'金属饰面板安装工艺标准(926-1996)（Standardformetalpanelmounting(926-1996)）Thisprocessstandardappliestotheindustrialandcivilengineeringprojects,suchasinteriorandexteriorwall,roof,ceilingandothermetaldecorativepanelinstallationprojects.Alsowithlargeglasswindowsorglasscurtainwallsupportingapplications,andatelescopiccorneraroundthebuildings,glasscurtainwalljoints,partsofthetoplevelandothersupportingapplication.Atpresent,manufacturersofmetaldecorativepanelsaremoreandmore,therearesomedifferencesinthenodestructureandinstallationmethodsofeachplant,soweshouldcarefullyunderstandtheinstallation.Thisprocessstandarddescribesonlyoneofthesepractices.Constructionpreparation:2.1materialrequirements:2.1.1colorcoatedsteelplate:theoriginalplateismostlyhot-rolledsteelplateandgalvanizedsteelplate.Inordertoimprovethecorrosionresistanceandsurfaceperformanceofsteelplate,tobecoatedwithorganicandinorganicororganiccompositecoating,thecoatingplatedevelopment,organiccoatingsusedforPVC,inadditiontopolyacrylate,epoxyresin,alkydresin,etc..Coatingandsteelplatebondingmethodsincludefilmlaminatingandcoatingcoating.Themainusesofcolorcoatedsteelsheetsareroofingpanelsandwallpanels.Threesteelplasticcompositeplateproductionplant,length
