浅析桥梁工程钢桥面铺装施工工艺靳军安徽虹桥交通建设监理有限公司摘要：本文结合某工程实例对钢桥面铺装施工工艺措施进行探讨，以供参考。关键词：环氧沥青；铺装层；施工工艺0前言桥面铺装层主要作用是：防止车轮或履带直接磨耗行车道板；保护主梁免受雨水的侵蚀；并分布车轮的集中力。桥面铺装的质量直接影响到其使用功能的正常发挥，一方面桥面破损将造成跳车，影响行车舒适，降低运营服务水平；另一方面跳车产生冲击力加剧桥面铺装的破坏，严重时导致单板受力，降低工程耐久性，甚至导致桥梁破坏由桥面铺装层破坏而造成的桥梁结构的安全使用和耐久性问题已越来越受到工程界的关注。在目前工程建设中，钢桥桥面铺装施工由于其铺装层与梁板材料差异性较大，质量控制难度较大，下面结合某桥梁工程实例对钢桥面铺装施工工艺措施进行探讨，以供参考。1.1粘结层施工1.1.1材料（1）环氧沥青组分A是由双酚A和表氯醇经反应得到的液态双环氧树脂，不含稀释剂、软化剂和增塑剂，也不含无机填料、色素或其他污染物或不溶物质。（2）组分BId是一种由石油沥青和固化剂组成的均质合成物。不含不可溶物质（比如无机填料或色素等）和污染物。（3）环氧沥青粘结料钢桥面铺装防水粘结层与粘结层均采用环氧沥青作为粘结料，用作粘结料的环氧沥青由组分A与组分BId按配比在规定的温度条件下混合得到。1.1.2粘结层的喷洒（1）准备工作先用软扫帚或真空吸尘器清除桥面尘埃、杂物；如有油污，须用相应的油污清洗剂清洗（该清洗剂不得对钢桥面板的防腐涂装有损伤）；最后用饮用水彻底冲洗干净（凸出桥面的结构物侧面也要清洗干净），对于桥面板防腐涂装已经损坏的地方，要采取必要的措施，重新进行防腐涂装。只有漆膜与钢板之间的附着力（按照ASTMD4541测试）大于5Mpa时才能开始环氧沥青粘结层的施工。（2）非喷洒区的覆盖为避免与铺装层接触的以外部位（如缘石和护栏座等）遭受污染，对这些部位在喷洒前采用塑料薄膜和粘胶带进行临时覆盖，施工完成后清理干净。环氧沥青粘结层洒布前桥面可用热鼓风机和专用烤灯烘干，确保桥面干燥，洒布时气温不低于10℃，风速适度；风速大于10m/s、有雾、露水、下雨或相对湿度大于90%时不得施工。施工前要确认施工期间不会出现雨、雾天气。（3）粘结料准备在拌和场分别将已预热过的A料和BId料由厂内储油罐泵入洒布机的相应储andmunicipalpartyCommitteesessionplenarysession,addingmeasures,promotetheXXeconomic,socialandculturaldevelopment.(A)theprimaryresponsibilityforfulfillingParty5yearsXXtownguidedbythe18thespiritoftheparty,conscientiouslyimplementtheCentraleightandthreeSunsandtenrequirementsoftheprovincial,cityandCounty,putthoughtandactionintoCounty,theCountyGovernmentamajordeployment,andtheCountydisciplineInspectionCommissionplenarysession.　　Seriouslystudyingandimplementingtheimportantspeech,GeneralSecretaryoftheCommunistPartyofChinaXIJinpingprobityguidelines,theCPCdisciplinaryOrdinance,suchastheresponsibilityofuncorrupted,torealizetheChinesedreambuiltawell-offsocietyhaslaidasolidpoliticalfoundation.1.stronglyimplementationCentral,andprovincial,andmunicipalandCountyofarrangementsdeployment,insistedputstylecleangovernmentandeconomicdevelopmentworkwithdeployment,andwithcheck,andwithimplementation,strongadvancefourwindhighlightproblemspecialregulation,constantlyenhancedstylecleangovernmentandanti-corruptionstruggleofsufferingconsciousness,andplayconsciousness,andresponsibilityconsciousness,insistedtomasslineintheoffourmirrorforguide,findoutfourwindhighlightproblem12a,effectivedohassidechecksidemodified,changestyle,constantlyimprovepoliticalliteracy,Strengtheningthefourwindsproblemrectificationandconscientiouslyimplementboth,furthereffortstoimprovethePartyCommitteeonupholdingintegrityandcombatingcorruption.　　EstablishedbytheSecretaryoftheresponsibilityofhonestleadershipteam,andconscientiouslyimplementtheresponsibilityofuncorruptedparty,firmlydoesnotscratchcleanisderelictionofduty,is7
