七、无励磁自动开机和自动停机试验Unitautomaticstart-upandstoptestwithnoexcitation1、启动机组LCU1空转开机。automaticstart-upunite1#.按照机组自动开机流程,检查各自动化元件动作情况和信号反馈正常。开机程序满足设计要求。automaticstart-upunite1#,Actioncorrect,signalofAutomationcomponentsFeedbackcorrect,sufficeoperationalrequirements.2、机组LCU1自动停机由机组LCU1发停机指令,机组自动停机。机组转速降至30%额定转速(128.6r/min)时制动器正常投入。机组停机过程中各停机流程与设计顺序一致。现地、机旁、中控室等部位,检查紧急事故停机按钮动作可靠。模拟机组各种机械、电气事故及故障信号,进行事故停机流程试验,事故和故障信号响应正确,事故停机信号的动作流程正确可靠。事故停机均关闭蝶阀,关闭活动导叶,打开调压阀,调压阀复归在调速器室调速器控制柜手动复归,其余流程与正常停机相同。剪断销剪断信号出现在机组停机过程中,停机流程与其他事故停机相同,不同之处为停机后制动器不复归,待故障消除后手动复归。Sendoutstoppingorder,unit1#stopautomatic.Whenspeedat30%Ratedspeed(128.6r/min),brakeisPuttedinautomatic,StoppingActioncorrect.InthecentercontrolroomandLow-pressureroomoperateEmergencystoppingPushbuttonOnthespot,unitstopandActioncorrect.SimulateMechanicalandelectricalAccidentsignal,unitstopandActioncorrect.InallAccidentstoppingAction,Inletvalveisclosed,Vanesisclose,regulatingvalveisopened,closedregulatingvalveonthespeedgovernorwithManually,othersisthesameasNormalstoppingaction.Onlybreakpinisbreakedintheprocessofunitstoppingaction,BrakesdonotautomaticdropoutafterBrakesPuttedin,droppingoutBrakesneedoperatingwithManuallyOnthespotingovernorroom.3、远方开停机命令正确、动作正常。Allautomaticstarting-upandstoppingactionarecorrectwithdistance.八、过速试验overspeedtest1#机组进行过速试验,上游水库水位432.5m,尾水水位351m,115%额定转速收到报警信号,140%自动紧停动作,导叶开度38.56%,最高速度70.01Hz,蜗壳压力过速前0.74MPa,过速中最大蜗壳压力0.81MPa,蜗壳压力上升率9.46%,蝶阀关闭,导叶关闭,调压阀全开,流程正常,停机后检查机组正常,调压阀调速器室现地复归。过速过程中最大振动摆度值见下表。OverspeedtestofUnit1#sufficeoperationalrequirements.Intheprocessof19

Three-phasevoltagesufficeskillsrequirements.逐级升压至发电机额定电压,检查带电范围内一次设备的运行情况正常。BoostvoltagewithManuallystepbystepuntilspeedarrivesratedvoltage(11KV).检查发电机PT回路相序、电压、频率应正确。InspectcircuitofgeneratorPT,Phasesequence/Voltageandfrequencyarecorrect.测量额定电压下机组的振动与摆度满足设计要求。WhenUnitrunatratedVoltage,VabrationandRun-outsufficeskillsrequirements.定子铁芯各部温度正常。Statorcoretempsufficeskillsrequirements.退出电气事故回路保护。分别在50%、100%发电机额定电压下跳灭磁开关,检查灭弧情况正常。Dropoutelectricprotection.Opende-excitationswitchat50%and100%ratedVoltage,de-excitationswitchworkscorrectly.投入电气事故回路保护。试验完毕后模拟发动机偷跳灭磁开关,保护非电量事故停机,停机流程正确。Putinelectricprotection.opende-excitationswitch,unitautomaticstopurgently.(四)发电机带主变及GIS一次设备零起升压试验TestofboostingVoltagewithMT&GIS1、将发电机断路器GCB置工作位置,并处于合闸位置,断开所有的接地开关和其它分支的断路器,母线PT处于工作位置。ClosegeneratorGCBandputGCBinWorkingposition.openotherDSandCB,putinBusPTinWorkingposition.2、合上GIS隔离开关DS22、DS21、DS11、DS12、DS31及断路器CB21、CB11,分DS51隔离开关,检查升压范围以外的断路器、隔离开关、接地开关在分闸位置。CloseGISDS22/ds21/ds11/DS12andDS31,CloseCB21andCB11,openDS51,inspectotherCB/DSandgroundingKnifeFESIntheopenningposition.3、开机至空转,合灭磁开关,合发电机出口断路器。Start-upunitandberunningatratedspeedwithnoexcitation.closede-excitationswitch,closegeneratorGCB.4、零起升压至10%的发电机额定电压,检查主变工作情况,检测相关电压互感器二次及开口三角的幅值、相序,检测电压互感器送至保护、测量、同期、调速器、励磁的电压幅值、相序,确定11kV第1段母线的相序与外来电源一致。BoostVoltageat10%ratedVoltage,Maintransformerworkswell,SecondarysideamplitudeandPhasesequenceofVoltagetransformerarecorrect.SecondarysideVoltageamplitudeandPhasesequenceofCircuitinprotectioncubicle/measuringcubicle/Synchronizationdevice/Speedgovernorandexcitationarecorrect,PhaseofpartIBusbarissameasfromouterpower.19
