（2）浇筑砼前泵送水检查，确认砼泵和输送管中无异物后，泵送与砼内除粗骨料外的其他成份相同配合比的水泥砂浆，以防堵管。5砼浇筑柱砼浇筑：（1）柱浇筑前先在底部均匀浇筑3～5cm厚与墙体砼内除粗骨料外的其他成份相同配合比的水泥砂浆，使用插入振捣器分层振捣，每层厚度不大于50cm，除上面振捣外下面要有人随时敲打模板，以保证砼振捣密实。（2）砼的布料机在浇筑柱的砼时，布料设备的出口离模板内侧面不小于50mm，且不得向模板内侧面直冲布料，也不得直冲钢筋骨架。（3）柱高度在3米之内，可在柱顶直接下灰浇筑，超过3米时，在模板侧面开门子洞安装斜溜槽分段浇筑，每段高度不超过2米，每段砼浇筑后，将门子洞用模板封闭严实。（4）使用插入式振捣器快插慢拔，插点均匀排列，逐点移动，顺序进行，不遗漏，做到均匀振实，移动间距不大于振捣半径的1.5倍（一般为30-40cm）。振捣上一层应插入下层5cm，以消除两层间的接缝。（5）柱砼浇筑完后，及时校正主筋位置。梁、板砼浇筑：（1）梁、板同时浇筑，浇筑方法为由一端开始用赶浆法，即先浇筑梁，根据梁高分层浇筑成阶梯形，当达到板底位置时再与板的砼一起浇筑，随着阶梯形不断延伸，梁板砼浇筑连续向前进行；如遇特殊情况需留设竖直施工缝，在次梁跨中1/3处留设。（2）浇筑梁板砼时，在2-3m范围内水平移动布料，不可在同一处连续布料。（3）梁柱节点钢筋较密时，浇筑此处使用小直径振捣棒振捣。（4）在砼浇筑完12小时内用塑料布覆盖养护。6、砼的养护：楼板采用自然养护法，并设专人浇水养护，塑料布覆盖，在砼浇筑完12小时内开始养护，养护期不小于7昼夜，气温在20度以上时，开始三昼夜，每三小时浇一次，以后每昼夜浇水三次。墙、柱拆模后，立刻采用塑料布包裹密实，并保持塑料布内有凝结水，养护期不小于7昼夜。7、每一振点的振捣延续时间，使砼表面呈现浮浆和不再出现气泡为止。8、在降雨时不进行露天浇筑砼。【5】钢筋工程1、钢筋的加工采用现场集中下料，机械加工制作成半成品，人工安装成型的施工方法，按设计要求及施工验收规范规定对钢筋进行加工。2、钢筋的水平运输采用人力运输，垂直运输采用塔吊运输。3、圆盘钢筋的调直采用冷拉法调直，调直拉伸长度不大于4%。4、钢筋连接方法：框架柱钢筋采用电渣压力焊连接，在同一截面搭接面积不超过50%，梁钢筋（d＞＝18）焊接采用单搭接焊，板钢筋、，梁钢筋（d＜18＝采用绑扎搭接，搭接长度符合设计及规范要求。5、钢筋的绑扎采用22#铁丝绑扎，梁、柱采用双扣花绑，板采用单扣花绑，负弯矩筋满绑，绑扎牢固。6、钢筋绑扎前，先划出钢筋位置线，之后按划好的位置线进行绑扎。7、框架梁钢筋绑扎工作面以支好的梁板模板作为工作面，先模外绑扎成型后落筋。8、高度大于700mm的梁绑筋要先支梁底模板，后绑筋。9、梁、柱核心区箍筋不易绑扎处采用先支梁底模之后绑梁筋，再支梁侧模的工艺进行施工。constructionworkareaintheformofconferencereviews.(2)reviewprogramreviewdateisdeterminedbytheprojectmanager;AccordingtotheprojectmanagerofprojectqualitycontrolDepartmentrequirespreparationofamanagementplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;ReviewProjectOfficeissuednoticesofmeetings;Projectmanagerfacilitatesthereviewmeeting,scheduledcontentunderreview;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortherecords,thepreparationofthereviewreportandcorrectiveactionplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationofrecordsandreportsthedistributionlist,orpublishtotheInternetbyengineeringpartoftheprojectstaffanddepartments.OrganizedbythequalitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortrackingtheimplementationofcorrectivemeasuresinspections.3.4.5theoutputfromthemanagementreviewshallincludethefollowingelements:theeffectivenessandsuitabilityofthequalitymanagementsystem,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Qualitypolicyandqualityobjectivesareachievedandtomeetcustomerrequirements,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Theallocationofresourcestomeetrequirements,whetheryouneedtoaddoradjust.3.4.6correctiveactiontrackingandverificationontheissuesraisedinthereview,bytheprimaryresponsibilityofdepartmentsdrawupcorrespondingspecificcorrective,preventiveandcorrectivemeasures,andseriouslyimplemented.ProjectqualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthetracking,verificationandevaluationtheeffectofcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.3.4....(1)thesafetyprogramsanddepartmentsdealingwiththeformationofurbanspatial35 5、抹底灰：在抹灰前一天在墙壁面浇水，然后在墙壁面上刷素水泥浆一道，随刷随分层打底，用大杠刮平找直，木抹子搓平搓毛。6、抹罩面灰：待底灰约6、7层干时即可抹罩面灰，罩面灰二遍成活，按照先上后下的顺序进行，再赶光压实，然后用钢抹子压一遍，随即用毛刷将污染的门窗等刷洗干净。外墙砖工程：1、抹灰前，墙面必须清扫干净，浇水湿润。2、抹底层砂浆：先把墙面浇水湿润，然后用1：3水泥砂浆刮一道约6mm厚、紧跟着同强度等级的灰与所冲的筋抹平，随即用木杠刮平，木抹子搓毛，隔天浇水养护。3、待基层灰六-七层干时，即可按图纸要求分段格弹线。4、根据大样图和墙面尺寸进行横竖线排砖，保证面砖缝隙均匀，非整砖行应在次要部位，注意一致和对称。5、镶贴面砖应自上而下进行在面砖外皮上口拉水平通线，作为镶贴的标准。面砖缝用1：1水泥沙将勾缝，先勾水平缝再勾竖直缝。（3）大白工程：1、基层处理：施工前先处理好面层，浮物、灰尘、疙瘩、油污等清除干净，附有的隔离剂用碱水清刷墙面，然后用清水冲刷干净，除掉油污。2、填补缝隙，局部刮腻子：用石膏腻子将缝隙及坑洼不平处找平，操作时横平竖直，填实填平，并把多余的浮腻子收净，石膏腻子干燥后用砂纸磨平，并把浮尘扫净。3、满刮大白腻子：操作时要往返刮平，注意上下左右接槎，两刮板间要刮净，不能留有净腻子，每道腻子干燥后磨一遍砂纸，抹平抹光、慢磨慢打、线角分明，磨光后将浮尘扫净。4、刮大白前，为防止污染门窗、天棚、管道等已施工完工程，用塑料布遮盖及胶带纸粘贴。（4）外墙涂料工程：1、施工前选择外墙涂料的品种、颜色、图案必须符合设计要求和现行标准的规定。2、施工时由上而下，底层清理干净，涂料施工时各层均应控制均匀，涂刷方向一致，避免露底和流坠。3、施工前检查涂料颜色、稠度一致均匀。（5）脚手架工程1、本工程的脚手架主体施工及外墙装饰阶段均采用双排悬挑扣件式钢管脚手架，内外围护墙砌筑及室内抹灰采用里脚手架。2、搭设脚手架之前再每根立杆下铺跳板以便传力。3、立杆间距1500mm，相邻立杆接头要错开，立杆垂直偏差不得大于架高的1/200。4、大横杆间距1200mm，接头要错开，用对接扣件连接，大横杆与立杆之间用十字扣连接。5、小横杆间距1000mm，小横杆搁在大横杆之上，至少伸出100mm，小横杆与大横杆之间用十字扣连接。6、斜支撑设在脚手架转角处，杆与地面成45度角，以防架纵向倾斜。7、在脚手架上铺跳板和10﹡10木方，在坡屋顶支模时梁板的支撑直接支在10﹡10木方上。主要材料钢管：直径为48mm或51mm、壁厚为3～3.5mm的热轧无缝或有缝焊接钢管，用作立杆、大横杆、小横杆、斜撑、防护栏杆等。扣件：主要有旋转扣、直角扣、对接扣；其他还有碗扣式扣件。旋转扣用于连接两根呈任意角度相交的杆件，如立杆与大、小横杆的连接。对接扣用于两条钢管杆件的对接，如立杆、大横杆的接长。碗扣用于定型尺寸钢管的扣接。constructionworkareaintheformofconferencereviews.(2)reviewprogramreviewdateisdeterminedbytheprojectmanager;AccordingtotheprojectmanagerofprojectqualitycontrolDepartmentrequirespreparationofamanagementplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;ReviewProjectOfficeissuednoticesofmeetings;Projectmanagerfacilitatesthereviewmeeting,scheduledcontentunderreview;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortherecords,thepreparationofthereviewreportandcorrectiveactionplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationofrecordsandreportsthedistributionlist,orpublishtotheInternetbyengineeringpartoftheprojectstaffanddepartments.OrganizedbythequalitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortrackingtheimplementationofcorrectivemeasuresinspections.3.4.5theoutputfromthemanagementreviewshallincludethefollowingelements:theeffectivenessandsuitabilityofthequalitymanagementsystem,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Qualitypolicyandqualityobjectivesareachievedandtomeetcustomerrequirements,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Theallocationofresourcestomeetrequirements,whetheryouneedtoaddoradjust.3.4.6correctiveactiontrackingandverificationontheissuesraisedinthereview,bytheprimaryresponsibilityofdepartmentsdrawupcorrespondingspecificcorrective,preventiveandcorrectivemeasures,andseriouslyimplemented.ProjectqualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthetracking,verificationandevaluationtheeffectofcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.3.4....(1)thesafetyprogramsanddepartmentsdealingwiththeformationofurbanspatial35 实木门安装：木门框安装施工准备：a.木门：进场前核对型号，检查数量及加工质量和出场合格证。木材含水率不得超过12%。b.防腐剂，木螺丝、合叶、拉手、门锁等小五金。作业条件：a结构工程符合质量标准要求，室内+50mm平线已弹好。c.大芯板和扇安装前检查有无窜角、翘扭、弯曲、劈裂等。d.门框安装在抹灰之前，门窗安装在地面完成并达到强度后进行。操作工艺：a.门框大芯板与墙固定除用薄钢板射钉外还须用沉头螺丝加固，以防止门框日后挪动破坏。b.安装门框前检查安装的标高尺寸，对不符合要求的结构进行处理。c.门框按图示安装，要注意安装后的距离，以防门扇安装不上。门扇的安装：a.检查门口尺寸是否正确，边角是否方正，检查门口高度及宽度，并在扇的相应部位定点划线。b.将门扇靠在框上划出相应的修刨后的门扇尺寸线，如扇大，将大出的尺寸刨去，第一次修刨后的门扇应能以塞入口内为宜，塞好后用木块顶住临时固定，按门窗与口边缝尺寸合适，画第二次修刨线，标出合页的位置（距门扇的上、下端各1/10，且避开上、下冒头）。同时口、扇安装要平整。合页槽剔好后，即安装上、下合页，安装时先拧一个螺丝，后关上门检查缝隙是否合适，口与扇是否平整，无问题后方可将螺丝全部拧上拧紧。c.五金安装不得遗落，门锁、拉手距地高95～100cm。质量标准：a.保证项目：门框必须安装牢固，安装位置须符合设计要求。b.基本项目.门窗安装：裁口顺直，刨面平整、光滑，开关灵活、稳定，无回弹和倒翘。五金安装：位置合适，槽深一致，边缘整齐，尺寸准确。五金安装齐全，规格符合要求，木螺丝拧紧卧平。（五)工程质量保证措施（1）水泥【1】质量控制水泥入场必须由出厂合格证并提前做试化验。水泥应存在水泥库内，入库的水泥要按品种、标号、出厂日期分别堆放，并立标志，做到先进先用，防止混参使用。水泥储存时间不宜过长，从出厂日期算起超过三个月为过期，必须重新检验确定标号。【2】检测方法从水泥垛中五个不同的部位分取水泥，混合均匀，每60t作为一个抽样单位，送实验室做试化验。（2）钢筋【1】质量控制钢筋入场必须有出厂合格证，并作试化验。入场应分批、分规格堆放。钢筋表面必须清洁，带有颗粒状或片状锈的，经除锈后仍留有麻点，严禁按原规格使用，送至实验室重新确定直径、规格。【2】检测方法从每一批抽样单位中（不超过60t）任意选出两根钢筋，取量套试样，试样从每根钢筋端部50cm，再截取试样两根，做机械性能试验。（3）砂、石【1】质量控制砂石入场后必须进行试化验。将不同材质的砂，不同粒径的石子分别堆放。碎石的最大粒径不大于结构截面最小尺寸的1/4，同时不得大于钢筋间最小净距的3/4。若所选砂石含泥量、泥块、针片状过多，超过质量标准的坚决不收。constructionworkareaintheformofconferencereviews.(2)reviewprogramreviewdateisdeterminedbytheprojectmanager;AccordingtotheprojectmanagerofprojectqualitycontrolDepartmentrequirespreparationofamanagementplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;ReviewProjectOfficeissuednoticesofmeetings;Projectmanagerfacilitatesthereviewmeeting,scheduledcontentunderreview;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortherecords,thepreparationofthereviewreportandcorrectiveactionplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationofrecordsandreportsthedistributionlist,orpublishtotheInternetbyengineeringpartoftheprojectstaffanddepartments.OrganizedbythequalitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortrackingtheimplementationofcorrectivemeasuresinspections.3.4.5theoutputfromthemanagementreviewshallincludethefollowingelements:theeffectivenessandsuitabilityofthequalitymanagementsystem,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Qualitypolicyandqualityobjectivesareachievedandtomeetcustomerrequirements,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Theallocationofresourcestomeetrequirements,whetheryouneedtoaddoradjust.3.4.6correctiveactiontrackingandverificationontheissuesraisedinthereview,bytheprimaryresponsibilityofdepartmentsdrawupcorrespondingspecificcorrective,preventiveandcorrectivemeasures,andseriouslyimplemented.ProjectqualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthetracking,verificationandevaluationtheeffectofcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.3.4....(1)thesafetyprogramsanddepartmentsdealingwiththeformationofurbanspatial35 【2】检测方法从不同部位抽样60kg，混合均匀进行试验。（4）红砖【1】质量控制红砖必须进行试化验。外观上应达到质量标准，规格尺寸要一致。【2】检测方法采取机械抽样法，在不同的砖垛上抽取40块红砖，进行红砖性能试验检测。1、工地成立全面质量管理小组，由工地三员及各班组长组成，严格把好质量关。2、每个分项工程施工前，先由技术人员做好技术交底工作，在施工中做到经常检查，施工时先做好样板工程，经检查合格后方可大面积施工。3、严格执行工序交接检制度，上道工序不经检查合格，决不进行下道工序施工。4、工程施工必须按图施工，工程变更一律依据设计变更及技术签证联络单。手续齐全并在该工程施工前下发。5、做好成品保护工作，明确责任。（六）质量通病预防措施1）砼麻面的防治1.预防措施：模板面应清理干净，不得粘有干硬水泥砂浆等杂物。胶合板模板在浇筑砼前，应用清水充分湿润模板，拆模时间要根据试块验收结果准确掌握，防止拆模过早。2.治理方法：将外露的钢筋上的砼残渣和铁锈清理干净，用水洗湿润，再用1：2水泥砂浆抹压平整。2）蜂窝防治措施1.预防措施：砼自由倾落高度不得超过2米。浇筑楼板砼，自由倾落高度不得超过1米，如超过上述高度，用串筒、溜槽下料。砼振捣要密实，不得出现漏振现象。2.治理方法：砼有小蜂窝可先用水冲洗干净，然后用1：2的水泥砂浆修补；如果是大蜂窝则先将松动的石子和突出颗粒剔除，剔除时尽量剔成喇叭口，外边大些，然后用清水冲洗湿透，再用高一级标号的豆石子砼捣实。3）砼表面干缩裂缝1.预防措施：严格控制砼水灰比不能过大，超出设计范围，砼振捣密实，适时用木抹子磨平搓毛两遍；浇筑时磨平搓毛一遍，砼初凝前磨平搓毛一遍，加强砼早期养护适当延长养护时间。在高温低湿或大风施工应及早进行喷水养护。4）防止墙面抹灰裂缝空鼓措施1.预防措施：首先将墙面清扫干净去除浮灰，砖墙基层浇水二遍，砖面渗水深度应达8-10mm。抹灰时应分层施工，每层厚度应控制在8mm以内。门窗框安装时要保证与墙壁连结牢固，门窗框塞缝作为一道工序由专人负责，抹灰前先将水泥砂浆用小镏子塞实塞严，待砂浆达到一定强度后再用水泥砂浆找平。2.治理方法:对较大的裂纹和空鼓，将空鼓和裂纹的部位全部剔凿掉，重新抹灰，抹灰前基层处理必须认真，抹灰前，墙面充分浇水润湿，底层刷素水泥浆，其他操作过程同墙面抹灰。（六）质量通病防治措施constructionworkareaintheformofconferencereviews.(2)reviewprogramreviewdateisdeterminedbytheprojectmanager;AccordingtotheprojectmanagerofprojectqualitycontrolDepartmentrequirespreparationofamanagementplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;ReviewProjectOfficeissuednoticesofmeetings;Projectmanagerfacilitatesthereviewmeeting,scheduledcontentunderreview;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortherecords,thepreparationofthereviewreportandcorrectiveactionplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationofrecordsandreportsthedistributionlist,orpublishtotheInternetbyengineeringpartoftheprojectstaffanddepartments.OrganizedbythequalitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortrackingtheimplementationofcorrectivemeasuresinspections.3.4.5theoutputfromthemanagementreviewshallincludethefollowingelements:theeffectivenessandsuitabilityofthequalitymanagementsystem,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Qualitypolicyandqualityobjectivesareachievedandtomeetcustomerrequirements,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Theallocationofresourcestomeetrequirements,whetheryouneedtoaddoradjust.3.4.6correctiveactiontrackingandverificationontheissuesraisedinthereview,bytheprimaryresponsibilityofdepartmentsdrawupcorrespondingspecificcorrective,preventiveandcorrectivemeasures,andseriouslyimplemented.ProjectqualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthetracking,verificationandevaluationtheeffectofcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.3.4....(1)thesafetyprogramsanddepartmentsdealingwiththeformationofurbanspatial35 项目部针对工程特点开展质量控制，消除质量通病，尤其是在通病的预防上，形成制度，由专业质检人员负责。在技术、质检、安全交底的同时要将消除质量通病的方法，向操作者交底，对消除质量通病做到“三工”：工前交底，工中检查，工后评定。奖优罚劣，在施工中具体措施如下：1、砌筑工程（1）砌筑砂浆和易性差，沉底结硬的预防措施低标号砂浆必须使用混合砂浆，如使用混合砂浆确有困难，可掺微沫剂改善砂浆的和易性。水泥混合砂浆中白灰应符合实验室试配时的材质要求。现场的白灰应存放在灰池中妥善保管，防止爆晒、风干结硬，并应经常浇水保持湿润。水泥标号不宜超过325Mpa，砂子不宜过细。控制砂浆要严格执行施工配合比，保证搅拌时间。灰槽中的砂浆，使用时经常铲翻拌、清底，应将灰槽内边角处的砂浆刮净，堆于一侧继续使用，或与新拌砂浆一起使用，尽量做到随拌随用，少量储存，使灰槽中经常有新拌的砂浆。砂浆的使用时间，一般气温条件下，可控制3-4小时完成，气温较高时，可控制2-3小时完成，应严格杜绝隔日砂浆不经处理而继续使用的现象。（2）砖缝砂浆不饱满的预防措施改善砂浆和易性是确保灰缝砂浆饱满和提高粘接度的关键，改进砌筑方法，宜采用“三一砌砖法“，即使用大铲，一块砖，一铲灰，一挤揉的砌筑方法，严禁用干砖砌墙。（3）墙提留置阴槎，接槎不严的预防措施在安排施工组织计划时，对施工留槎应作统一考虑。外墙大脚应尽量做到同步砌筑不留槎，或一步留槎处，二步架改为同步砌筑，以加强墙角的整体性，纵横墙交接头，尽量安排同步砌筑，如外脚手砌纵墙，横墙可与此同步砌筑，工作面互不干扰。尽量减少留槎部位，退槎宜采取18层退槎砌法，为防止因操作不熟练，使接槎处水平缝不直，加立小皮树杆。2、混凝土工程（1）麻面的预防措施constructionworkareaintheformofconferencereviews.(2)reviewprogramreviewdateisdeterminedbytheprojectmanager;AccordingtotheprojectmanagerofprojectqualitycontrolDepartmentrequirespreparationofamanagementplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;ReviewProjectOfficeissuednoticesofmeetings;Projectmanagerfacilitatesthereviewmeeting,scheduledcontentunderreview;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortherecords,thepreparationofthereviewreportandcorrectiveactionplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approvedbytheprojectmanager;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationofrecordsandreportsthedistributionlist,orpublishtotheInternetbyengineeringpartoftheprojectstaffanddepartments.OrganizedbythequalitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortrackingtheimplementationofcorrectivemeasuresinspections.3.4.5theoutputfromthemanagementreviewshallincludethefollowingelements:theeffectivenessandsuitabilityofthequalitymanagementsystem,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Qualitypolicyandqualityobjectivesareachievedandtomeetcustomerrequirements,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Theallocationofresourcestomeetrequirements,whetheryouneedtoaddoradjust.3.4.6correctiveactiontrackingandverificationontheissuesraisedinthereview,bytheprimaryresponsibilityofdepartmentsdrawupcorrespondingspecificcorrective,preventiveandcorrectivemeasures,andseriouslyimplemented.ProjectqualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthetracking,verificationandevaluationtheeffectofcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.3.4....(1)thesafetyprogramsanddepartmentsdealingwiththeformationofurbanspatial35
