西安科技大学毕业设计（论文）摘要本设计名称为邯郸市纵横幼儿园工程施工组织设计,位于邯郸市，结构类型主体选用3层框架结构,总建筑面积为2252.5㎡，建筑层高为12.7m。根据房屋设防烈度、结构类型和房屋高度，该三层框架结构确定为抗震烈度为七度，抗震等级为二级，设计使用年限50年，建筑耐火等级为二级，耐久年限为二级，安全等级为二级，结构的重要性系数取1.0。本施工组织设计严格按照招标文件的规定和设计图纸、房屋建筑施工规范的要求；保证重点、统筹兼顾；根据施工现场的地质、地貌、气候等实际情况，结合施工力量和管理模式，本着以机械为主，人工施工为辅的施工方法，科学组织，充分发挥优势，达一流品质，创优质工程的原则编制。根据招标文件精神，就本工程项目编制施工组织设计，由以下专业施工内容有机组成：1、施工组织编制说明；2、工程概况；3、施工组织机构及人员配置；4、施工方案和技术措施；5、质量管理体系与措施；6、施工现场平面布置；7、进度计划及保证措施；8、劳动力安排计划；9、施工机具配备；10、材料供应计划；11、安全生产、文明施工、减少环境污染、环保体系与措施等。关键词：施工方案；施工进度计划；总平面布置
