施工组织设计二、工程概况本工程为六盘县红果经济开发区天能煤焦有限公司拟建的盘县柏果焦化厂选煤车间主洗楼工程,位于贵州盘县柏果镇银山寨。盘县柏果焦化厂选煤车间主洗楼工程建设规模年产70万吨冶金焦,并自配入洗原煤120万吨的选煤厂,焦化厂投产日期定为2004年12月中旬,选煤车间投产日期定为2004年6月底。建设地点为盘县柏果镇银山寨。与盘县电厂一河一路之隔,其配套公用工程供水、供电、供气(汽)全部由盘县电厂提供,焦炉煤气除自用外,全部返回盘县电厂发电用,中煤和泥煤送电厂煤场,矸石汽运至灰坝,建厂条件优越。本工程基础型式为柱下独立柱基,全框架结构。三、施工准备工作1、施工现场组织准备1.1根据本工程的目标要求、技术要求和施工条件等,结合公司具体情况,由公司经理任命该工程项目的项目经理,组建项目经理部,具体见《施工现场管理机构网络图》。1.2由项目经理组成施工项目经理部与公司签订内部承包管理目标和经济责任。1.3安全、质量、工期和文明施工目标1.3.1安全施工目标严格执行国家、省、市的有关安全生产法规、施工安全规则,杜绝死亡事故和重伤事故,轻伤事故频率控制在2‰以下,创安全达标优秀工地。1.3.2质量目标加强全面质量管理,严格按照ISO9001:2000质量体系组织施工,树立精品意识,落实质量措施,单位工程一次验收合格率100%,工程质量要求达到国家规范验收标准。1.3.3工程施工的工期目标qualified,finishedfixed.(4)thenecessaryconstructionequipmentconfigurationsareinplace,constructionworkersarrivedatthescene,holdingavalidworkpermitandcertificateofthecorrespondingtype.(5)theconstructionplanapproval,constructiontechnologytogivethelow-downtheworkhasbeencompleted.(6)enterthesiteinspectionofpipes,pipefittings,valvesandothercomprehensive.Pipes,pipesurfaceshallbefreeofcracks,scars,porosity,slag,folds,severecorrosionandotherdefects,openingandcloseflexibly,maintenanceofhighpressurevalvesoneatastrengthandtightnesstest,passtheinspection,testpipes,valvescleantheclosedlogo,placedneatlyinthespecifiedlocation.(7)enterthesceneofthepipelinecomponents,preformsaredesignedaccordingtotheirdocumentationrequirements,themodels,specifications,material,quantitycheck.(8)thepipelineofhighpressurepipeprefabricationfactoryintothescene,shouldcontrolone-linediagram,checkbytheirspecifications,sizes,materialsandtrends.1.2....,Itisimportanttoensurecorrectsizeandsurfaceroughness.Nomatterwhichmethodofcutting,withanglegrindercuttingsurfaceoxide,dross,ruggedandBurrBurrandGrind.(2)theincisionqualityshallconformtothefollowingprovisionsofthepipe:cutsurfacesshouldbesmooth,freefromcracks,heavyleather,Burr,bump,necking,dross,ferrousoxide,iron,etc.Cutsideslopedeviationshouldnotexceed1%oftheoutsidediameterofthepipe,andmustnotexceed3mm.1.2.4thepipinginstallation(1)afterinstallingtheorderprincipleisthefirstlarge-caliber,small-bore,highfirst,thentheground,OutdoorIndoor,headafterthefirstpipe,andpipemovingdeviceconnection,preferablyfromthedevicetotheexternalpiping,pipingandpipelineinstallationsynchronization.(2)prefabricatedpiping,pipeline,andthepipelineshould91
