。—8— 2术语2.0.1蒸压加气混凝土砌块蒸压加气混凝土砌块是以硅质材料(砂、粉煤灰及含硅尾矿等)和钙质材料(石灰、水泥)为主要原料,掺加发气剂及其他外加剂,通过配料、搅拌、浇注、预养(静停)、切割、蒸压养护等工艺过程制成的轻质多孔硅酸盐制品。根据主要原料不同又分为蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块和蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块等。2.0.2保温砌筑砂浆保温砌筑砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝材料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经搅拌混合而制成的一种砂浆,具有重量轻、导热系数小、满足砌筑强度要求等特性,其导热系数应小于0.29W/㎡·K。2.0.3薄灰缝砌体中砌筑灰缝厚度不大于5mm的灰缝。2.0.4蒸压蒸压加气混凝土砌体由蒸压加气混凝土砌块采用专用砌筑砂浆或保温砌筑砂浆或专用粘结剂砌筑而成的构造实体。2.0.5蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体由单一蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体采用抹灰砂浆抹面而成的满足建筑墙体节能要求的构造实体。2.0.6蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体系统由蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体、结构热桥及其保温处理措施和交接面处理措施共同构成,其热工性能指标符合相应建筑节能标准要求的保温隔热墙体系统。2.0.7墙体平均传热系数考虑了墙体存在的热桥及墙体粉刷砂浆影响后得到的加气混凝土自保温墙体系统的传热系数。—8— 3材料3.1块体3.1.1墙体不应采用非蒸压加气混凝土制品。蒸压加气混凝土砌块除满足保温性能指标外,尚应满足力学指标要求。3.1.2蒸压加气混凝土砌块从出釜后,应养护28d后方可砌筑墙体。3.1.3蒸压加气混凝土砌块不应有未切割面,其切割面不应有切割附着屑。3.1.4蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体中,蒸压加气混凝土砌块强度等级采用A2.5、A3.5、A5.0、A7.5。用于外墙时,最低强度等级不小于A3.5。3.1.5蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体中,蒸压加气混凝土砌块表观密度宜采用B05、B06、B07,条件允许时宜优先采用表观密度较低等级的优等品。密度等级为B04的蒸压加气混凝土砌块仅用于热桥处理。3.1.6蒸压加气混凝土砌块的尺寸偏差和外观应符合表3.1.6的要求。表3.1.6砌块尺寸偏差和外观要求项目指标优等品合格品尺寸允许偏差/mm长度L±3±4宽度B±1±2高度H±1±2缺棱掉角最小尺寸不得大于/mm030最大尺寸不得大于/mm070大于以上尺寸的缺棱掉角个数,不多于/个02裂纹长度贯穿一棱二面的裂纹长度不得大于裂纹所在面的裂纹方向尺寸总和的01/3任一面上的裂纹长度不得大于裂纹方向尺寸的01/2大于以上尺寸的裂纹条数,不多于/条02爆裂、粘模和损坏深度不得大于/mm1030平面弯曲不得大于/mm不允许表层疏松、层裂不允许表面油污不允许注:采用薄灰缝砌筑时,加气混凝土砌块的长度和高度尺寸偏差不应超过±1mm。—39— 5构造措施5.1基本构造5.1.1蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体系统构造由蒸压加气混凝土砌体、热桥处理措施、不同材料连接节点处理措施等三个部分组成,蒸压加气混凝土砌体构造见表5.1.1。表5.1.1蒸压加气混凝土砌体构造构造示意图①基层墙体蒸压加气混凝土砌块+专用保温砌筑砂浆或砌筑粘结剂②抹灰层专用界面剂+防水层+专用抹灰砂浆或聚合物水泥抗裂砂浆③饰面层涂料饰面建筑外墙用腻子+涂料面砖饰面面砖粘结砂浆+面砖+面砖勾缝料注:挂网增强材料及锚固按设计及有关标准规定设置。5.1.2蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体外墙外侧应设防水层,其做法应满足JGJ/T235《建筑外墙防水工程技术规程》的要求。5.1.3外饰面采用面砖时,抹灰砂浆层应设置内部挂网,采用热镀锌电焊网和高强尼龙锚钉锚固。5.2热桥处理措施5.2.1当蒸压加气混凝土自保温墙体系统中热桥需要进行处理时,宜采用蒸压加气混凝土或模塑聚苯板进行热桥处理,其基本构造见表5.2.1。—39— 图5.2.2-2自保温体系柱部位蒸压加气混凝土处理热桥措施5.2.3采用模塑聚苯板外保温处理热桥措施时,应满足防火要求,其基本构造如图5.2.3。当为二层及二层以上涂料外墙面构造,首层外墙及需要以面砖为饰面层时其构造中应另外采取加强措施。—39— 图5.2.3模塑聚苯板外保温处理热桥措施基本构造5.3抗裂、防水和其它构造措施5.3.1非抗震或主体结构的抗震等级为三级或四级的填充墙,墙体与主体结构之间的连接可采取刚性连接,其基本构造如图5.3.1。(a)墙与柱的连接(b)墙顶与梁的连接图5.3.1墙与主体结构的刚性连接—39— 5.3.2钢筋混凝土主体结构的抗震等级为一级和二级的砌体填充墙,墙体与主体结构之间应采用柔性连接(图5.3.2)。填充墙与主体结构之间设置隔离缝,隔离缝用柔性材料填充,缝的宽度为允许层间位移[Δ]或20mm。(a)墙与钢筋混凝土柱的柔性连接(b)墙与钢筋混凝土梁的柔性连接(图中顶部缝隙要用柔性材料填缝)图5.3.2柔性连接5.3.3填充墙应沿墙高每隔500mm配置2Φ6拉结钢筋与承重墙或柱拉结,拉结钢筋伸入墙内应不少于700mm。5.3.4下列局部部位抹灰前,应加挂宽度应不小于300mm的金属网:1凡墙体中两种不同材料连接处,如砌体与混凝土梁、柱、剪力墙、窗台压顶等相交接处;2暗埋管线的孔槽处。5.3.5在连接节点处的抹灰层中应加铺一层不小于300mm的玻纤网格布,缝两侧各一半,节点构造与处理措施见图5.3.5-1~图5.3.5-7。—39— 6施工技术6.1施工准备6.1.1蒸压加气混凝土砌块、专用砂浆、冷(热)桥部位外部保温材料、交结面拉结配套材料等进场应附有产品出厂合格证、产品出厂型式检验报告,并应对进场材料进行现场复检。6.1.2砌筑前,对施工操作人员进行技术交底,熟知蒸压加气混凝土和专用砂浆产品性能及使用方法,施工前应先做样板间(墙)。6.1.3除通用砌筑施工工具外,还应有切割机、电钻、开槽工具等。6.1.4应根据图纸要求进行相应墙体位置放线,排出构造柱、门窗洞口位置。6.1.5应根据现场墙体的数量,计算出蒸压加气混凝土及专用砂浆用量,生产企业按计划至少提前7d生产;蒸压加气混凝土砌块进场后应做好标识,现场堆放不应小于28d。蒸压加气混凝土砌块产品及专用砂浆应分别堆放在各层室内楼面上或不受雨淋的干燥场所。堆放场所应平整,不积水、不被油污等物质污染。6.1.6砌筑前须按蒸压加气混凝土砌块尺寸计算其皮数和排数,宜编制排列图,排列图应考虑砌块错缝搭砌的规定,保证砌体尺寸符合设计要求。尽可能采用主规格砌块,按设计图的门、窗、过梁、暗线、暗管等的要求,在排列图上标明主块、辅块、特殊块以及预埋件等。6.2施工要求6.2.1使用专用砌筑砂浆施工时,不宜用水浇湿蒸压加气混凝土砌块,若蒸压加气混凝土砌块表面太干,砌筑前可适量润水;被雨水淋湿的粉煤灰加气砌块,如含水率超过30%,不得砌筑,应干燥到含水率小于30%后,方可上墙砌筑。6.2.2预拌砂浆备用时,应储存在不失水的容器中,并应采取遮阳和防雨措施。在储存过程中严禁随意加水,储存容器应标识清晰。严禁不同品种砂浆混存混用。采用现场配制砂浆,砌筑前应进行试配。6.2.3砌筑砂浆应使用机械进行搅拌,做到搅拌均匀,搅拌时间应不少于5min,每次搅拌的砂浆应在3h内用完,当温度超过30℃时应在2h内用完。6.2.4砌筑前应将基层清理干净,找平,并浇水湿润,按图纸尺寸进行排砖,轴线位移不允许超过±5mm,排砖时应控制好灰缝大小在8-12mm—39— 之间,不得有瞎缝。底部先砌200mm高砼实心砖(潮湿的房间浇筑200mm高C20砼防水坎),然后开始排砌第一皮砌块,待第一皮砌块的砌筑砂浆初凝后再逐皮上砌。6.2.5墙体在构造柱位置预留马牙槎,应先退后进,保持进退上下垂直,相连拐角的短墙必须同时砌筑,对不能同时砌筑而又必须留设的临时间断处,应砌成斜槎,不得留“马牙槎”。斜槎水平投影长度不应小于高度的2/3。接槎时应清理槎口,再铺砂浆接砌。接槎处应平整光滑,无空洞和砂眼,接槎后应无留槎痕迹。6.2.6砌筑灰缝应做到横平竖直,砂浆饱满。全部灰缝均应满铺砂浆,水平灰缝及竖向缝的砂浆饱满度均不得低于90%。砌块上下皮搭接不得小于砌块长度的1/3,并及时将挤出的砂浆消除干净,做到随砌随勒。6.2.7砌体与混凝土墙、柱之间交接处预留15×15的凹槽,粉刷前再用1:3水泥砂浆嵌实;填充墙的最后皮(即与砼面接触处)与顶部砼接触面保持留有20~50mm高的空隙,在墙体砌筑7d后,用原砌筑砂浆分二遍嵌实。6.2.8每天砌筑高度应控制在1.5m以内。6.2.9墙体应上下垂直,平整光滑,砌筑时应注意平整面向外,不得出现凹凸不平现象,每层垂直度偏差应控制在±5mm以内、平整度应控制在±6mm以内,全高垂直度超过10mm时,必须拆除重新砌筑。6.2.10已砌好的墙体,严禁撬动、碰撞,否则应清除原有松动墙体,进行重新砌筑。6.2.11水电管线的暗埋必须待墙体砌筑完成14d后方能进行。开槽时,应使用轻型电动切割机,辅以手工镂槽器,开槽深度不得超过墙厚的1/3。蒸压加气混凝土砌块切锯、开槽、设置预埋件等不得用斧子、刀任意砍劈、剃凿。敷设管线的槽,应用水泥砂浆填实,宜在墙面微凹2-3mm,再用专用抹面砂浆补平,并沿槽长外侧粘贴宽度不小于200mm的耐碱网格布增强。6.2.12蒸压加气混凝土砌块应在填充墙间的框架柱或剪力墙上设置皮数杆,并应在墙或转角或丁字墙处设皮数杆标明块层、灰缝、窗台板、门窗洞口、过梁、圈梁、预制件等的具体位置,皮数杆间距以4~8米为宜,施工时应随时检查其尺寸准确性。6.2.13固定门窗锚固构件部位宜采用600mm标准长度的砌块。—39— 6.3墙体抹灰6.3.1抹面施工应在砌体完成7d后进行,且应在砌体工程质量检验合格后方可施工。6.3.2墙体抹灰前,基层应清理干净,做到:清洁、平整、牢固、无裂缝。6.3.3抹灰采用的砂浆配合比、稠度等应检查合格后方可使用。6.3.4涂抹水泥砂浆每遍厚度宜为5~7mm;涂抹水泥石灰砂浆每遍厚度宜为7~9mm。抹灰层的总平均厚度,不宜大于以下规定:内墙:普通抹灰为18mm;中级抹灰为20mm;高级抹灰为25mm;外墙:墙体为20mm;勒脚为25mm。6.3.5分层抹灰时,应待前一层7~8成干后,方可涂抹后一层。水泥砂浆不得涂抹在石灰砂浆层上。大面积抹灰前,修补找平用的砂浆应与抹灰所用材料一致。6.3.6加强网的设置应符合以下要求:1挂网抹灰应做到挂网平整、钉网牢固、抹灰密实;2挂网前应清洁基层,除去浮灰油污,修补整平墙面,并保持一定湿度:3挂网应展平,与梁柱或墙体连接可用射钉或预埋的钢筋点焊固定,间距不宜太大,以保证钢网不变形起拱;4网材搭接应平整、连续、牢固,搭接长度不宜小于100mm;5抵抗结构性裂缝的挂网应置于基层内,抵抗表面性裂缝的挂网应置于抹灰层内,不得外露,应防止生锈和腐蚀。6.3.7抹面砂浆应使用机械进行搅拌,做到搅拌均匀,搅拌时间应不少于5min,每次搅拌的砂浆应在3h内用完,当温度超过30℃时应在2h内用完。6.3.8内墙抹灰宜采用以下流程:基体表面处理→挂加强网→吊直、套方、贴灰饼、设标筋→界面处理→做护角→抹窗边→抹底灰→抹踢脚线及墙裙→抹面灰。1抹灰前将墙面适度湿润。2若墙体基面不平,局部超厚部分,应先分层找平,每层厚度宜为8mm左右,不得一次填平以免导致开裂、脱落。3加强网应置于抹灰层中,不得外露,以防锈蚀。4根据灰饼厚度在墙面阳角做护角,护角可采用下列两种做法:—39— 1)用Ma5水泥砂浆做暗护角,护角高不应小于2m,两侧宽不应小于50mm。2)用PVC成品护角,护角高不应小于2m,护角的固定及覆盖应按相应的产品要求施工。5涂抹界面处理材料作为结合层,并根据产品说明要求的间隔时间抹砂浆底灰。6抹基层灰时必须用力,并使表面粗糙,以利于面层砂浆的粘结。7灰层接茬处,先抹者应稍薄,然后均匀接通,不宜接茬过多,防止接茬不平。8待基层砂浆终凝后应用水润湿,然后抹面层砂浆,二层相隔时间在常温条件下一般为10h~16h,但不得少于10h。面层砂浆视设计需要选定,也可按设计要求做其它装饰面层。经常遇水部位(洗衣池台度、厕所便池台度等)应采用防水砂浆。6.3.9外墙抹灰前,应先处理门窗框与砌体之间的缝隙,可采用下列方法;1用纤维防水砂浆或聚合物水泥砂浆填塞密实,并涂刷聚合物水泥基防水涂料一层,涂层厚度不小于1.0mm;2用聚氨酯(PU)发泡胶或其它弹性材料封填,并在门窗框与外墙交界处留10mm深凹槽,用纤维防水砂浆或聚合物防水砂浆填塞密实,再刷1mm厚聚合物水泥基防水涂料。6.3.10外墙抹灰宜采用下列流程(具体做法可参照内墙抹灰):基体表面处理→挂加强网→挂线、贴灰饼、设标筋→界面处理→抹找平层(第一道防水层)→抹防水层(第二道防水层)→抹面层(保护层)→设分格缝。6.3.11墙体粉刷后,应避免阳光直射。必要时,应采取防晒布措施,遮挡墙面。 6.4冬季、雨季施工6.4.1下雨天应停止砌筑或粉刷,被雨水淋湿的砌块,如含水率超过30%,不得砌筑或粉刷,应等其干燥到规定范围后,方可上墙砌筑或粉刷;雨后继续砌筑施工时,应复核墙体的垂直度。6.4.2墙体砌筑和粉刷后,应做好防雨遮盖,避免雨水直接冲淋墙面;6.4.3当室外日平均气温连续5d稳定低于5℃或气温骤降至0℃—39— 以下时,砌筑工程应采取冬期施工措施,粉刷工程停止施工。6.4.4冬季施工,在砌筑专用砂浆中,应掺加防冻剂或者早强剂,夜间应采取用草帘覆盖等保温防冻措施。6.5安全施工6.5.1蒸压加气混凝土砌块的施工中应遵守工程建设安全生产有关管理规定,严格按安全标准组织施工,采取必要的安全防护措施。6.5.2垂直运输使用托盘吊装时,应使用尼龙网或安全罩围护粉煤灰加气砌块,严禁吊臂下站人及施工作业。6.5.3堆放在楼面和屋面上的各种施工荷载不得超过楼板和屋面板的设计允许承载力。6.5.4在楼面或脚手架上堆放粉煤灰加气砌块或其他物料时,严禁倾卸和抛掷,不得撞击楼板和脚手架。6.5.5砌体施工时,施工人员严禁站在墙上进行操作。 —39— 7质量验收7.1一般规定7.1.1蒸压加气混凝土砌块质量应符合《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300、《砌体工程施工质量验收规范》GB50203、《建筑节能工程施工质量验收规范》GB50411和《蒸压加气混凝土砌块建筑技术规程》DBJ43/T001-2012有关的要求。 7.2质量检查7.2.1进场材料(砌块、砂浆),生产厂家应提供完整的质保资料(合格证、检测报告),施工单位应对进场材料现场取样送检,复试报告合格后才能进行施工。7.2.2蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌筑检查1砌筑时间控制:蒸压加气混凝土砌块进入现场后应及时做好标识或记录,现场堆放时间达28d后方可用于砌筑。2含水率控制:蒸压加气混凝土砌块宜堆放在室内或不受雨淋的干燥场所,砌筑时加气砌块的含水率宜控制在15%~30%。3拉结筋检查:拉结筋应在主体施工过程中预留到位,预留不到位的采用植筋,并进行拉拔试验检测。拉结筋通长设置,搭接长度符合规范要求。4蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌筑前基层检查:基层应清理干净、找平、并浇水湿润,底部先砌200mm砼水泥实心砖(潮湿的房间浇筑200mm高C20砼止水坎)。5蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌筑应带线控制,平整度、垂直度严格控制在规范要求内(平整5mm,垂直6mm),避免粉刷过厚产生空鼓、开裂。每日砌筑高度控制在1.5m以下、砌筑砂浆饱满度不低于90%,且应保证顶头缝砂浆饱满密实,灰缝厚度控制在12-15mm。6构造柱、圈梁、窗台梁设置应符合规范设计要求。7墙顶塞缝应在砌筑完成7d以后进行。7.2.3内外墙粉刷检查1粉刷时间控制:墙体砌筑完成后及时标注砌筑时间,抹面砂浆施工应在砌体完工30d后进行。—39— 2粉刷前应将墙体浮灰、砂浆清理干净,砼墙与加气砌块墙体交接处铺设网格布或钢丝网。3抹面砂浆的粉刷厚度控制在7~9mm范围,一遍成活,面层压光。粉刷平整、垂直度控制在4mm以内。4箱体、线盒侧壁应分层填实抹严,避免框体侧壁与墙面交接处空鼓开裂。5粉刷空鼓、开裂检查。若发现有局部空鼓或开裂现象,用切割机将空鼓或开裂部位切开铲除,重新用砂浆粉刷。 7.3工程验收7.3.1砌体的质量验收方法按《砌体工程施工质量验收规范》GB50203和《蒸压加气砼建筑应用技术规程》JGJ/T17进行。7.3.2墙面砂浆粉刷的质量验收方法按《建筑装饰装修工程施工质量验收规范》GB50210进行。7.3.3蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体工程施工质量验收应具备下列资料:蒸压加气混凝土砌块、水泥、砂、石膏、专用砌筑粘结砂浆等出厂合格证,砌块、专用砌筑砂浆、热桥处理材料(如聚苯板、粘接砂浆等)、增强材料(如耐碱网格布、钢丝网等)、抹面砂浆及饰面层材料的进场复验报告,砂浆配合比和强度的实验报告,施工图设计审查文件及变更资料,施工、监理记录,检验批及分项工程质量验收记录,其他必须检查的资料。—39—
